I’m rating this 4 stars for a hotel in India for the amount of money I paid for it. If this was in Miami or elsewhere I’d rate it very differently. Beds are clean, showers are a bit dated, but good enough. Towels get changes daily (for the most time). The staff is friendly. You won’t always get what you ask for, or at least not when you would expect it. But overall they, after a couple reminders, they’ll get it done. Breakfast is ok (but I’m not picky and have an iron stomach). They have several dishes to choose from at the buffet, and they’ll make you an omelet if you want. Their Masala Chai is great. I had a-la-carte dinner here a couple times too — it’s fine.

Good place to stay, service is also appreciable… However, maintenance seems a bit off The air-conditioner emitted (sprayed) dust on to us Also, to open the windows, one needs guts.

It was a decent stay. I would recommend this for this price.

Good hotel, near to station and city bus stop. But due to construction is going on at road lots of dusts and sound is there. Service is ok and rooms were clean. Bathroom was not as good As it should be. Staff was cooperative. Since it's near to station and bus stop it's easily reachable and 24hrs the transport is available. Prices were not high considering service quality.

Stayed at this hotel with my family. It was a nice experience, the rooms are good and spacious the service were nice & breakfast was very good we really enjoyed. Staffs are also very helpful & well mannered. The hotel is just in front of the cantt. Rly station. We enjoyed.

Wow! Hotel is of high standard. Manager and staff are well displined, well behaved and courteous. Lunch and dinner served was very tasty It is well spacious and provide all sorts of service.

One of the best hotel newar by canntt railway station, best food and best hospitality.

Not looks so beautiful from outside but very good ambiance inside. Foods are also good. One can opt for spa here. Somehow costly within the same categories hotel in Varanasi.

I stay here for two days in feb. I call housing keeping to clean room. In two days dont even clean my room. I asked staff to change tea cup. They only wash with water and asked me to reuse. They dont even use sopa to clean cup. To badd housekeeping.

Stayed on 21st February. Actually was looking for — star option but unfortunately its not here. Hopeless service quality. 1. They dont keep towel and hanger in room. I asked from bathroom 30 mints back and they couldn't deliver in next 30 mints. Finally I had to use 3 toilet issue roll. 2. Asked for hanger and comb and came after 20 mints and 3 reminder with an irritated answer as I am begging. 3. In Breakfast asked for 1 egg half fry. Neither bother to give after 4-5 reminder and keeps in telling. Its coming. Even for a glass of water had to approach service guy atleast 3 times. *The only Good part is Food quality is great in Dinner* So friends. Never opt for this hotel in Varanasi near cant railway station. Cost is also not cheap…

Staff at the reception was confused and untrained. Room service was mostly on time. The chef is an obnoxious person who cannot cook chicken and will not take suggestions. The hotel, is however, located on a prime space. 5004 had a bathtub, 4016 had a shower that was a little clogged.

Best hotel and service is too awesome. services are also good receptionist are also of very helpful, dining facilities are best food is too delicious especially non veg there is also a spa inside it at 6th floor and the further details I have posted in my photo plz check and the most important thing that I have added in my photo is that there is also fare details of hotel. and the one thing I have to suggest to u plz go there through a cab or a auto becoz the locality is too poor and never hire auto from outside the hotel u should book an ola cab its services are good if u hire hotel from outside the hotel most of times the auto drivers costs too much high price…

Location wise its in great place surrounded by five star hotels like Radisson, clark, ramada etc But the service is poor… I have stayed there and suggested them to improve the service for better future.

Located right opposite the railway station. Rooms aren't the best and service is little shabby. Overall not value for money.

I was staying in room no. 4004 from 11th May to 13th May 2017 at Hotel City Inn, Varanasi. No action was taken, even after complaining regarding the following points. 1. There was no hot water for taking bath. 2. Service was hopeless. 3. Food served was cold, and was served after almost 2 hours. 4. Complementary breakfast was unpalatable. We had breakfast only once, and next 2 days, we had it from outside restaurant. 5. Air condition was ineffective. Room temperature was unbearable. 6. Towels in the bathroom were old and stained.

Restaurant staff was great. Reception lazy, no towels upon arrival it took something like 1 hour to have them. I had 1 warm shower out of 5. Asking to turn the boiler on (as if it was even adequate to be required to ask for it) wouldn't work as they would say yes and do nothing. Aweful unwelcoming attitude. As said the restaurant is fine and the tourist help desk (namely one super guy) were excellent. I'd give it a 5 star for the good and a 2 for the service. It seems like they forget it is a hotel.

Clean hotel with pay internet (good for one device). Hot water with good pressure. Directly across from the train station so good location. VERY noisy hotel; the hallways have no sound absorbing materials, loud noises from outside (traffic, trains) and inside (guests and very loud elevator music).
