One of Varanasi 's best hotels in terms of location and ease of reachability. Hotel is good and rooms have also become nice looking post renovation. Only concern is staff behavior and food quality which needs to be looked into.

Good option for a quick stay. Room service is a bit slow.

It's not at all a 3 star hotel. No hot water, none of the rooms are clean, air conditioning was making too much sound, room service is too slow, rooms are not cleaned regularly. We stayed here for 3 nights which and very disappointed. I found some other customers shirt in the wardrobe — photo attached.

Pathetic staff at reception. Reception guy is not at all coperative. He threw the form at us to fill it up. We came from the long journey and we were tired like anything. We asked him very politely bahiya kya kya bharna hai and his response was form bharna hai serioisly what is this? No place for drivers. Worst worst staff.

This is osm facility and in hotel peer majar and every Friday near majjar suffi singing kawwali song, it listen the song humman relex.

It's a good place to stay overnight. I have visited mumbai, everything was in budget.

Food is very costly and pathetic. No ACs work in restaurant. They are for show piece. Curtains in room are never cleaner. Dust is all round the curtains. In electricity cut no air condition work. If you book a MAP plan you have no choice of food left. They will serve a thali. Over all one should avoid staying in the hotel.

I been staying in this hotel for quite some time but for the last few years it's not been very regular. They have overhauled the whole property very nicely. Food like always is good. One thing they must do is to run the AC in reception area or put some ceiling fans.

Hotel Plaza Inn is near cantonment station. Good rooms. Spacious rooms. Smooth check in check out. Food ok. No parking space available. Very congested area. Good for tourists for couple of days stay.

Hotel is nice and clean restaurant food quality is good, restaurant staff are always ready to full fill your requirements… rooms are clean and nice… but room service are very poor need improvement, frount desk staff is very helpful.

Location was good. But didn't like the room, I booked executive room but that room was looks like normal. That room was dirty too. Food was also not good. Bad experience with this hotel.

Worse hotel and worst hotel staff. The guy in the front office is having some attitude problem. He doesn't not know how to behave, respond and communicate with customers. When I told him that he has a bad attitude, he ignored it and told me That it is ok if he has a bad attitude. Will not recommend this hotel. Better to go to a cheaper hotel where at least staffs will be good to you.

Best ambiance inside, polite and carrying staff, saree stores inside hotel is most reasonable with unique varieties.

Nice hotel near railway stations and bus stand.

Service is good, good location.

They just want to milk you out of your money nothing else. We stayed for 3 days for marriage ceremony and on the last there was a cockroach in breakfast sandwich. Overall the service is poor and food is also not good.

Very worst hotel. We 40 senior citizens suffered due to hopeless restaurant manager. They only shows fake amenities but actually tries to avoid them. Being senior citizens manager not allowing to seat in the restaurant. Though we booked 20 rooms from them 3months in advance. Beware very rude management.

Average hotel, If you compair the rate of tarriff with service and room then you are not completely satisfied.

Poor service, AC plant is shut down from morning till evening, u don't get value for ur money. Buffet cheap quality, serving tea in disposable glasses. Staff is not humble. Delayed service, cockroaches in room and bathrooms. Very costly food. AC room 2000 plus. Never stay.

Very poor service, untidy ever seen in North India. Guys pls don't visit this hotel. Waste of time, they take nearly 2 hrs to preparation.

Basic services failed, like hot water, Wi-Fi high charges, A/C control not available direct central A/C. Dish connection problem, etc…

Decent hotel with all the required amenities.

The hotel is situated at Siddharth Plaza, Godowlia and good budget option at Varanasi with single, double, triple and 4 bed option. We stayed there for 2 nights in AC Double Room. They have 24 hr Room Service, 24 hr Running Hot and Cold Water, Doctor call and on demand Laundry Service. Rooms are clean with attached bath. It is budget property so don't expect more. Proper maintenance is lacking. Room service is amateurish but it's family hotel.

Best Hotel in Varanasi and staff behaviour is very good.

Poor maintainance and poor behavior of the staff. Room's conditions are not good. Bathrooms are dirty.

Room was dark and little dirty. There was some weird smell in the room. Staff was helpful. This place is cheap but not worth spending money here. I stayed in two different hotels, other one was less expensive than this but it was clean and service was very good.

Worst Hospitality what I get when I was here.

Good hotel. Staffs are excellent. Minus point — — no restaurant. Manager is extremely professional with masked face … this point to be taken care of. As a whole good stay.

I'm from azamgarh this hotel is very clean and comfortable and near kashi vishwnath temple and all staff is very reasponsble.
