I stayed in this hotel from May 18 to 21 with family and relatives. Rooms are only mountain/valley view (not Kanchenjunga mountain view) please be aware. Kanchenjunga range can only be seen from the terrace beside the eating area (in non cloudy/rainy days). Rooms are ok for the price range not spectacular. In one of our rooms there was no TV and when we asked them about it they said that it had just become out of order and promised to replace the same with another one, which however was never done during the rest 4 days of our stay and the manager was also nonchalant about the same. Food was ok with buffet breakfast on some days. Lastly the staff and attendants of the hotel (Saumya & othrs) were otherwise very helpful and efficient and fully service oriented which is one of the plus points.
