We had a wonderful stay at Polo Towers Shillong. Being from North India, we felt completely comfortable and welcomed throughout our visit.

I stayed there for four nights in June 2026.
The total cost was 7, 560 rupees, or 1, 860 rupees per night.
I did find the price a bit high, and the room was a bit dim.

Amazing stay!
Every bit of the stay is designed as per taste.
Owner is amazing. Felt like home.
Highly recommended.

Went there for breakfast buffet twice during our trip to Shillong, apart from Courtyard by Marriott.

My wife and I stayed in Vivanta Shillong. This is a nice hotel located in the middle of a very happening part of the town. The hotel itself is neat and tidy and the rooms are well designed.

We stayed here in may 2026. The guest house is away from Shillong city and in a quiet place. There is no in-house restaurant but food can be ordered through food app.

They were very accommodating and accepted our last-minute booking without any hassle.

Very close to the Laitumukrah Point (≈500m). Ideal location for tourists who want to stay close to the city, but also in a serene location.

Very close to the market, this place offers value for money accommodation. Only drawback — no lift. Our room was on 3rd floor and it could get uncomfortable for older people or kids.
