Awesome food and great ambience.

Everything starting from welcoming guest, room quality including house keeping, service level, quality of food and above all team work — every member was trying to outdo better than other. The experience was beyond my expectation.
Only suggestion is accept all Credit cards including AMEX.

Small boutique type hotel with over priced restaurant food menu. Ramada’ Tadka & The Pallette restaurants are far better and cheaper than this.

Madin hotel is fantastic. The staff are amazing — so professional and efficient. The amenities are great and we loved our entire stay from start to finish. The area is very quiet, far away from the hustle and bustle of Varanasi’s ghats and streets but close enough so that we could get there in 15-20 minutes. 10/10 would highly recommend!

A beautiful dinner evening we had… the hotel is very much beautiful from inside as it seems from outside. The food is really very tasty and the interior dinning hall is very awesome.

A Very Cozy Hotel with great ambience. The restaurant has a detailed menu at reasonable prices. They have a very good Banquet hall which is quite popular with local corporate houses. The Rooms are well appointed, comfortable and spacious. Moreover the staff is friendly and courteous. Esp the Banquet Marketing team.

Nice hotel with proper amenities and services! The ambience is also good and they also have ample parking space for both two & four wheeler vehicles.

Party hall is class and can accommodate the gathering of 300 people. And food quality is also good. Personally recommend this place.

The ambience and presentation is good, the hotel is yet to start a bar, the food is good. Rooms are good and spacious, is situated at Cantonment in line with other leading hotels of Varanasi.

Thanks for hospitality and such kindness. Once I dropped a dish off my hand at the restaurant, the chef and manager came up and took care of me. And then they served a special porridge for me. I just paid a visit here and wow! I founded ritik roshan staying here. Such a wonderful experience. You must pay a visit.

The Madin… A property with a bang. I can't describe how much I loved it. It's conveniently located at a bare 5 minutes distance from the Varanasi Jn. Railway station. The property has great appearance, calm inside. Properely placed rooms and halls and other amenities. Sound proofing is great. Air-conditioning is spot-on and so are the security systems which are so well intigrated. The food is good and up to the standards. The staff is very courteous and goes extreme lengths to satisfy you. They communicate in orderly manner and respond very swiftly and agility stuns you. Worth spending my time here. 5-star rating from me.

Good breakfast! Nice and clean rooms. Staff at the front tesk could improve their hospitality at the arrival! And also over enthusiastic stuff in the pool/gym area.

Sure it's one of the great hotels in this part of town. Well designed, good food and well trained staff makes your stay a breeze. Not much to do around.

Service is miserable. Post dinner they insisted paying the food bill whereas we were staying in the hotel oveenight. Lot of discussion and any other good hotel would have settled the issue with ease. Strange but true. And spa is really a scam and never visit.

Hotel is fairly new (2016 I think) with good finishes. Staff attentive and eager to improve. The breakfast we also liked a lot. Ideal if you want to enjoy Varanasi without being in the bustle of the centre. Near a small shopping center (supermarket and western food) that also came in handy.

I've been to it's banquet hall this Sunday for a ceremony. The interior and decoration is good but the biggest drawback is their food. It's beyond understanding how could they serve so bad food despite being surrounded by several hotels and considering the fact that it's a new hotel. Their hall is good but their food is big no no.

Hotel Madin in Varanasi, a lovely and exclusive place to stay, rooms are great and overall a very posh feelings. Housekeeping and overall service is great but a little bit more expected from the restaurant! Overall a good experience!

Great Hotel, Wonderful rooms though less spacious, Neat and clean washrooms with full amenities provided. Gym, swimming pool, spa all are there. Amazing breakfast and all varieties like a 5 star hotel. Hotel is far better than any old 5 star near by.

The banquet hall was nice. Staff were very helpful. Did not like the food though.
