There is absolutely nothing negative I could say about this hotel. Beautiful, comfortable, luxurious even. Staff are polite, friendly, helpful and very attentive. Room was sheer comfort, with lovely complimentary toiletries. Food was second to none, it was just quite simply delicious and dining staff excellent. Highly recommend.

Just two storeys, spread over wide space, big lobby, rightly placed swimming pool in wide central in the middle with beautiful view from the most rooms. Very cordial and well-dressed staff will make your day memorable. I would repeat my next— — highly recommend for group and family outings.

Best option if in Agra. Hotel staff very polite and helpful. Evening time pool side you have too many activities like puppet show, music, instruments, magic show. Lovely place full of greenery and open space. Perfect place to relax and enjoy with dedicated kids room with care taking teacher.

I liked the building flat, nice and green not like most of the hotels are associated with ie. Tall concrete structures. Very friendly and helpful staff. Place is amazing.

This place is an absolutely amazing experience. Literally from the moment you walk in, each and every person on this amazing staff will make you feel like ancient Indian royalty. The service is beyond compare and the food and food service has no equal. I’m not easily impressed and I am in appreciative awe of the service.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in Europe. Thanks for making our visit to Florence that much bet.

Decent place. Very good and less explored walk trail. Good options for kids. Swimming pool is small and almost full over the weekend. Food was decent, probably they can think to change breakfast options it's so monotonous Service is good.

Like many Trident, this is at the low end of 5-Star. Cheap room rates mean there are 3rd party vendors and "puppet shows" that are "free" donation expected. Customer service is very good in an attempt to bridge this gap. If you're looking for value for money, look no further; real 5-Star, expect to pay more.

One of the best hotels available in this locality. Very nice restaurant with delicious food and warm lighting. Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff and management is also good.

Well, I am a frequent traveller and have seen many countries and almost every part of India, I have never ever seen such beautiful hearted staff in any hotel, I have stayed there for a night, early checked in but they have arranged room for my family, staff is really amazing and helpful, highly skilled in their work, ultimate cleanliness, kids club is my kid's favourite place to spend time, only thing which I was missing a pool for toddlers, other than that everything deserve 6 stars, food is awesome, we have tasted indian, continental and English breakfast, not a single dish is there which me n my kid don't like, overall experience is awesome, thank you guys for this wonderful experience, I will visit there soon.

Very nice and beautifully built hotel. As it is a 5 star hotel all facilities are very good. We use to go to this hotel to attend official meeting and food is also good. Gardens and swimming pool are also very attractive.

Beautiful hotel. Felt like a resort. Great welcoming pool outside. Used their spa, a 90 min massage but on the pricey side. After dinner each night, hotel had activities for guest. Henna, pot making or fortune telling. Exceptional buffet with so many choices.

It's a good weekend getaway… Small property with 50-60 rooms. Really nice pool and garden area located at walking distance from Taj. Food is the high point of this property — really good variety and obviously taste.

The staff is the best, very friendly and professional. The restaurant is the best and the food very nice. The Wi-Fi is OK and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Best hospitality I have come across in a long time. The whole of the staff was so helping and courteous. The property is well maintained, just like spotless clean. It's kinda resort, though not very big. Has all the facilities that a family would like. Kids play area, 24x7 gymnasium, 24x7 business centre, plush green field for sports like football, cricket etc. One word, fantabulous!

We stayed in this modern hotel for only one night but during that time were impressed by the level of service provided. This started at check-in and went through to checkout. We didn't have time to experience many of the services available beyond the restaurant. However, that was enough to suggest other facilities would be equally well served. We were warmly greeted on arrival at the restaurant for evening meal and although busy with a number of tour groups, and not having made a reservation, we were promptly seated and then the service began. Being not particularly hungry we each selected a main course from the a la carter menu. However, we were then treated to a couple of starters on the house. Having enjoyed these, and our mains, a couple of desserts were then provided for us to sample. At breakfast similar service was provided and we were again surprised to be given some fruit, water and pastries for our journey. Although all the staff were great Shivang, who was undertaking a 3 year training course with the hotel group, was especially attentive. I know that we may have been given some extra attention due to a request from the people who helped with our booking asking we had VIP treatment, it was evident that others in the restaurant were also receiving service beyond what is often given in hotels these days. Would certainly recommend this hotel and, having stayed at others in the group will potentially stay at other Tridents in the future.

Don't understand why is a 5 star hotel. More like a Holiday Inn. Nice staff. Clean rooms. Great buffet. Hardest beds in the world. Small rooms.

I love this hotel. It's just wonderful. I would highly recommend it. I was there in the off season Jan 2018. Great rates. And not overly busy. Come March it starts to get hot and humid and with the air pollution I'm not sure that Agra is a destination you'd want to go to.

Absolutely fabulous stay at this hotel. The staff could not have done more to help us and accommodate our needs. I love the 'no tipping' rule which is very clear and means that everyone gets a fair rate and you are not constantly tipping for nothing. The food was excellent and the choice at the buffet was brilliant. Something for everyone, even fussy kids! However, even if there was nothing the kids wanted, they happily accommodated them by offering chips or chicken as that was all they wanted. The rooms are beautiful and clean and it's a little oasis of calm in the chaos that is Agra!

