This is one of the oldest and fine star hotel. Many legendaries have visited and stayed in this place. Food is good and staff is very curt. Hospitality is outstanding. Prices are reasonable. Worth staying place in Varanasi.

Don't go by the brand, people and service aren't that friendly. In hospitality industry the staff over here needs to learn and upscale key points of customer service and satisfaction. Rest, food is okay it's not that bad but could be better, swimming pool is not one of the best you'll get as in other Clark's hotel chain, rooms are neat and interiors are something appreciable.

This is one of the oldest star-hotel of Varanasi. This hotel provides facilities of very good quality. One may enjoy everything at very modest cost. Do online booking for competitive rates.

Every year as a part of the Yoga retreat in India organized by Nāda Brahman International we spend some days at the hotel. We feel at ease and very comfortable.

Conference visit. Decent place. Good meeting rooms… Average food. Good rooms. Restaurant available. Easily noticed from main road.

Good hotel for all type of function and a lovely place to stay. As it is near to railway station, on Airport road, near to JHV mall, their are also good options in surrounding but it's good in budget.

One of old reputed hotel. Has couple of big and small banquet halls for small gathering. Lawn is big enough for marriage and reception purposes. Food was Okay. Has a small parking space which quickly runs out during social gathering and you have to either park on road or in the adjacent JHV mall. Staff is courteous. Valet parking isn't available.

It's a very good and old hotel but not very well kept, the staff is not responsive and old rooms are not good.

Nice lobby, but the room was not that good especially the bathroom was rather old. Found a cockroach when cheked in. There's a shopping mall nearby.

A very old five star hotel in Banaras, it is having all facilities in a reasonable price and the staffs are very cooperative. It is having appeal shops contains Banaras area special.

The hotel is located just at the outskirts of the varanasi city with is good because it is away from the intense traffic. It is also one of the hotels located on the same strip as many other hotels. However, the hotel looks old and needs renovation. While it claims to be a 5 star hotel, it doesn't feel like one. The furniture and appliances are really old and the overall appearance of the hotel does not match up with 5 star standards. The staff is mostly unaware of things and the ones that are, are not very courteous. The service is decent, but with staff that's not courteous or tad bit unaware, it doesn't really matter. It was impossible to even get a decent cup of coffee in this hotel.

Absolutely would not stay in this hotel again nor recommend anyone do so. Amenities: The Wi-Fi situation is atrocious; you have to call to get a new pin card almost every time you login and they tried not to give one to me when I had three hours before check out. What is more, the front desk is understaffed and difficult to reach. There are also shops in the hotel that will try and convince you to come take a look; not what I expected in the actual hotel. Food: The food was terrible, idli was hard and the milk curdled in the coffee. The sausage was overcooked and cold. Location: The hotel It is outside of the city, outside of a shabby mall that doesn't doesn't open until 10, there is no where to get tea or coffee or supplement the bad hotel food. The one saving grace was the very kind janitorial staff. He was so sweet, noninvasive and friendly.

Good hotel with pool n room r good but bit old with amenity… Multi restaurant with good food n nice staff.

Clarks is a good place for occasions, outside space is good but inside the hall is lil small, but its a decent place and quality place to stay n visit.

We stayed here in September, walking in off the street after a bad experience in another hotel. Our stay was wonderful. We had an early flight on the day we checked out and accidently paid for the room twice. Upon realising this we contacted GM Satyajeet, who apologised for the mistake and arranged for a full refund, which we received when we returned to Australia. So impressed with this professionalism and honesty. Thanks once again to all staff for their top class service. Karen and Tony.

This hotel is good for the engagement as the Hall is pretty good and looks good. Food is awesome as I only tries vegetarian but taste well.

Very comfortable stay. Mystic hotel. Good food variety. Be prepared for some heavy meals.

The entrance is quite normal but interior ambiance is great and feels vintage. Best time for liquor lovers is early evening as its 30% off on the bill. Not much choice in the beer though, I tried Chinese platter which was 2.5/5.
