Stayed 30 Sep to 6 Oct. Great location, wonderful service and very friendly staff. I want to send my appreciatian to Srini, Security Supervisor Yabesh, security officers Mukesh and Mishra for being very helpful and courteous. Made our stay very enjoyable. Will definitely pay them a visit again next time I am in Chennai.

Really comfortable, spacious, well designed room with all amenities essential for any guest. Look forward to sunset from the rooftop on the 7 floor. Nice chair and glass deek for the bizness traveller.

The room's and lobby worst maintenance, water stagginated inside bathroom, management didn't care after repeated complaints terrible New year experience. Kindly don't prefer to stay at this hotel. Very very worst. Didn't expect Taj will go to this level.

Had a great stay there, it was my baby’s first stay there, I had requested them to provide a crib for her, and they arranged it for us. I was really happy.

I’ve spent 18 weeks here returning home for only two weeks. The staff made me feel so welcome from security to management, house keeping to bar staff. Nothing I asked for was ever an effort. Everyone’s politeness was over whelming.
The room are superb. The food whether at the bar, in room or at one of the three restaurants was amazing…

Good stay. Reached at 12.45 and wasnt allowed to check in until 2. And that was the only pain I had. The staff are super courteous and the rooms are clean. Food is just so and so though.

Very nice rooms but their bathrooms are bit narrow. Car parking is out in the open so after two days of stay and coming out I had to enter an oven of a car. Staff are courteous and food was amazing.

The best part of this hotel is that it's centrally located. Secondly, the staff is courteous. The food at all restraints including breakfast is good. Spa is nice too. So basically, for the price at which they offer you these services are great. Will highly recommend.

Great hotel located close to a big mall. Rooms are big and up to date. One of the best five star hotels.

Worth it. Other 4 stars also charge the same as this 5 star. So, it is better to stay here. They have wonderful rooms with great buffet breakfast. Loved it.

The restaurant (Club House) didn't seem to be like a Tak property. The food was very average. The number of options were very limited, the service was a bit slow. Overall, I think it was an average experience for a Taj property, and there are other places that can be tried for a better experience at similar prices.

Although ours was only a night stay, it was very pleasant. Hotel is well-kept as expected from Taj. Specially mentioning Mr. Bharath, the gym trainer, who was very helpful and good-natured. I want to thank you for all the support you've given me during my time here.

Awesome place to stay in. Rooms are neat, tidy and spacious. Staff is courteous and helpful. Food is delicious. Situated at a distance of 15km (30 mins) from Airport.

If we go back to Chennai, we will definitely select this Hotel again. We’ve tried most of the hotel restaurants and they were exceptionnel. The personnel is amazing, very helpful and welcoming. You’ll b treated as a king, breakfast is exceptionnel. The reception were also cool to keep a gift for someone we know for more than a week after our departure. Nothing negative to say.

Value for money. You cant expect better than this property at the cost you pay for. Fantastic service, nice and clean rooms, no waiting during check in and out, close to the heart of the city… what else you look for?

Typical business hotel. Rooms are not big or luxurious but location is very good. Right next to 2 malls and lots of places to eat. The hotel pool and gym is on the top floor (7th) but it's small. I would have given 5 stars if rooms were bigger and more comfortable.

Nice hotel by Taj I discovered it during my previous visit to Chennai. Very well centrally located. Nice lobby and good rooms along with breakfast. It has a wonderful staff. Good rates.

Good place a few staff, ambience is awesome. The coffee shop is also good. The breakfast taste is all good again nice staff service is also fast, although I think they need to increase the options/variety as compared to other Taj properties. The front desk is equally helpful.

Very decent and very well maintained hotel. The bar especially is a well managed area and the crowd is very decent and well mannered. Location is in the centre of the city and has plenty of parking inside and out side the hotel. Service quality is top class as well. The drinks costs you a lot however if you are planning for a pass for new year the unlimited liquor is a win win. They are open past 12.30 which is the usual curfew. Which is another advantage to come here when the same floor hates up.

