I had a great time during my stay at Aska, everyone there was so welcoming, nice and helpful. When I come back to Vestmanneyjar I will definitely be staying there again :)
I have never stayed in a hostel before this one. I found it clean, and hospitable. The owner Beggi was not there when we needed to check in but was easily reached by phone and there in 2 minutes. He owns 2 business on the island and is quite knowledgeable. Our rooms could be locked with a key, and had a warm heater for cold nights. There are 4 showers with doors that lock from the inside. The showers do not have a place to keep your personal items. Overall a nice feel.

We had a great stay at the Aska hotel, which was most definitely thanks to the owner's hospitality and kindness. The rooms were clean and spacious enough, and the showers and toilets were very clean. We felt like everything had been renovated recently because everything was clean. The owner was very helpful, she showed us around and told us where to get food late at night. She also allowed us to leave our luggage during the day so that we wouldn't have to hike with it. We reccomend this place.
