The hotel is situated at a very beautiful location, having nice view of Kanchanjanga mountain from all it's rooms. The staff is very polite and helpful and the food is really very good.

Nice comfortable stay, very good service by Rai & his lady assistant. Food was excellent and fresh.
Room is fairly large and great view of kanchenjunga if there's no mist or fog.

Rooms are very much well maintained, feels like a new one.
Staff behaviour is a WOW.
All fixtures are of top notch brands.
Outstanding experience ever.
