Not a good choice, flaws everywhere in there operations, food was also not good and overpriced, parking was on road side, no proper parking, curtains were full of dust, cobweb everywhere in room. Not a good choice.

Good place. But in some room when you enter you can face very hot … After 20 — 10 minutes you can get relief when AC on.

It is good 3 star hotel in agra. Located near the shilpgram agra nearby tajmahal parking. Rooms are very neat and clean and staff is also coperative. It is a good option for budget traveller.

Unhigenic rooms & smell of bathroom spread all over in room and lamps are not working properly. Room service is so slow and late. Conclusion, still they need to improve alot to become 3 star hotel & I don't know why they charge 3k from us it's hardly deserve 1.5k or 1.6k And at last they refuse to give my room bill and give inappropriate reasons.

Horrible. Shower didnt work. There is a party happening with high volume at 00:40.

We arrived to the hotel after a 22 hour train ride (which had been delayed for 19 hours also) so we were all very tired. We checked in to our three bedroom room only to find one bed and a very old camp style trundle bed (that hadn’t been set up. It was only set up once we asked and told them we had a triple room). When we asked if there were any single rooms available, we were told no and had to resort to a few mattresses on the floor due to the poor quality of the camp bed. If you have more than two people per room, book more rooms. Don’t bother trying to keep everyone in one room. Book more rooms for a better sleep or book elsewhere.

Nice budget hotel with a restaurant and complimentary breakfast. Rooms are spacious. TV and Wi-Fi existing. Can pay with credit card.

Nice room, eats well in the restautant, breakfast half hair, the Wi-Fi is the worst of the hotels that touched me in India.

No exhaust and ventilation in the room. It's like you are packed in a box. Else, hospitality is good. Food is also nice.

Neat and clean spacious rooms with good cooling. Only the draw back is the breakfast they provide which is complimentary. Staff is courteous and well behaved. Location of the hotel is also good. Right on the way of expressway to delhi.

I stayed at this hotel during 27-27 may. Spacious room, good location, but staff are not dedicated to serve… but budgeted rooms n food.

Crimson Palace is located near Taj Mahal and very easily accessible. The Rooms are spacious but there are some problems of of Water Leakage in Wash Rooms and cleanliness in the room. Service is good and Chilly Chatkara Restaurant is also good. Need to invest some more in the rooms so that guest can have a memorable trip. Good for a Night!

Not too far from the Taj, Nice, well maintained rooms with running hot water, nice multi-cuisine restaurant that serves reasonably tasty food. Giving only four stars because there was a birthday party and food took some time to arrive. Buffet breakfast is also better than average with food served piping hot. Staff are cheerful and courteous. Overall, a good experience.

It is a scam. This hotel is listed as a 4 star property on makemytrip. But on reaching we were told it is a 3 star property. There was no one to assist guests at entrance who had reached hotel after a long drive. The entrance was in a mess. Some sort of construction work was being done. Whole entrance was full of mud and construction material. No place to park car. We had to leave the car on other side of road and cross whole mess of mud and construction material to talk to the front desk staff. There was no guard on duty. When we told the front desk staff about this they started searching for guards who were supposed to be on duty by calling names. The whole place was smelling of sewer. The lobby had a shabby and worn out look. One could clearly see the wall decoration and installations had been dismantled. And naked wires hanging out. We asked for cancellation and refund because this as we had clearly shortlisted only 4 star and 5 star properties before making reservation on makemytrip. We were made to wait endlessly. We were so embarrassed in front of our parents whom we had invited for a holiday with us. We had to finally walk out and check in another hotel. Still no visibility on request for refund. Pathetic experience!

Its a very good budget friendly hotel. Not only budget, customer service is amazing too not many complaints.
