Don’t go here at Agra, it is wastage of your money and you will definitely spoil your mood behaviour of here staff, really very bad. Poor service. Bed is also in very bad condition, shower washroom etc is not well. One thing only is revolving restaurant that is good but don’t stay here, never. Outside and outlook is good but inner side is very bad experience.

I was in India for the first time in my life back in November 2017 and during my visit to Taj my family and I stayed there. The place itself was amazing. Beautiful and very neat & clean. Food was amazing too. I work in hotel front desk myself in America and I have to say they are doing an incredible job. Employees were very professional and helpful. Yes, if I go to visit again with my daughter I would definitely want to stay there again.

3-4 star self rated. Comfortable accommodation. 12 minutes to the Taj Mahal. Good food Getting tired. Staff very pleasant and English spoke. Would stay again.

Really bad experience… staff and managers are arrogant. They gave single single bed in rooms to family. If you ask them to shift to king size bed, they answer roughly that they don't have any… 2 star is only for their food… no service… no courtesy… once you book this hotel, they believe that "AB KAHA JAYEGA BECHARA… "

Location is very good and accessible. Rooms are clean and we'll maintained Room service needs more improvisation but overall a nice place to stay.

Clean, basic rooms. Terrible customer service. If you’re in the rooms in the side of the street you’ll be listening to the street noise and honking all night. There was a wedding going on until 5am with very loud music when we stayed here.

Had a bad stay here. The room was nice and clean. But there was a wedding going on with music so loud the room was vibrating until 5am. I tried calling reception to ask where the pool was but they said they couldn't hear me because of the noise. I tried asking some other people who worked there where the pool was and either nobody knew or it was a language barrier.

I didn't get my room cleaned while out on tour. No air conditioning, TV didn't work properly, The breakfast was below average. We were told after the fact that we had to drop our keys at the front desk before going out for the day to have your room made up.

This hotel is not far from Tajmahal… within walking distance… But my bad experience was my room was on 4th floor… just opposite the restaurant, and men's toilet… can you imagine the kitchen is on the top floor… very noisy till late night… I heard sound like some guess were shouting at each other, the staff cooking (smell the food also), and clean up the kitchen ware… OMG, luckily everything ended by midnight.

The restaurant at Pushp villa, Merry go Round is a revolving restaurant and one of its kind in the area around. The bar serves variety of cocktails and food is delicious. The server is very fast in providing meals.

The hotel look was nice but the food was not tasty it's better to to eat at home.

Rooms are okay. Bathroom is good. Slightly noisy as walls are thin. Breakfast is terrible though — need major improvements! And friendlier staff — at least a smile.

Bathroom was filthy, cockroaches in the sink, lime scale all over the shower. Breakfast was over priced and bland. The entire place feels unloved, with inattentive staff, and dirt and grim on everything. Only redeeming feature is proximity to Taj.

It is the best hotel. All is fine and good. It's luxury is best and fabulous. Only they have to work little on their food.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location. The rest of it was a shocker. No lifts, below standard food, dirty rooms. Nothing to like. The staff is good and helpful but the building itself is not up to the standard.

Rooms were very very dirty, Poor management, dirty WashRooms, electronic doors were not working. It deserves only one * (Star)

We had booked 2 rooms (3 star) and when we reached there these rooms did not deserve 1 star. Rooms was very dirty and congested. Unsealed water bottles, switch boards were not working, extra bed was "chaarpai", dirty bedsheets, washrooms were very dirty, electric doors were not working… bad experience… I suggest that please don't waste your money.

Nice clean decent, hygenic place for family stay. The in house revolving restaurant provides mouth water dishes tailored to your taste.

The hotel services are up to the mark. Rooms are beautiful with almirah, mini refrigerator and tea maker. Over all a good experience. It has swimming pool, a revolving restaurant, and body spa.

3 star hotel. Nice service, nice food, revolving restaurant, cleanliness is well maintained. A cute small refrigerator was there in my room which I liked very much. Beautifull rooms!

Pathetic services, Specially there is an old man DADA, who don’t have manners to speak with client, I also visited this properly after entering in it, they used local cops for threatening clients if any client complaint about the services, Clients cant had right to speak anything wrong happen in the hotel, I also forward this to media too. Personally not recommended specially for NRI’s not to book this hotel ….

Meri saari parti yahi hoti hai and I enjoy here with a glass of beer in the cocktail room.

Excellent property away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Very peaceful and welcoming after a long day.
