We had a pleasant and comfortable stay in this apartment. It is spacious, clean, and offers everything you need. The two modern bathrooms were a standout feature, particularly the great showers.

I had a fantastic stay at La Fortezza, perfectly located on Váci Utca, right in the heart of Budapest. The location is unbeatable, with all the main attractions within walking distance.

This hotel is so conveniently located that you will not need to spend any additional money on the city travel card.

They were very helpful. They stored our luggage so we didn’t have to lug them all over town until our room was ready. The girl at the desk was very knowledgeable about the area.

We stayed 4 nights in the end of september, and had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious and very clean, bed was comfortable, and there were no problems with noise from the outside.

We arrived late in the evening and the check-in process with multiple codes to enter at several doors was easy and fast. The communication beforehand was great.

We stayed here at the end of November and had a very good experience overall. The hotel feels modern and stylish from the lobby through to the rooms is clean, bright, and well maintained.

The hotel locates right at the city centre. Even the furthest attraction is only with 30-mins walking distance. The room is nothing fancy but the shower was also the best in the world.

Everything was fine except for the housekeeping service, which was quite rude. We stayed for two nights, and on the first day, housekeeping entered our room without knocking while I was in the shower.

We came late at night, and the check in process was quick and efficient. We got to our room, well equipped but extremely tiny (more like an ibis sized room), and no upgrade was given.

We had a wonderful family time in Budapest for the 2019 Hungary Day celebrations. We have decided on the Burg Hotel mainly for its location – and it was perfect!

Many of the older reviews don’t do this place justice — their facilities have improved since then and are now absolutely deserving of a 5-star rating.

We enjoyed our 4-day stay here in the apartment. The location is superb — within 5 min you can access to metro and tram stations, central market, restaurants and supermarkets.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, wellness is atmospheric, the breakfast is plentiful. The hotel is near the eastern train station.

Loved the vibe of the hotel, calm atmosphere, staff available all the time, breakfast was lovely. Room is spacious, bigger than more hotels would typically provide, bathroom was not an exception!
