Polite staff and clean rooms, has clear view of Kanchenjunga.

Excellent location for view Kanchanjunga, room is good, service good and food really good.

We felt so welcomed here. The food was awesome. People in the holtel were so kind and helpful. Only place in pelling to get authentic Thongba and other traditional sikkim dishes. Had allot of fun. Must go restaurant even if you are staying somewhere else.

Food and service are very good. All staffs are very co operative. View from balcony is just awesome. Just the rooms need some maintenance.

It was one of my great experience in sikkim… view of mighty sleeping Buddha is mesmerizing even from the room… and all the staffs are very polite and helpful. Great location, great view, great behaviour… enjoyed a lot.

Situated at Upper Pelling. Amazed by clear view of Kangchenjunga mountain region from room. Very close to city center. All the hotel staffs were very helpful. The foods were awesome in taste. The foods served by this hotel were much better than the foods ordered at local restaurants.

Our stay at Hotel Simvo, Pelling, West Sikkim for 3 days in May 2025 was fascinating. Through the window panes of our room, we saw the magnificent view of snow-capped peak of Mt. Kanchenjunga in the early morning of 2 days. We took pictures from the attached balcony. The staffs are very cordial here and the service is prompt. Overall experience of staying at Hotel Simvo, Pelling was quite satisfactory.

Best food. The stay felt like a home away from home. ❤️

Stayed there for 3 nights in deluxe triple room.
Pros:
1. Food is good. Feels like home made food.
2. Staff is helpful.
3. View from the terrace is breathtaking.
Cons:
1. Location not suitable for elderly.
2. Rooms need maintenance. Wardrobe is mostly non existent.
3. They will sell triple bedroom rooms by saying it has balcony with it. In reality, they have a common open terrace. The person in charge of booking the rooms, doesn't understand the difference between balcony and an open terrace.
4. In the first and second night, loud music was played & alcohol was consumed in the terrace by a group of different boarders. This went on till 12 in the night. The staff didn't object to it.
I would think twice before going to this hotel again with my family.

Location is good. Rooms are ok but need more maintenance, service is not good. When we visited, most of the foods were not available.

Hotel service was wonderful. We stayed there for 2 nights and got complementary breakfast every day and quality of food was really good. It's a must stay.

Great view from the room. Rooms are well maintained and clean and met our expectations as per the price point. The hotel staffs and owner are very helpful and service is pretty good. Foods are okay but there is room for improvement in this area.

Fully bengali hotel. Most of staffs are bengali. Simvo situated towards upper pelling just beside thr play ground. Entrances of hotel downwards. There is no lift. Room is adequate place and full of furniture. Geyser and electric kettle were installed in room. All rooms has balcony. View from balcony was awesome. You can stay only for view. I had stayed at super deluxe room. Food quality and taste was good.
