Friendly behaviors of gentle Owner and staffs. Obviously rooms and Toilet are neat and Clean & also rent is cheap. I decided, I would saty here also in future…

It's small property but awesome staff. They are friendly well behaved. They take care about there guest. Clean and good property.

Good room, good staff and the owner is very friendly who happens to be a retired govt. Officer. But the approach road is narrow and the parking area is too small.

Toooo careing hotel. Room are too clean. Hotel Boy behaved good and helpful. Service are too good. Breakfast are including. Clean bathroom. 10 minutes from police bazer. Nice location. Noise less Area.

Nice guest house. The staff were professional. We booked a family room in June ending this month. We had to pay full amount in advance. There was initially some confusion as two different people spoke to me on two different days. But it was easily sorted. The rooms are good. No ceiling fans. Only side attached fan per room. Has a tea kettle. Quality of food is good. Breakfast is complementary. Staff was very helpful. The cost for four adults including extra matress was 3300.

Ha Sharing. It is always a good place to stay. The owner is polite and kind to me. And once I booked a room, due to inconvenient, the owner (manager? ) Canceled my booking. Without knowing the cancellation, I reached the place in early morning. They served me breakfast and found another hotel for me and drop me by their car. I'm still very glad for there service. I stayed more than four times and im always happy for their service. I'm a student, I always stayed without parents and it is safe. I highly recommend this guest house for a budget stay. Its a beautiful one. I liked it very much. The rooms n bathrooms are so neat n clean with a small lovely balcony… n most ipm the owners of the guest house are wonderful, with good behaviour… I wish I can visit again…

Very good hotel, complimentary but good breakfast. Value for money. The service is also good. Man — the owner, helped us in finding hotels / stay at other locations as well. The only problem is congested road towards hotel.

Had booked a room for two relatives from Maharashtra from 8-12 Feb, arranged the price verbally at 2500, During the checkout the reception told my relatives that it was 3000 per nigh, hence having to pay an extra of a total of 2000 rs, as I wasn't there to drop them off, but when I received the message I really felt CHEATED AND EMBARRASSED AND AT THE SAME TIME REALLY ANGRY. When I confronted him he said that he had already told me earlier that it was 3000, in which I became furiated as it was not the real actual agreement. The advance slip had written the advance amount given, but DID NOT MENTION THE RATES PER NIGHT, NOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE FULL STAY OR EVEN THE REMAINING AMOUNT TO BE PAID LATER meaning he could have manipulated the price in which ever way he wanted. The receptionist will be very nice and gentle that was why I trusted him on agreeing on the price verbally, BUT BEWARE, IT WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Earlier six months before the stay was awesome. But this time totally reverse. Not at all worthy to live, food was totally bad, raw and chapati were too thick. The room requested in the same floor but they given us one room at 4th floor and two room at basement, I requested to change but they didn't. Geyser button was outside of room. Everytime we have to ask for water, tea or teabags. Totally bakwaas…

Far away from main police bazar area and parking is a issue. We booked on on dec'17 over phone and due to unavoidable issues have to cancel the trip. And called the owner on the booking day morning for cancellations. The owner threatens us believing we were telling a lie, that if they found us in Shillong area she will do something to us. Pathetic poor behaviour. Never booked that place.

Every trip has one bad spot and for us it turned out to be staying in Ha Sharing. They just open the hotel without knowing what is hospitality. No evening snacks, no dinner and worst part is no Breakfast. Staff is not cooperative. Owner also the same. Will not recommend to stay here.

The best homestay in Shillong. Wonderful service and food.

One of the finest hotel to stay in a calm place. Laitmukhra is a place that you will love because of its peace. Such a peaceful place to stay. If anyone asks me for recommendation, I would definitely refer ha sharing to stay. They have Wi-Fi service, good washroom with geyser and complimentary breakfast. Enjoy your tour.

What about the rooms on ground floor? Does it provide balcony or any kind of spacious place to enjoy the scenic view?

It's a wonderful guest house that I have spent @queen double including breakfast in this middle week October. They have good hospitality and arrangement. I have experienced good behaviour from staffs. They have arranged a tour package of reasonable rate. Specially rooms are clean, spacious n good with a balcony. One thing is that they have to improve in cashless payment system.

Nice place to stay. Compare to other hotel or guest house according to cleanliness and price. New guest house.

The place was clean and got a home feeling with a small balcony. Got complimentary breakfast as well. The caretaker was friendly and nice.

Wonderful hosts and clean spacious rooms. Location is also very good. Close to Laitumkhrah market yet quiet. Plenty of restaurants and departmental syores nearby. Enjoyed the stay here. Highly recommend if a quiet place is what you are looking for.

Should be more professional. They never cleaned the room in between over our three days stay except before we checked in on first day. (I am confused whether we need to request them to do so? ) Guest house owner lady is charming and with smile. :-) Breakfast was good. It's new guest house I think. It should modify Some of its services. It has great potential to be a popular guest house.
