Good roadside hotel, neat & clean, prompt service, good accessibility. Tariff is ok.

Hotel is nice but prices are high Food isn't good quality & taste both comprmised.

Not well maintained. The bedsheets & blankets had stains. Also I had booked through makemytrip with a clear instruction of my company address & GST no. But, Hotel did not provide invoice. Avoid this hotel. I had booked online because it was closer to the office work place I wanted to visit. But there would be other better hotels nearby.

The experience was great. Morning breakfast was free by Oyo and obviously we enjoyed it. The location of thia hotel is on highway close to the sikandra tomb. Also bus stand is quite near. Being a tea lover, I must mention that they provide an awesome tea in their breakfast. Also service is good with clean washrooms. Comfortable and clean bed. Loved it!

Hotel and location both are in my favour. Staff were very helpful. So I recommend the people to visit sunwayinn for comfortable stay.

Had a good stay for 2 nights. Location was good as situated opposite Akbar Tomb and on main road so we can easily get transport services. Room were spacious and clean, Food was good and service was acceptable.

Hotel was located at very convenient location, opposite Akbar Tomb, with parking space. Rooms were nice and spacious, but it would be good if they already have heaters in room but same can be provided if you ask them. Staff was very nice and helpful, though service was bit slow (may be their was rush as it was weekend), overall good option to stay, will visit again.

Third class hotel… nothing working properly from phone to gyser… n nothing there in room service… u will get nothing from hotel… u hv to ask for each n evrything like towel soap blanket etc etc.

Firstly the hotel was out of Agra city. Rooms in the hotel were good. You will not get anything to eat after 11. Service there was average.

Very very bad hotel. They don't know the H of hospitality. No coordination at all. First they give me a room. I put my luggage and than I am told that this room was pre booked for someone else. Now shifted to some other room where key card doesn't work. When I demanded another room, I was shifted to another room with great and visible reluctance. The room was smelling stale, bathroom was not clean, TV remote and half of the lights were not working along with intercom. When I complained to the reception, no one was bothered. Even the towels were dirty. I will not advice anyone to stay at this property even if it is free.

I didn't like the stay there, hotel didn't have much of the things mentioned in Food Menu, also rooms were not so great, and TV in my room stopped working after sometime and no one cared about fixing it, towels were not so clean as well.

It doesn't look like a hotel. Hostel would be the right word. Very limited staff, that too doesn't know the ABC of hospitality. Bad food, smelly dirty rooms. Though the rooms are spacious, but not at all maintained. Even the location sucks. It's way far from the main city area. My advice — strictly avoid this place.

Very bad place. Stinky room and dirty blankets, that's this place is all about. Hotel staff is not professional at all. It was really bad experience, spending a night there. Strictly not recommended.

Services are good, staff is coperative. Facilities are good nd food is also gud.

Situated on NH-2. No market nearby but a nice and decent place to stay. Rooms are totally worth their tarrifs. I loved my stay.

It's near to Tomb of Ashoka the great, Sikandar. Hotel staff is very cooperative an helpful with smile on their faces. Rooms are neat and clean. Food is also good.

Not a good place for stay for luxury style if you have not enough money for a luxury hotel so you can stay here in cheap prices.

Lift wasn't working. Sheets weren't clean. Tv was broken. Power outlets were broken.

Food is very bad Paytm was accepted during the demonetization phase but card machine was not working due to network error. Rooms are as displayed on Oyo website Bathroom was clean Location was weird Car parking is quite unsafe as it is just outside the hotel But the place was quite close to Taj mahal. I feel paying 3500/-for 1night for 2rooms is not worth it. Appropriate price should be 800/ — per night per room. Although they provided extra bed free of cost but that was because we had booked the room with 3guests so they should have prepared the room beforehand but still on requesting they provided immediately.

Room were clean, location was convenient Staff and service was acceptable.

Simply best in class hotel.
