A very good hotel. The ambience is very good. They provide pick up service. Rooms are clean and amenities are all in place and in working condition. The housekeeping service has an issue as even though the button is pressed there is no housekeeping done till we return at night. Even the breakfast dishes are still on table after whole day of outing. But when given a call, the night reception staff makes sure the housekeeping is done till we have dinner at the restaurant. The night staff sleeps at night so when called 4 water at around 2:30pm, there was no one 2 ans call on reception or restaurant so we had 2 go down n get a bottle which was charged at rs. 40. (A rs. 20 bottle). Reception staff was rude enough to ask us to leave by auto instead of giving a drop facility. The food was very good and presentation was very pretty.

It was worth visiting Agra. Mr Sunil front xesk were excelled in providing all the very best of services. Amazing food, Excellent service supportive staff. Made the stay comfortable and relaxing. This has to be an unexpected surprise and a pleasant experience.

Had a very comfortable stay. Staff accommodated all our requests and were hospitable. Located close to the Taj Mahal and Agra fort. Has good restaurants in close proximity. The in-house restaurant serves up a good meal in short notice. Booked through make my trip so had a good deal on the rates also.

The service was amazing and the room was elegant as well. Only complaint being the faulty comod in the toilet, overall experience in the Taj Villas was satisfactory. There could be more and better food items in the breakfast buffet but its okay.

Good deal accept that they sale Mineral Water above MrP, n after asking for the explanation no one could justify it. They did not even share there GM no. When asked not the GM took any step to ask y n what happen, after leaving my no. In the front desk… I was disappointed for such gesture being an hotalier … Rooms r good n stay was fine…

Food in the restaurant was not good. The staff was mostly incompetent. We asked the same waiter for our bill 3 times. Free breakfast was… free. The bathroom in our room wasn't cleaned, but we didn't notice until later in the evening, otherwise would have asked for a new room. Wi-Fi was spotty at best. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a marriage lawn next door, which we didn't mind, but if you want a quiet room, this is not the place.

No hot water in the morning. Wi-Fi basically unusable. Food almost inedible, restaurant staff completely disorganized. Linen was clean.

The hotel is a bit secluded from the Tagus Mahal, but in 5min by car you get to the East gate. The attention from the staff has been good but the hotel itself has some shortcomings that could be improved. For example, the water in the shower is out through the bathroom because they only use a curtain Q does not reach the ground. There is No Wi-Fi to the rooms. In our room the fridge lost water. However it is a good choice for one or two nights.

Best hotel in Agra. The best living rooms N good service and osm food quality. I enjoy that hotel surrounding.

Staff is very good and supporting, food is also tasty and nice. One thing was room was cold, though heater was supplied.

Nice place in close proximity to Taj Mahal. Rooms are clean, food is good. Standards are maintained since lot of foreigners stay at this place. Personally we had problem with AC in room leading to suffocation. Staff showed openness to change room immediately which was good part.

The rooms were good. But the beds were very springy and elderly people are not able to feel comfort sleeping in it… the food was amazing except Biriyani… they are wasting fruits and vegetables in the way of garnishing…

It's fine for what's in the area. It doesn't excel at all and the breakfast is very poor.

Very good hotel and rooms are very nice and cozy. The prices are very reasonable and place is very much comparable to a five star hotel. I would recommend this to anybody who wants a good girl at reasonable price.

The Taj Vilas hotel is located in the suburb of Agra. A nice hotel with exceptional services. Good ambience makes you to feel like a home away from home. Well behaved staff is the icing on the cake.

Please don't come. If you take a tourist package pay a little more. I agradecereis it… this is lawless city. The light goes off once in a while and it gives Miedito to go out on the street after eight.

A 3 star rated small hotel situated at Fatehabad road Agra, well known for tourists visiting to see Tajmahal, a monument of love. The hotel has four floors containing rooms with all basic amenities required to accommodate foreign as well as Indian tourists. Good ambience. Useful for short period stay with comfort at moderate rates.

