Really nice place to stay. The rooms are very clean and the hostel has a really cozy vibe with a big common area to chill and socialize.

I had a great stay at Maverick Hostel Budapest. The hostel is very well located, clean, and well organized, with comfortable rooms and common areas.

I stayed at this hostel and everything was wonderful. I went with my whole family, and everyone loved it — the food, the kindness of the staff, and the comfort of the rooms.

Hostel was clean and proper overall. It’s near metro station and trams, very convenient location.

Very simple rooms, depending of course on how much you are willing to pay, I got thin beds with noticeable springs.
Noisy area at night, lots of pubs around.

Great hostel! Having now been in 17 countries over the last 18 months, I have to say this is top 3 hostels I’ve stayed in. Just a really laid back but professional atmosphere.

A smart hotel. If you like smart electronic service it would be good for you. The location is central and convenient.

Excellent hostel option! If travelers arrive before check-in, they allow you to store your luggage in a room until you need it (luggage room). The staff is very friendly and always ready to help.

Hands down my favourite hostel I've stayed at — Ramune, Bambi, Gemma and Gabs were the best people ever and we had a really hard time leaving at the end of our stay.

If you’re traveling alone/looking for friends, want to actually sleep at night, and want to experience a neat location, Carpe is a great pick.

Nice place to stay, ten minutes walk from tram. Laundry coat is ten euro. Coffee available for some bucks in house. Washroom and places are generally clean. Very quiet in a night time.

I spent a couple of days at the Island Hostel. I had a great time! Budapest is stunning! The island is beautiful. It's quiet, but not boring. There's a tram stop right on the bridge.

Hive is a great hostel to stay at, and the rooftop bar is a great place to start any night….

Very peacefull, silent, safe, clean home. Staff is helpful and friendly. You can come here as single, couple or family. I parked my car in front of hostel, free. I recommend 100%.

I found this hostel to be quite pleasant and relaxing. There is a beautiful garden space in the back with chairs and a picnic table. One chair even swings.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the location is perfect, if you want to see the city and you can also experience the night life.

All perfect. Cozy, fresh and clean. Very soft sheets, hermetic closing of the windows which allow you not to hear noises coming from the nearby bars.

I had an outstanding stay at Gaia Hostel and I just wanted to thank Judit for the tremendous hospitality and the fountain of knowledge that she shared about Budapest.

Exactly in the Center with most of the buses, trams halting at 1 min walk this place is easily accessible. Metro line M2 (Astoria) is next to the hotel.
The host, Judit is very friendly and helpful.

Ive stayed in over 50 hostels and never have I felt more welcomed than at Vitae. The volunteers were some of the most hospitable and friendly people I’ve met traveling.

Omg one of the best city hostels I’ve ever stayed in — ended up extending after my first night. Everyone was so so lovely, especially Rachel.

Excellent place to stay, quiet-off the main road so you can open windows if you need, great value, choice of accommodation type, I'd describe the hostel as bohemian without being seedy, great space
