Hotel View Point

Great hotel for an overnight stay, helpful staff. The staff provided extra blankets and hot water on demand. The room was ok and bathroom had hot water with ventilation. The views of Khangchendzonga mountain range was superbly fabulous and best part was the Wi-Fi and smart TV provided.

They had listed their rooms at 2.5x on mmt and we ended up paying so much more than the room was worth. They charged us for heaters over and above that. It was also pretty cramped stay.
But location was convenient (near taxi stand) views from their terrace were great.

Got really good services by all staff and management was very good. Most important to view Kanchanjanga from balcony. It was awesome 😎. There's geyser and rooms are big and clean. We are very happy to stay in this hotel. Thanks again to all staff members ❤️.

One of the best hotels in Pelling. So neat and tidy, the manager and the caretakers are so humble and hospitable. The rooms are so spacious and so cozy. The price of the rooms is also so reasonable. I loved it. Whenever I go to Pelling, I would stay there only and recommend others also to stay there. Their food also very tasy and reasonable. I am fully satisfied with the hotel and the staffs.

Rooms are not maintained, the bed is somehow held by screws, makes a lot of noise, Bathroom is okay, in our room the previous guest left piss in the water jug and they did not even check it before alloting us the room. The Manager has received award for being cost effective, but the owner should also pay attention to the ratings and reviews and not only the cost effectiveness. The TV and the telephone does not work. Okay to crash, but not a great place to stay at.

I would say, its a beautiful stay. Professional service with polite behavior of the staffs. I must recommend everyone coming to upper pelling due to its location.

Got really good services by staff and management was good. Staff asks themselves if we want lunch, dinner or something and deliver it to rooms. There's geyser and rooms are big enough to fit four people, we were 9 people and booked 3 rooms and in just ₹800/ — overall view from balcony and their small balcony Garden is pretty. Thanks enjoyed the stay.

Service was top notch 👍 But room can be better specially bathroom door 🚪. Food was good.

This hotel is very bad. There is no cleanliness, room is very damp, toilet is not clean. Food is so so, main thing is food price, we ordered potato fried and egg burji the price is same which is not acceptable.
