Just arrived and pleasantly surprised. The rooms are huge, fits 2 x small double beds, a wardrobe, fridge and eating area and the bathroom is larger than my home one!

Very convenient to pick someone up at the airport. The rooms are large and comfortable. Restoration on site. Shuttle service, parking closed. But it's not a resort.

Very good Passthrough hotel. Restaurant and breakfast is priced. Staff is very friendly and speaks English or at least is willing to speak English. In mine experience is something rare in France.

Personal welcoming, helpful. The room is spacious and you can hear nothing from the outside. Meals are good, cheap and well served and can be served in the room. All-you-can-eat breakfast. And the shuttle included in the price is regular.
Too bad parking isn't free.

It was a fairly decent stay. Amazing breakfast little pricey at 20 euro but worth imo. Clean place and friendly staff, slighlty delapitated outside but no biggie.

From the outside it looks like a popular home but inside is great! Reception/Lobby small but well made and comfortable, room in order is clean, great television and great Wi-Fi. Very good breakfast

I had a very good night at this hotel! The bedding is very good, the room very clean. The room is well soundproof and the staff is very welcoming. Finally the breakfast was varied, hearty and excellent. The hotel is close to Orly and it has a free shuttle. Hotel recommended.

On the other hand the speed of the catering service is calamitous.
Inability to serve 5 dishes (including 4 cold dishes) at the same time; 50 MN Between the first 2 who were served and the other 3 people at the table.
Usually the dishes are barely hot while I think this is only heated dishes.

Looks shoddy. But it's a nice place. Secure.

Clean Room A little cold good breakfast staff professional.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The best, its extra large bed and very comfortable. Perfect Hotel for a stopover. The only downside is the Suttle Q is not very punctual and sometimes it takes.

Arrived very late after the cancellation of a flight (11pm) and I could still have a meal at the restaurant.

The reception is very correct and well informed. Close to the airport with a free shuttle. Impeccable Service. No complaints. Well soundproofed despite a large traffic around the hotel. Good breakfast.

Rooms are large, well furnished and clean. Beds are comfortable. Location is near to the airport with a convenient shuttle that runs between 5 am and 11:40 pm. It picks up at shuttle pickup for the West terminal and 7 for the South terminal. There is nothing other than the airport near this hotel so I would not stay here for anything other than easy access to the airport.

This is a comfortable hotel for a 1 night stop over, if you have a connecting flight home. There is a free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel which takes around 15 minutes. The only issue that we had with this, was that the driver thought that he was a F1 racing driver. Speeding, taking sharp corners and generally driving erratically. This put us off for the return journey and instead we booked Uber which cost around €6. Check in was easy, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was complimentary water in the room and a fridge to store your own bought water. We had a comfortable nights sleep, but unfortunately wouldn't book again as the shuttle bus driver was very unprofessional. The shuttle bus pick up point is BUS STOP 12. Please note you will find it impossible to find this information out on your booking.

Clean and comfortable rooms (though do not come with irons and the one provided by reception was probably last used by Joan of Arc).

Evening meals were excellent, however breakfast was only adequate (good choice but poor attempt at British style cooked brekkie). All the staff (especially those working in the bar and restaurant) were friendly, polite and attentive. … Good shuttle service.
Useless gym.

Hotel sublime… With comfortable rooms, decorate with style. Staff always listen to and responsive, with a smile. You intend to visit Paris or travel via orly airport this hotel is the ideal.

Very professional and kind staff particular in case of emergency (signifikant other checked in the previous day with a detached retina, not to mention this was the terror weekend), so we needed a lot of help! The rooms are clean, spacious and well decorated. Only the Shuttle bus to ORY could run a bit more often.

As with other Best Western you have to use the Lifts, stairs only available in the event of Fire, Reception totally disorganised too many people getting in each others way achieving organised chaos.

An airport hotel, cold and impersonal. Is very remote from the Centre, but is well to spend a night of scale. The Wi-Fi signal is pretty good.

Reception staff was very pleasant, smiling, and professional, a short night spent but it was perfect.

Good destination. Breakfast has €18 with a bit of noise to the highway side rooms.

We were in room 614, we slept very well (good quality) breakfast buffet was on top!

Good place to lie down. Stayed at Superier double room and much spacious and has very cozy chair. Very neat bathroom and welcome complimentary orange juice and water and chocolate. I will come and stay at this hotel if come again.

Very good hotel. Quiet and very well equipped rooms. The bad thing is that it is away from it all and to dine there is more choice than room service or a Mcdonald's a 5 minute walk.
PD: That we like beer should have prudence, each pint out to 9'50 eurazos.