A well located property that is tucked away in a side street very close to the arterial Anna Salai in Chennai. One cannot get to stay more downtown yet in a relaxed setting in the city. The Taj brand of hospitality has continued to evolve over the years. But the core of anticipation, attention and responsiveness to guest needs has remained. And to add, is unobtrusive. This is true product delivery in an unhurried style. The Staff as well as the Management practise this effectively.
Though amongst their older properties in the City, the facilities lack for nothing. I found the room size and furnishings stylish, comfortable and soothing. All the facilities I used like the pool, gym and sauna were maintained well. The taste and quality of the food at the coffee shop (at breakfast) and a light dinner at the rooftop restaurant was good. The bar looked retro, I guess that’s in vogue now. The housekeeping staff, the Concierge, Reception and the Security staff who interact with guests on a daily basis were polite and efficient.
If there is one area that I could suggest improvement, it would be in the bath and floor towels. While clean, they look jaded.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Taj Club house very much. Thank you.

Good hotel, mixed cuisine: Indian and continental of decent standard. Nice spacious rooms. Clean and definitely new. Bastevolmente silent. Curiously nn has internal shops…

Great location. We were at the rooftop grabbing drinks which were a tad bit more expensive than we'd imagined. Great views of the city and a good place to shoot the breeze with your buds! The hookahs are generous for the amount you dole out. Service can be a tad bit better but overall a great experience.

Very nice ambience. The check in is very smooth. Taj Club House is very conveniently located, close to shopping mall. Food is good, especially buffet breakfast. Roof top pool is excellent place to unwind. The bar is excellent but the restaurants have very little variety.

Restaurants similar wonderful experience, everyone from top chef hands-on to make you feel special. Dinner at Kefa was really superb.

Taj clubhouse welcomes their guests with all amenities required. Any problems, just get it across to them and they will try helping you somehow. The rooms are spacious and have every basic item you might require. The lights in the room are well adjusted to suit your mood. The hospitality is professional. The staff is courteous and happy to have helped you. Awesome experience.

Fantastic experience. Nice location in the heart of Mount road, Chennai city. Breakfast is another great example of their treat. Thursday night is a great opportunity for those who want to enjoy their weekend. Only negative things I noticed was the smoking zone. The entire floor was smelled badly.

Quite environment for studies and research work. Large, very nice and neat rooms with prompt services when called. Nice bar and roof top pool.

Excellent stay! This was my first Taj experience. Attention to detail for every thing is tremendous. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Wish I could have tested all the restaurants.

Location:4/5: Taj Club House is located in the heart of the city. Has malls/theatres/restaurants/shopping centres/bus stands around it. Rooms 4/5: The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Amenities in the room are top notch. Service 3.5/5: The reception was very welcoming. But they were slow in their work. Had to wait for some time to check in/check out/ enquiries. Food 4.5/5: The food here was tasty and we could get all the cuisines available. Pizza was good and the way the food is delivered is appriciable. Overall: 4/5: This is a must stay place if you love Luxury Life along with the City Lights.

I loved every bit of my stay at the Taj clubhouse. I'm so glad that I chose the center point location of access for everything I needed. And the rooms and services were completely worth every single rupees. The standard of Taj as we are aware of could be experienced at this place. The warm lovely team for making it a safe and enjoyable my stay.

The hospitality from the time I checked in to the restaurant staff to the chef to the food, room service to the young man who cleaned the room were all excellent.

I got upgraded to a suite, which was almost the size of our home in Bangalore (just kidding). It had a sitting area, a sleeping area, a walk-in closet, and a huge bathroom. And, get this, two TVs! So, I'm not going to say anything bad about this hotel. But, seriously, this is an excellent property. Smaller, may be. But the service is great, the food superb (try the filter coffee at breakfast and the Madras fish curry at lunch), friendly staff, and centrally located just off Mount Road. I used to be a Taj Cormandel fan, but have preferred the Clubhouse during my last two visits.

Well located in the centre of the city. Just opposite a mall called the Express avenue. The rooms are nice and spacious, slightly dated in look, but very functional. The restaurants and bars are top notch.

A 10 day stay in Taj Club House Chennai turned out to be marvellous. The place is centrally located, has great food a great health club in the top floor adjacent to a pool and a Mediterranean restaurant. What else are you looking for!

The staff is very helpful and go an extra mile to help. I remember coming back from a marathon run early morning when it rained the fornt desk simply arranged for drying my clothes without me asking. The roof top poolside view is a must for lazy evenings.

One of the best star hotels in town… Great service, friendly staff, fantastic food, excellent hospitality. Stayed for about a week and also hosted my son's b'day party here. Everything was just amazing. Thanks Taj Clubhouse! You guys rocked! We will definitely be back!

Excellent Hotel, very nice service, friendly staff, very nice room clean with all facility including Wi-Fi, free breakfast and so many variety in breakfast. I can't see anything negative and definitely I'll choose this hotel again in my next trip.
