A beautiful period hotel with lovely rooms and a centre piece infinity pool.
Sadly: — The pool deck is in serious need of TLC. The decking planks have risen at the bar end and there are screws in the decking that are not screwed down. Painful if you don’t walk with care.
Pool staff not in evidence and had to be summoned by phone. When the pool staff arrived they lacked enthusiasm to serve.

Very good hotel and food. It is very close to all the sightseeing places in Kochi.

An amazing stay at Fragrant Nature. The staff have shown great hospitality and have made us feel very welcome. Beautifully clean and spacious with fantastic food, which has been catered for all of our needs.

Excellent hotel with most of the major Fort Kochi's tourist attractions and beach within a short walking distance. I stayed here only for a night. Approach road to hotel is a bit congested but once you are there you will forget about it. I think it is an excellent choice in Fort Kochi area.

This hotel is a good ambience for hotels at Fort Kochi. There is accommodation in five star facilities with good food. This hotel is located close to the ancient places of worship.

Great hotel. An oasis. Could be slightly better located but the rooms, staff and cleanliness are fantastic. Pool could be a bit better but the view is great and it is 9/10. I think it is one of — if not the — best hotel in Kochi.

Despite not being in the best location (in our opinion), from the moment we arrived we loved this place, it’s an oasis from the heat and madness outside. All the staff, particularly the reception staff, are a credit to this hotel. It is clear that they work hard in giving exceptional customer service. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

This place was an oasis after a not so great boathouse experience. The hotel is beautiful, and immaculate clean. Rooms are just perfect. Staff is very helpful although I must say a bit overwhelming (we got two calls to the room in the afternoon). Dinner was nice although the restaurant was missing an atmosphere (we were the only ones there) and was quite cold. Unfortunately we could not enjoy the rooftop terrace due to rain. I can't judge breakfast as we had to leave early, but they were so nice to pack a few bites for us. The location is just perfect, you can walk to Fort Kochi and the Jew town. Price is in the high end for India but affordable. If I go back to Kochi, I would definitely go here.

Wonderful tranquil hotel. Very nice spacious rooms. Fantastic showers in the bathrooms. Very friendly helpful staff. A 15 minute walk in either direction to great shopping cafe hubs. Very nice cooked to order breakfast. Beautiful design. Highly recommended:)

This is a beautiful hotel! We did yoga on the roof with the yoga teacher on our trip and they accommodated all of our needs for a space. The food was delicious, local and creative and they accommodated all of my many food allergies. I highly recommend this hotel! Also, the owner is a female and former microbiologist turned entrepreneur. Love supporting female Indian business owners!

Fragrant Nature at Fort Kochi is the best luxury hotel in this area. It is a well maintained property and the staff is excellent.

Affordable. Clean and hygiene. Beautiful interiors. The service is really good. The staffs are really helpful. The room is pretty clean and hygiene. But their cuisine is not impressive. We had a lunch from there in Kerala style. But it was not up to the mark. But it's an affordable place to have a wonderful experience in fort Kochi and near to the boat jetty also.

Nice hotel I think one of the best in Kochi and may even be from Kerala. Make sure to take a walk on the swimming pool in rooftop.

Had an amazing stay there. The hospitality of the staff over there is truly commendable. This is by far the best stays I have had in Kerala. The staff is friendly and they made sure that we had a pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious and well maintained.

Amazing experience! The rooms were 5 star quality and the service was personal and nice! Even for the price we really had a good time. They even brought a surprise cake and celebrated my wife's birthday! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Fort Kochi.

Good value city centre hotel. The room was clean and well furnished. Nice to get free Wi-Fi and good quality complimentary coffee in the pleasant lounge area. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Excellent hospitality … checked out the foodies at Zamorin, street cafe and at the speciality restaurant Flint House. In addition to all these food outlets they do candle lit dinners at the roof top pool side … we were so delighted to note that they use pesticide free foods at all these places. The sea food grills and barbecues at Flint house were my favourite. Street cafe could be an ideal place to laze out or hang around with buddies … Zamorin serves authentic kerala and continental dishes … fine course dinner too if that is of interest. So to say Food could be tasted at its best at all these outlets. Chef was happy to note our special likes and service staff compliment with their excellent service!

Great hotel to say in. Hospitality and good food. You sea and enjoy the beauty of Arabian Sea from top floors.

We had an amazing 2 nights here wished we could have stayed longer. Would definitely stay here again all staff were excellent and helpful. Big thanks to Matthew for looking after us so well in the 1st floor restaurant. Roof top pool and views were incredible and room outstanding.

The roof top pool and restaurant is quiet nice. The ambience on the lower floors is just ok. I found it little plasticky.

Very elegant place that's also playful and artistic. Nikhil Jose took care of us at the restaurant which was quite reasonable. The chicken sandwich was the best item on the menu.

Great Building that is mostly empty save for the staff. The Juice I had was ok but not amazing. What is a amazing tough is how cool (cold) it is inside the whole hotel. Feels fantastic to come in from the street and you'll dread leaving again because of it.

We conducted our baby Nanelia Anna Mathew's christening party in Fragrant Nature Kochin. First of all we thank God for helping us to select such a spectacular place for our baby. Each and every one from lowest to the top position employees was very kind, caring and helpful towards us. A special thanks to the general manager Mrs Dhannia who organised everything for us perfectly as we recommended. Everyone of our guests was amazed by the whole ambiance of the hotel and commended that the food was delicious. Thank you all once again for making our baby's day memorable.

This is an amazing place with delicious food. The building architecture is very attractive. It is a new hotel and the only 5 star in Fort Kochi. The rooms are spacious and offer scenic views of backwaters and islands. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I had dinner and breakfast at the ground floor restaurant. Food was great and chef provided some customised dishes. Swimming pool is on the terrace. The view from terrace is beyond description. Overall a great stay here.
