Not exactly Five star but big and luxurious hotel. Rooms are big. Complimentary breakfast is not that wide spread. Service is slow. Needs improvement in professionalism. Overall a three star plus hotel.

Excellent hotel, with all amenities great experience staying here. One can enjoy all moment here. Food is excellent. Staff is very helpful and take care of each and every requirement.

One of the finest hotel in Cantt area. Great ambience and wonderful hospitality. Good quality is very good with nice restaurant, bar & swimming pool. Enjoyed a lot and taxi services are available for city or airport. Room quality is also good with awesome AC cooling. Overall a pleasant experience and good for both official and personal purpose.

Hotel rooms were very big spacious ones. Food buffet (breakfast) and alacarte both were good. In terms of service good. The only problem was with the pool first it is a shared pool that means they share the pool with hotel Amaya, second was the timing it was only till 7pm and the security guard came right at 7 to vacate the pool, third they have no kids pool which we wanted as we had kids with us.

Although the hotel looked good and when we arrived we improved the room to suite, the constant noise, from 9 to 18h power outages have made it impossible to rest
47* after excursions we would have liked a little peace of mind and it has been impossible to.

A very good hotel in a very good location. In the city, but on the quiet side. The rooms are quiet big, clean and have everything which is needed for a traveler. The hotel has parking facility as well with free breakfast. General food is a bit expensive, but quality is good. The only negative will be the room-service. They are extremely slow and you have to remind quiet a number of times if you need anything. Overall, it is a very good property. Have stayed there twice.

Hotel is beautiful. Rooms and reception is really pretty. We only had breakfast and I would give an average rating to breakfast.

The rooms are excellent. The blanket smelled a bit bad… But they solved the problem. The Wi-Fi is not included.

It was a decent deal at rivatas for me. The only one thing which disappointed was the service! The reception staff was not courteous at all. For me the hospitality was zero although some of the good staff service made up a little for the indecent behavior. Rooms were undoubtedly amazing. The breakfast had a good variety. Overall I liked the experience but would be a little skeptic to book the place next time cause of the service.

Hotel is good with nice Interier, nice polite staff, excellent room, special tasty food menu. You feel very comfortable here because shopping mall is near, good cantonment area, Railway Station is near, sightseeing places is near.

At 6 km. From the most beautiful places in Varanasi. It was a very nice Hotel. Restaurant not too much variety but well prepared dishes.

Rooms are clean and fairly large, bedding might have been of better quality. Staff was nice enough and they tried giving a good service but communication is hard, they get orders wrong or simply forget about them. Restaurant serves terrible food, neither the buffet or the à la carte options are any good. The food lacks taste or spice and it is not hot when served. The place is good enough for a one night stay but I recommend to find another place to eat.

It is a five-star hotel with good amenities and budget price. Book online preferably. It is in the cantonment area and far from the main areas of interest so please travel via cab or autorickshaw. The deluxe rooms are big and the complimentary breakfast is good.

A real 5-star hotel. We got a huge room and were allowed to do the checkout 3 hours later. The Food and service staff is excellent.

Great hotel with affordable prices. They offer great rooms with quality buffets. Also, you can try out their buffet even if you are not staying in the hotel. So, do pay a visit.

This hotel has become an excellent place not only to stay but to spend your valuable weekend evening in their restaurants with delicious Kebabs. Me as a local from Varanasi have opted this hotel for many of my valuable clients and all the time got excellent feedback for this hotel. I think this hotel has positioned itself now in the market.

Absolutely lovely hotel. The lobby is very inviting and comfortable for drinks or coffee. Imagine a fine living room with couches, chairs, Tea and Coffee maker. Make sure you let them know that you are staying in the hotel and they pretty much guarantee you a sitting area. The Pool side is a great spot for lazying after a day in the busy city. The hotel is connected to the restaurant The Oean which compliments the decor of the hotel and has an awesome breakfast with service to match. The beds are dreamy, so very comfortable. The mini-bar refreshment center is filled with unusual goodies.

Nice new hotel in a quiet area but a bit far out from the old town and the ghats. Not so nice service though as the hotel staff wouldn't allow me to share a taxi with another guest. They made us pay for 2 separate transfers to the airport — what a waste. For a hotel in this price range this left an unnecessary bad aftertaste.
