It's a really nice and wonderful hotel. Located in old Mahabalipuram road just opposite to siruseri sipcot entrance. Staff are very well behaved. Food are really awesome. Rooms are very beautifully decorated. Neat and clean. Price little high but value for money. They have meeting hall in ground floor itself. So any company can conduct meeting there itself. Nice location.

Excellent hospitality by friendly staff who go out of their way to ensure comfort of guests. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Mattresses could have been a little softer. Buffet is elaborate. Mosquitoes might trouble you in the pool area. Safety is on high priority of the hotel. Definitely recommended if you can afford it.

Good Ambience. Hospitality is so good from the staff. Food items have enough variety and tastes good. Being near to workplace, its one of the best places to dine.

Very friendly and cooperative staff. Really impressed with out of the way support in our long stay. Highly recommended place for people planning for initial set up and longer stay at Chennai.

Excellent place to stay and very close to IT offices in Siruseri. Food is good and the staff are very helpful and warm. The housekeeping staff ensure that the rooms are very clean and neat. Stayed for 14 days and no qualms.

Hotel is lovely & well appointed, one of my friend suggested Novotel sipcot in Chennai. Rooms are pretty good with exceptionally well managed space and good options for recreation. Excellent buffet breakfast. There are many live counters. My favourite was the banana french toast with their caramel syrup… It was the most tastiest I have ever had. Dinner buffet was also very good. They have live pasta pizza n roti counters. They are very friendly.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days. It has good ambiance, nice services and polite staff. I enjoyed North Indian food here. Specially fish was awsoawe. I ate fish almost every day during my stay here. I would recommend to stay here once and experience the difference.

The hotel is nice and clean with nice and fast service. It has a good gym and outdoor pool. Buffet Restaurant available for breakfast, lunch and dinner with many varieties of sweet and salty food. The Wi-Fi is not very fast but still sufficient for a standard use.

I wasn't sure what to expect given the bargain prices yet 5 star rating but Wow! The hotel is great, the rooms are clean and of a high standard and the staff are so friendly and happy to help. Upgrade to one of the premium rooms with early check-in, some free laundry daily, a fab room and some other extra bits — you won't be sorry. :-) I'm in love with the spa smell when you walk to the elevators — might have to visit the spa next time to experience that enticing aromatherapy…

Restaurant facilities are good. Quality of food is also delicious. Boys who did room services were courteous and helpful. Mohit from restaurant provided good recommendation on food and service was good. Only negative feedback was that the pickup services from the my work place to hotel was not a good experience. Had to wait for 45mins for the car and the driver was not reachable.

One of the best hotels which I have stayed. Houses a good spread of food, superb swimming pool, nice board rooms which can anchor trainings and meetings. In short, best business hotels in Chennai.

Nice place and fantastic people. This was my first stay. I came here for business visit. I liked the food and room cleanliness. I would like to mention Ms Jayashree, she very caring and does a great job. She ensures guests are comfortable and taken care of. Overall my stay was good and I will recommend this hotel.

Mamta was very courteous, polite and sweet. She was very prompt in her service. I really enjoyed my stay at Novotel. I will definitely come back.

Fantastic hotel, very near to the SIPCOT IT park (highly recommend for business travelers) Accommodation and room services are excellent very clean and quick service. I love dining here for 2 weeks so far and 2 more to go. Delicious foods and good staff with good hospitality. Specially Mamta is very courteous always with kind smile and very prompt in service.

Rooms and locations are good for visiting the IT park. Food and service has been excellent. I am enjoying the Indian breakfast, particularly the to-order dosa and filter coffee.

Decent and a quiet property. Non functional bar. Lacks open space like a terrace or a garden. Good for business visits alone.

Enjoyed my stay in this nice hotel. The staff was very kind. The room was neat and very comfortable. The restaurant has both a nice daily buffet and a large selection from the menu.

Nice place… good food. Variety of options. For veg and non veg both… they attend their customers with greeting and help them in all matter. Wondeful services. Nice ambience… even while having fiod one can play pool and other gamea installed near to food area… all in all its good place for conference.

Very near to offices on omr road, staff is very friendly and services are good. Regular offers on food, menu, weekend with themes is one of the unique factor.

Novotel Chennai Sipcot is a nice hotel to stay. Room service and kitchen makes you feel homely. By the way no bar is available now.

I've been to the restaurant and the Indian food items are not so good, desserts were great. Infrastructure is good, good for travelers.

Two neighbouring 4 star hotels located close to one another. Located right in the heart of the city IT hub.

Good food, good ambience! It's a great place to have dinner, lunch with family or friends… dining alone here can be dull! The sticky date pudding is a must have! Extremely helpful and courteous staff!

Has a swimming pool, well equipped gym and conference facility. It is situated in Sipcot which is outside the muncipal boundaries and has certain restrictions on alcohol serving at the moment. The rooms has average lights, if you are kind of a person who is used to extensive lighted rooms then you may have concerns on the lighting otherwise it is a good place.

Feels like a 2 star property with untrained people. No were u can feel their hospitality… For better e. G. You keep calling. They won't revert and if they. Revert in there own style.

Staff was very hospitable and courteous. I had an excellent stay with the room being very cozy and perfect for a business traveler. Square the coffee shop offered a wide spread buffet with efficient service by the staff. Over all the best hotel in town with value for money.

Excellent service by Novotel, SIPCOT. Dinner served is awesome and delicious. Dinner spread is full of variety. Hospitality services by stewards is too nice and generous. A must visit place in OMR to relinquish your taste buds.

My favorite and one of the most awesome hotel chain. The services provided are just so amazing. And the addition of Bluetooth speakers in the room makes the experience more enjoyable.

Its about 3 years old property but very cleanly maintained. Food is excellent. Seems to me that it is slightly overpriced. Location of this is a bit far from city, might be good for folks who are visiting offices around.

The hotel was nicely done Interiors and ambience matched any 5 star hotel . Did not stay here, stopped for a pitstop and grab a bite to eat. The food was decent and large portions. Service was also good. Docking a star, as they tried to sell me some membership card while I was eating.

It's a nice 5 star hotel at OMR. Had been there during the rainy days at Chennai.

Otherwise good. (05 April 2016) The room service is particularly poor! Room not equipped with a face towel; Called the reception for a face towel. "Will just send someone sir" and it has been 2 hours! (08 April 2016) changed the 2 star to 4 star. This is why. When I returned to the room I found an apology letter for the 5 April incident. And a complimentary juice. Impressed. Plus the buffet dinner and the buffet breakfast is extremely spread and great.

It's really a perfect and a medium budget hotel in Chennai if you have some work in SIPCOT IT park. The food over here is delicious.

Nice hotel to stay and relax. I stayed there during floods in Chennai during Dec 2015. Hospitality was good, but I would have rated them higher if they would have been more helpful to the guests, like providing pick up and drop to office, airport etc.

This place is one of the best hotels in Chennai. The buffet has less options of vegetarian food. The hotel rooms are excellent. If you are a tourist this hotel is recommended. Very Clean. Internet connection is a bit slow.

Very poor, we had accomodated this hotel for more than one week, still Wi-Fi is not working and they are not giving the basic needs like paste, toothbrushetc. Everytime they used to say NO STOCK. Is this a FIVE star or what. We are really disappointed with their service. Hopely morning breakfast is fine.

Very clean, modern hotel. Elegant and Friendly Staffs. So much variety of food choice. If the internet connection is stronger, and some minor issue with the shower room design is improved its even better.