Hotel room is good for 2 persons but u can get another metrix by paying extra money with in budget including breakfast and the best part u can bring out side food too, parking available.

Visually the place is good. There was however no hot water and we were waiting for over 30mins for someone to come and fix it. Food is great however and cleanliness of the place is decent. The food however is those of a 5 star hotel so if you're looking for a hotel with good food then this is the place.

The hotel is a three star one but the amenities provided in each and every room seems to be four star. A godrej safety locker with tea and coffee maker is provided. Luxury Spa therapies are available for rejuvenation. However, if one is a smoker, this is not the option because of the smoke detector which is right next to the door inside the room.

Stole my credit card. I'll start with the worst part first. I stayed here one night as part of a trip to the Taj Mahal, and got dinner at the hotel restaurant. After paying with my visa card I went to bed to get up early for sight seeing. In the morning I had received texts, emails, and voice-mails from my bank asking about suspicious looking charges. As it turns out, an employee at the hotel copied down my card number and information, and charged about $1, 000 to it on video games and electronics before my bank shut the card down. Clearly the identity theft was the worst part of the stay, but in addition a member of my traveling group got sick from eating dinner at the restaurant. Vomiting, diarrhea, the works. The food itself at the hotel restaurant was also pretty bad, even aside from the risk of getting sick. The dinners consisted of a main like chicken, kofta, etc, which then had some kind of gravy dumped on top that tasted like it was made from a pouch of dry mix or a can. The breakfast was equally awful. Something else that seemed strange is that there were at lot of employees at the hotel, but no one seemed to be doing any work and were just milling around. The employees generally don't pay attention to you at the restaurant, at the desk, would leave dirty dishes in the hall from room service, and really didn't seem to care or do anything. The toiletries seemed strange as well, some were unlabeled, I think the bottles were just refilled with whatever.

Nice hospitality and great food.

I booked this Hotel for stay while my Trip to manali. We stayed there for just 3 hours but I cannot forget the comfort we had. We literally regretted of staying there for such a less time. I shall Heartily Thank the Staff for being such Professional and making us feel so comfy. Please make a note to stay in this Hotel whenever you visit AGRA.

Its a good hotel to stay… Services is good… The only which concerned me that they don't serve breakfast to the room… We need to visit the resturant place to get the breakfast served… Overall its good one… in the price bracket.

Clean room and very good buffet. Only one issue Wi-Fi connection is very slow.

The most pathetic hotel I have ever stayed in. Though rooms are big n quite clean, but the corridor gives a feel that you are wasting your money. Moreover, the room service is not at all good. Most importantly, the complimentry breakfast served by the hotel like lemon rice, idli, sambar, french toast are not properly cooked and even seems like remains of last night. I sincerely urged to all the traveler not to book a room in this hotel. The guys who have given good rewies are all part of this hotel only and not the real travelers.

It's pleasant Experience, I had booked with Goibibo OYO rooms, it's on Main Road and just 2 km for Taj Mahal, and very near to TDI mall to hangout for movies and McDonald is just 2 min walk able distance, Great breakfast with so many varieties, OVER ALL ITS BEST HOTEL TO STAY.

Agra hotel provides a wonderful experience with courteous staff. The rooms are pleasant looking. Had a great overall experience. Me and the family would stay again.

Nice hotel with good service A+++.

The rooms are nice. The staff not so much. We needed extra towels and were told by housekeeping staff that we don't give more than 2 per room. I had to argue with the housekeeping person over the phone to get extra towels. The food (breakfast and dinner) is below average. I do not recommend this because of the staff and food.

Really such a nice experience in the hotel.

If you are looking for optimal price it good hotel to stay hangout in TDI mall just walking distance, room service is not so fast, also breads are not that good to eat. Irritating thing is that Wi-Fi get expired after some time duration you have to make request again.

We recently stayed at this hotel and really enjoyed the stay there. Its only 2 kms away from the East Gate of Taj Mahal and it takes only 3-4 mins by car to reach the Taj Parking. Distance to the Agra Fort is about 4 kms from here. The location is great. The hotel was comfortable and worth the price paid.
