Excellent location, only a 15 minute walk to the Chinese Fishing nets and Vasco da Gama square. Situated right on the waterfront. Very friendly service and excellent food.

Great ambience reflecting the history of Cochin.

We recently had an opportunity of holding our monthly couple meet up at this out of the world hotel … the ambience … and the serene surrondings speak of the colonial architecture with bespoke interiors and landscape … the infinity pool is ecstatic and restaurant not only serves soul satisfying food but also the food for eyes with its tastefully done decor! … with courteous and friendly staff and support from mrs Kalpana Menon we have made memories of lifetime and a party to remember… looking forward for more of such events at xandari harbour!

Excellent place for dinner. Long view of port at the dining area. It was awesome pool area and dining area beside of lake. Also nice menu n tasty food.

Nice property with excellent location on the side of Arabian sea and sea side restaurant. Just the hospitality is bit okay here. Still good for a short stay or to have a meal. Though a bit overpriced.

Wow! Amazingly beautiful place. The view is simply awesome. On one side you have the container port where you can see huge ships and on the other side you have the cargo ships terminal along with cruise ships. You can also see the man made island and the city from here. The hotel is also as good as the view. The breakfast is very nice. However the menu is a bit on the higher range but the food tastes good. It has a swimming pool with an ocean view. The rooms are lovely and pleasant. The staff are very friendly and polite. So if you want to have a day off with full peace and a good view this is the place to be.

If you are in for a dinner, the views you get are excellent, same can't be said for the food. I went there with few of my friends at around 9 PM. The place is calm and quiet. Went to the top floor balcony of the restaurant. The views are amazing from here. It's a nice place to have a mocktail and relax. The lake water is almost a feet below the restaurant floor and this was a first time experience for me. Go there if you are looking for a calm and quiet place for dinner. They also had live music played by a local musician. It's overall a feel-good experience.

Got a menu card without prices. Assumed how much could it possibly be for some coffee right. Bill hurt my eyes. Pretty nice place though. There's outdoor seating.

So much wasted potential! Beautiful location, beautifully designed and we'll maintained property. But for some reason they can't get the ambience right and the food is far from exceptional. This property should be Soo much more successful and active. I would never recommend it for a meal in Fort Kochi!

I did not stat there. But ambience is good in restaurant. Open swimming pool facing sea. Entrance is very simple. Price checked bit costly. I saw mostly foreigners are staying there.

Unbelievable view and well kept rooms. Not much to do other than the swimming pool and relaxing. Easy access to all fort Kochi attractions.

The location of the place is excellent. The views are awesome. Excellent place to spend a lazy afternoon or a long evening with family or friends. Good food and drinks… Place is very tastefully done and tries to mimic the harbour.

Wonderful facilities. It is an oasis of peace and quite, away from the usual India travel chaos. Staff is very nice. I would ask for the waterside suite if you are a family.

Perfect location for exploring the area… Good food, not expensive. Helpful staff. Good valve. Comfy. The hotel is right on the harbour edge, this is a working harbour, so you will get the smells and noise associated with that.

The view from the Restaurant is spectacular. There's always traffic since the roads are narrow there. The food, stay and ambience is amazing.

Not a good experience. The resort did have a good sea view deck. Save the latter, the actual overall spaciousness and pool size is no where vs. The photos you will find on the net. The food rates are ridiculously exorbitant while the quality is sub par. Overall, a big let down.

Loved every bit of my time spent in this beautifully crafted boutique hotel. View from the restaurant is Superb. Had Calamari and Grilled prawns. Both were exceptionally well prepared. Will recommend and go for more.

Stunning position and design… true boutique excellence. The design materials of the roommate fabulous: rather like saying it a cross between the Bankside Tate in London and the Cheval Residences by the Tower. Wow _ staying in an Art Gallery!

It's a good resort and staff is very nice and polite. However for pure vegetarians it's not a good location as have very limited choices.

A pleasant small and simple place, great view of the harbor and located by the vembanad lake, simple but elegant restaurant, courteous staff. But most rooms have no view or character, no TV no bar…

Amazing property… And yummiest food in the town. Should try their beef lasgna and their signature dish "pothirichi' steak.

Best hotel in the area. Gorgeous view. Nice shallow pool. Delicious food. This is best for a romantic trip or business. It's not really a place for children but that's exactly why we booked it.

It is the time of Binelle in Kochi, I stoped by Xandari for my Lunch. Being a food lover, I definitely took the opportunity to taste one of the Xandai special menu. The chef specials are marked with X logo. The view from Xandari Harbor is mind blowing, its by the pool side and water facing. You can see a whole lot of activities going around. The burger looked intresting and since I was in a hurry placed an order for Xandari Beef Burger I got my Burger but took more time than I expected. The Burger was good, beef patty, bacon, caramilized onion, with pickels. They servied it with some fresh vegetable salad, baked baby potatos. I had it with watermellon blend with mint, Basil and lemon. I got opportunity to meet the Chef. I asked him about the delay and he explained that, all orders are made from the scratch once you place the order, in my case from the Bun. They do not add any preservatives, hence it takes some time. Indeed the Burger was fresh and good and it is one of the best Burger you will get in Fort Kochi.

Such a FANTASTIC place to stay. The entire staff is so courteous, especially Christine at the back office. Who personally looks into making sure guests are comfortable. Room was perfect and no problem in the room at all during the 2 day stay. Food is mind blowing, all the meals we had, had such an authentic kerala flavour. Its was a treat to the taste buds. I Definitely recommend this place for a beautiful stay and food. The staff will make sure you have a comfortable stay. I am extremely pleased to have stayed here and the concerned attitude of the staff which is what ads to the stars. Kudos Xandari team!

Good choice for a comfortable hotel, in a good location for old cochin. Pool area and view over harbour, were excellent, Staff are very helpful. Restaurant is well designed, part of old godown.

Just go there for the amazing views. Right by the waters, with an extremely efficient team taking care of you, you pretty much can't ask for more. Be it a date or just chilling by yourself, Xandari Harbour is the perfect place. Visit and be blown away by the vistas it presents.