This is my second visit to Trident, Agra. The first being in 2013 I guess. The property is renovated for good. New reception is very open and clutter-free and faces the pool which is a great trademark of Trident properties. We were given a very warm welcome at arrival and was very pleasing to know that I was upgraded to the next category of room. Mr. Rohan from front office were especially to be noted for this. The whole span of the property is remarkably well kept and very clean. The activities for kids like kids club, magic & puppet shows are very kid friendly and are an extra effort towards making it a wholesome family experience. The room in itself is comfy and equipped with all that you need. They also have a water fountain feature in the central garden, I tried to meditate near it in the morning and it was simply majestic. The whole property is very quite, calm and green. Massive lawns with peacocks playing in evening. Organic farm inside the property where they grow many daily veggies, herbs and spices. Overall one of my best experiences in recent time. Thanks team Trident. See u soon.

Good property. Ever smiling staff. But few at the restaurant do have the polite arrogance. They are polite but then you feel the arrogance or disregard. But overall great people. Great location. Great lawns. They renovated the rooms over the past 2 years. So, rooms are better now, including bathrooms.

Wow! Just wow! What a wonderful hotel experience! My family and I had just come from another hotel in Delhi, where I got food posioning and this hotel went Above and Beyond! They brought me banana's, toast, yogurt, anything to help me feel better! Their staff was so warming and they made such a big effort to help in any way they could! The chef even made sure to come around and introduce himself and make sure everything was good! The best hotel we have ever stayed at! They even had a puppet show, pottery, and a magic show for the kids at night. If only we could have stayed longer… if you're in Agra, make sure to stay here! LOVELOVELOVE!

Absolutely fantastic stay here, all be it for only a couple of nights. All the staff could not do enough for you. Early departure to get to Delhi airport, Kitchen staff fixed a boxed breakfast for us and left it at reception by 3.30. Transfer to airport was late, reception worked wonders to get in touch with the driver. High recommend.

The ambience is lovely and peaceful, the garden is also beautiful and the rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is also very helpful and professional, every staff member is very polite, willing to help and to contribute the the great overall experience. We really enjoyed every minute at this hotel, the offer is very good: the food is excellent, very good massage and so on… Thank you very much for such a great experience, we will definitely use and recommend this hotel in the future!

Modern with lovely landscape and immaculate housekeeping. Outdoor pool and spa services. Quite OK restaurant and separate bar. Hotel lost a star because plumbing knob for hot water came off when turned and shower door and bathroom door almost collide when both are opened. Very nice breakfast choices. Best omelet in India so far.

Pool is awesome (almost picturesque) and breakfast is good. Many nighttime activities for kids including magic shows and pottery making.

The staff is so humble the services rendered are precise and time management is so wonderful. Full marks.

A gud place to stay very peaceful and gud service.

Close to the end of a frenetic tour of the "Golden Triangle", it was a real pleasure to stay at this hotel. Smart, clean, comfortable and with really good staff. One notable detail was that it was the only hotel we stayed in where the pillows didn't feel like foam blocks — bliss. The grounds are particularly nice, from the courtyard swimming pool and waterfall, to the extensive gardens. You can, if you have a garden-facing room, watch wildlife from your bed. Beyond the more formal gardens are vegetable gardens, a "bird zone" and a couple of ponds, the whole lot forming an oasis in the city. For those interested in wildlife, we saw some good birds and a mongoose on our early morning prowl. To sum up, best hotel, best sleep, good food and pretty good wildlife.

I visited … Overall world-class Hotel. Lots of attentive and friendly staff Gentleman at check-in during the night was very pleasant, it was traditional indian culture It would really attract every Indians heart and make foreigners realize the feelings of Athithi devo Bhav . Very clean facilities and great dine too.

I m speechless, but in one word its amazing.

Stayed here for 2 nights April 2015. Had to buy internet time. Purchased 1 hour and downloaded email, then logged off to save minutes. Could not log in again. Checked with the front desk and was told I bought 1 hour and that was for one session. I'm sure it was my error in not reading the fine print. The IT guy told me he would credit back time and to log in again. Never happened — every time I tried to log in I was instructed to buy more minutes. Went back to IT guy and no one was quite sure why I couldn't log in (stand around shrugging). Next I was told I could use the Business Center for free internet. Went to the business center, which consisted of tired old desktop pcs, but you had use their stuff (not your own iPad or laptop). Of course I could buy more time if I wanted to use my own iPad or laptop. Forget it. Check your dry cleaning bills on checkout. They double charged for everything. A fellow traveler went to the front desk to check out and was asked if she had used the mini bar, to which she replied she had not. She paid her bill and went back to check on another traveler; walked by the room she had just checked out of and the door was open. She paused and found an employee checking the room she had just checked out of. Asked what was going on, she was informed they were checking the mini-bar to see if she was dishonest. If I could give minus stars I would.
