I just went here for a night out at Playboy CLub … which is a revamped version of the old club that used to be here. Nice decor, you get to see playboy bunnies dancing if that floats your boats. Quick reminder : Drinks are extremely expensive … A pint of beer is INR 1000

Beautiful location, close to the airport. Lots of beautiful gardens. Great ambience, amazing service. The naming convention of halls were very fascinating. Joyous and peaceful.

A very old & prestigious hotel in Delhi. It's in 5 star category. Rooms are neat & clean. Services are good. You will get a glimpse of old Indian architecture.

The finest hotel of 5* category with all the facilities. The architect is bit old but with all facilities. One will get fruits in the room and 2 bottle of Cold drink. Good things is the washroom like Conditioner, shampoo, oil, soap, comb, paste and brush, face wash almost everything which is required. Food is good. Staff is friendly and Manager is also good.

Hotel is nice in a great location, nearer to all landmarks in Delhi. Interiors could be made better to match the price they quote.

Location is very good but why they use it for offices? Yes it's a government property but u can shift office somewhere outside of Delhi and make proper world class + highend facilities office building what is a reason to spoil this place.

Good parking facility and also not too far from CP. Located at a good place with good services. Room's washroom were not too attractive but I think that can be managed.

One of the oldest hotel and government owned. It's spacious and big. Staff is polite rooms are spacious and clean but can be improved. Night club has been leased out. It's Playboy nowadays and is excellent.

Worst experience staying in this Hotel. My parents were staying there. A parcel came for my mom. As she was not there so the delivery man handed over the parcel to the person in reception. When she came back and asked for the parcel, it was missing for the reception then. They told that they didn't know anything about the parcel. They call themselves 5-hotel with this kind of service.

Property is fairly big. People at reception need a lot of training in customer handling. Rooms are big with dated interiors. AC and LCDs need repair in the room. Room service is nice. Food is good. Overall an OK experience.

A centrally located spacious property. The staff is courteous and tries to be friendly but perhaps limited in their training and abilities. The rooms were clean and maintained but need an upgrade in terms of furniture. Food was satisfactory but limited in choice. The buffet lunch and dinner are erratic. Overall a satisfying experience but there is a huge potential to improve the facility.

The place is nice. Infrastructure is just awesome, sure feels like a 5 star hotel! Had some problems with cleaniness in washroom which they resolved, even offered to change the room. Food is also good though they have less options in pure vegetarian food. If you're looking for a 5-star hotel, you sure can consider this place.

Went to Playboy Club here at Hotel Samrat for a party. Good location, great ambience, polite & courteous staff… Enjoyed a lot. DJ was nice too… Don't think anything was missing for a perfect Friday night party. Have fun :)

Comfortable large rooms, pleasant corridors and lobbies, well equipped gym, decent food and courteous staff. Being midway between T3 and City centre, it's suited for business travellers. Being away from heart of Delhi also makes the place more peaceful.

Worst experience ever. The staff is not courteous. I was travelling from a different city and for some reason they cancelled my stay. I did not get any calls regarding this a week before when I had the booking done. No idea why they did that. And neither did they give me a valid reason for it. And I was stranded with no where else to go.

Although the hotel looked old… but I had 5 star experience in terms of hospitality, location and food… Great value for money. Would like to stay here again…

A good hotel. Looks more like a Govt run official hotel. Maintainance is good. Hotel is bit old but, not bad at all. Food is not good at all (for the price being very high). So go there if you wanna just stay at the center of Delhi.

Samrat hotel hosts playboy club. We happen to go there for the first time. Around 10 of us. It's the most expensive club that I have personally been to. A pint of beer cost 1000 bucks. The club has a open smoking concept. Sheesha is offered on the floor. They have a VIP section as well. With a cover charge of 6k per couple post 1130pm. Overall rating of 5 out if 10.

A good hotel for stay/lunch. Room service is also good. But after checkout, there is no way to get water for drink if stay in hotel campus.

It's build nicely but poorly maintained property. It's a beautiful hotel but loosing the sheen due to poor maintenance. Rooms are not at all sound proof whole night I can hear the heavy bass from the Disco. One can easily hear what the guests are saying inside the locked room from outside, so very less privacy. Restaurant 'the hunt' is economical and of average quality. The kitchen is made of glass and you can see the untidy chefs and hygine level is very low. The funniest part, Wi-Fi password expires after every 24 hrs so you need to visit reception to get a new one and the access key to the room stops working early morning (1am) on the checkout date, so till 12pm (official checkout time) you have to be on Mercy of hotel sub staff.

Samrat is a hotel which has let out most of it's floors to Central Government offices and Tribunals. It has good banquet facility but that's in the basement. Has a good restaurant too. Its parking lot overflows when all offices are working.

One of the heritage hotels in Delhi situated in the heart, very near to International airport. Rooms are very elegant. Food is tasty. Night Club Playboy is a rage these days. Must stay place for visitors.

Good hotel, nice staff yet the urge to help is lacking. Food is delicious, garden is nicely maintained but at some corner the typical Govt attitude does makes its presence.

Looking at the facade you will imagine that it's an amazing hotel but as soon as you enter inside it's a mess. There is no restaurant in the hotel. 70% of the hotel is given to companies and is in mess. The rest 30% are for guests and the rooms are very okayish. The one coffee shop they have inside the hotel serves stale food and the coffee is plain bad. My experience with Samrat hotel was a nightmare.

A part of the Askok group (ITDC), Hotel Samrat has a serene ambiance. The rooms are very, very comfortable and extremely clean. The toilet is hygienically maintained with the toiletry and towels refreshed daily, as also the bedsheets. The food is just amazing and you get more than value for money. The reception is very helpful and the staff courteous. Room service and housekeeping staff are excellent. I would stay at this hotel again.

Location of Samrat Hotel is very good. Rooms of this hotel is well decorated and well managed. Service in this hotel is excellent.

This is not the hotel you want to stay in. It is owned by the government of india; rooms are not cleaned, horrible wi fi connectivity. Hotel charges 30 rupees per page if you need to print anything. Overall a 2 star experience. Choose another hotel if you want your moneys worth.
