The service, the location, and the comfort of the apartment.

Pros.
Great central location, good sized apartment.
Cons.
Bit noisy during nights specially weekend, there is late night pub just outside the hotel so lot of people stay till early morning.

We were surprised with an upgrade to a luxury apartment with a balcony. Clean, spacious, quiet and so convenient, literally a 5 min walk from the centre.

Clean, comfortable and good location to explore the city center.

We stayed at this hotel 3 generations ourself our children and grandchildren. We enjoyed our visit it was great. The atmosphere the stuff the treatments the food everything.

Comfortable room, luxurious atmosphere everywhere, extremely kind and helpful crew, you feel like coming home to a palace.

The Hotel is situated in a quiet part of town which is very easily accessible by public transport.
Staff is very humane and will have no problem to help you with anything.

I have no complains. Staff is very friendly, communication with them was pretty good on English so far, halls and rooms were clean. Breakfast was solid, nothing special.

A small hotel in a heritage house — nicely decorated. You can feel like you are in a resort. Antique furniture in room.

Fabulous staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, made a 2 month stay fly by with no issues!

The hotel’s facilities and hardware are excellent, and the service is outstanding. The breakfast is very rich with a wide variety of options, and everything tastes great.

I had dinner recently at White Salon and honestly had a really great experience. The setting is beautiful and welcoming.
What really made the evening stand out was the service.

The apartment was large and very comfortable. It had everything you might need on your trip.

I used this accommodation for a night because it was on offer at the platform called Agora.

A beautiful place with lovely people! A luxury feeling all over, from the beautifully decorated rooms, the views, the gardens, the food!

We spent eight wonderful nights in Tura at this stunning castle, and it was an unforgettable experience. Here is our detailed feedback:
— Service: The service throughout our stay was impeccable.

Lovely top floor view of the city, though there were dead, and half moving flies littered everywhere — in the carpet, inside the coffee table, and also across all of the window sills.

Clean spacious rooms, bad wai fai, good location, 2 shower stalls on the floor (third doesn't work) — give a towel and shower on the restseptic.

We arrived and given room 106, initially we thought it was good. Then with the wind an irritating banging noise from metal canopy above window.
We called reception / housekeeping and no one came.

We only stayed a couple of nights, and the only negative thing I could say is that the food in the sky lounge was such a tiny little portion. I have never received a transparent slice of chicken.

Fantastic 3 night stay from check in to check out. A warm friendly welcome at reception, swift check in and then up to a very clean, spacious and comfortable room.
