Hotel is best location &best service all service good.

This hotel is very good and service is so good all facility us aviable in this hotel.

Good budget hotel. Booked through Oyo. Opposite mall with cinema. 2 km from the Taj Mahal. Take e rickshaw and u can reach Taj in 10 mins in 10 rupees. Hotel services very good. Don't expect lavish hotel tantrums. Rated 5 stars because of budget and distance from Taj. One more thing, there is no market near the hotel, only a poor mall with no shops but a controlled and the train station is a bit far but manageable.

It is in best place for staying for tourists. Just the walls are not clean and well coloured but overally good.

This hotel is very very nyc in agra and best location in my first tym exprnce.

Clean comfortable room. Friendly staff insisted on serving us a hot breakfast before we left. Thank you guys for looking after us so well.

I must say it's really is a best hotel in agra. Rooms are clean. Good food. And the best thing is they provide buffet service which can rarely be seen in budget hotels in agra. It is couple friendly hotel. I personally enjoyed a memorable time with my girlfriend. Wanna visit agra? Go for Merit hotel.

Hotel is good enough to stay in agra. Rooms are above average. Food is good but costly. Service is better than other hotels that I visited but is time taking. Although, value for money…

Not the best, good for a night halt. The room we booked through Oyo was very small and had a dirty bathroom. The man at the reception was a little rude. Breakfast served was average.

The hotel is having good rooms but could have a water heater and tea and coffee sachets to help one self make more tea. Easily accessible but difficult to find if using Google maps since it would be just ahead of u and the map would take u going in circles. Ask the locals for exact location.

Good service provided by staff. Clean room, quality food, Offered room with service like… Bath towel, bath soap, Wi-Fi in room, cable TV connection etc Value for money.

Friendly service but room did not have accessories as advertised such as hairdryer, kettle, iron, heater. Water was also cold.

Good value for money. Decent place with all basic facilities. Food is good. The complementary breakfast is good for a budget hotel like this. Rooms are clean. Staff service is appreciated.

My experience with this hotel was so good there is a very friendly staff which is always ready to help also the room are gud for stay most important thing is that the rooms arevery neat and clean and one for thing that makes it more attractive is the quality of food so delicious food.

Very average hotel. Plus point is that it's close to the Taj Mahal. The staff is helpful but the facility itself is just about ok.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were always available to help, even with placing a pizza delivery order when the worker couldn't understand my accent. The room was comfortable, although a bit chilly, and they were always willing to bring anything we needed to our room. I have to Mark them down because the free breakfast was only a few Indian dishes and when I ordered off the menu they were only able to bring 2 of the 5 things I ordered (eggs and tea). They were out of fruit juice (all three varieties), yogurt, corn flakes, and I never got my toast, although I think they had that and just forgot. Really poor experience dining wide, but excellent stay as far as room and accommodations go.

Rooms are small but decent n enough for a couple staff is so gud n supporting. Well n gud in budget hotel with all facilities.

Hotel merit is a very good hotel i've been there for the first time yesterday rooms are made very well and air conditioners also work there were well.

The hotel is opposite to the TDI mall. The rooms are clean, but small in size. Service was good.

Booked this hotel through Oyo, normally my experience with Oyo are great but not with this particular hotel. They don't have any parking structure nor they have any arrangements for such and rates are all time high, service is poor. Managment is not at all friendly, would not recommend it to anyone as per my personal experience.

Okay hotel at nice location but everything else is bad. The staff is not hospitable and they do not have any parking facility. So don't even think of going there in your own vehicle.

HORRIBLE!
The shower was ridiculous and not usuable, the lights didn't work and we had to stay in the dark; very dirty, they don't bring you toilet paper unless you ask for it, the POS didn't work so the owner brought us to an agency to pay and in the road back he stopped and let us waiting in the car for like 20 minutes like two dogs, because he was buying eggs! From the outside it looks beautiful, from the inside it's horrible. And also expensive.
do not go there.

There was a spot of blood on my blankets, 2 out of 4 lights were broken, there was a pigeon in the air duct inside my room, no information about the city or anything, very ugly room in general shower not even working properly, POS wasn't working. Thanks god I stayed here only two nights, save your money change hotel ;)

The ac was leaking, the TV was not working. Dint get extra blanket and water even after asking several times… room was not worth the money they charged. A big no next time.

Very very bad management… net se booking hone ke baad bhi booking hone ka inkaar karte hai… net par kuch aur room dikhate hai aur dete hai kuch aur… communication is very bad… customer se gundaitee karte hai… bahut hi kharab experience raha inke hotel ka… services is very very bad.

Good hotel in sub-Rs. 1000 budget, though rooms are small and mostly without window. However, the location is its USP with major food outlets within 100m distance and Taj Mahal and Fatehpur Sikri nearby.

It is a very good and very nice Hotel in Agra, It is near by Taj Mahal Also. Rooms are very neat and clean. Particular about cleanliness of rooms and surroundings. Its location is best in Agra as on can get lot many options near by for market for stuffs. Conference Hall is very good and spacious. The restaurant is to good. The food is very testy. Good space for parking also. The hotel itself is ideally situated a 10 minute walk to the Taj Mahal. If you arrive by coach, so hotel have good parking also. This is the right place to stay in Agra. Because they are very taking care of their guest.
