Great location and service, the beds weren't comfortable and also the pillows. It's close to everything, great Indian restaurant at the next building.

I would love to come here again) and maybe not once… I loved it!

They accept dogs (they had said that there would be a surcharge but the checklist did not charge) the suits are comfortable and clean, unique flaw, the bathroom a bit ' sacrificed and the SPA without pool (only sauna and Turkish bath)

Very good location, the room was very spacious and comfortable. Very friendly staff. They had courtesy umbrella that came in very well as it drizzled and snowed.

Rooms are nice an big. Excellent location. Right next the chain bridge! The reception is very fast to respond to our needs but a bit disappointed with the cleaning orf the room as none of the soaps and shower gels were refilled.

Excellent location very quiet street in the center 1 block from the River Danube, breakfast very full, modern rooms and at least 3 people is almost like an apartment, the attention was good, the best was the price ($AR 1400 per day)

Extraordinarily spatious rooms / suites in the center of Budapest. Clean, comfortable — just perfect. The best experience are the rooms on the 7th floor with a terrace. But in any case, great value for money. Parking available. If only the breakfasts were somewhat better!

The hotel is located right in the centre of Pest, right next to the Danube. The hotel room (suite) was very large and clean. The room was accessible by lift. The staff are very friendly and all spoke "German". The breakfast was very good and adequate. If something went out, you could reorder and it was passed on immediately. Price — performance was great.
Negative was only the fee for the parking (per night €22, —) in the courtyard.
From the hotel you can reach everything on foot. Also the drinks from the minibar are cheaper than in the surrounding local. We would check in there immediately.

Very nice hotel at these prices the breakfast was plentiful for everyone as the rooms were very clean, the only thing peculiar was that there was no box, otherwise also very centrally located, is further recommended.

This hotel is literally located in the centre of Budapest! From here you can reach every place you want and it is really closed to the Basilica, a must of the city :-) The rooms are very good, clean and big, there is space for everything you need!

Terrible!
It doesn't even deserve a star. We parked our car in the courtyard for 1 week per day it cost €22 total AM (€154) just so that our car is safe there and is not stolen and what happens? 3 days later, another car damaged our car (varnish is off and many scratches) and then we saw that another car which was parked there also had the same tracks as with our car so we assumed that this car owner was there and got around the vid EO reception and were able to see clearly that the owner of the car damaged our vehicle. Unfortunately no one wants to take care of the damage and try to gain time in which they get out of the way, the hotel owner is not reachable even though already 3-4 days have passed and we would have to leave today and no one is reachable. No one wants to take responsibility and acts as if nothing happened, although there is evidence of who did it. We have not paid for free €154 for a week to the hotel so it is damaged.
And in general: staff totally unfriendly, towels are not changed but only folded, bed linen is not changed, it is not gestaubsaugt, everywhere in the Zimmet any blood stains and leftovers so the last dirt I can not Recommend that you can't talk about 4 stars. Yet to supplement we are regulars and have certainly been over 30 times in the hotel and have brought guests we have already spent many thousands of euros and always tipped well and then being treated as such is a impudence.

Huge rooms, very clean, well located, the price is a bit high.

East to reach. Very nice and central location. Staff very helpful. Recommended if you don't have lots of money and you want to stay somewhere in the heart of Budapest having very good conditions.

Amazing location and good price for suites. However the shower was mouldy. The breakfast was basic but very adequate. The spa facilities seem decent. Very quiet and sizeable rooms. Comfortable beds. Staff do a good job but could provide a warmer atmosphere. Overall I would definitely stay again. Good value for money.

Excellent location, great room with large lounge, the only flaws poor housekeeping, in the bathroom changed daily towels, but sink, bathtub, toilet and floor always dirty, and if you do not speak good English in the reception do not have much patience.

The Reception staff were absolutely excellent, Flora and Tamas in particular. They arranged to replace a faulty light globe same day. They answered my persistent questions calmly and professionally, making necessary phone calls for me in Hungarian, and following up on these calls after hours to ensure my airport transfer happened for very early in the morning. Top rate efforts.

Very spacious room, great possibility to park in the small inner courtyard (there is only room for 3/4 cars). Very central location, two minutes from the chain Bridge. Breakfast so so…

Great location. A simple hotel, but they get the basics spot on. Large rooms and very helpful staff.

Very professional service. We needed an umbrella, towels for thermal, a laptop to check my email, a plan of budapest etc. They all give it to us. Also the bed and location are excellent. I would defenitly come back.

Clean, elegant, in a central and quiet location, offers a wide-range of facilities. I recommend it.

Very good Hotel for the location central but quiet, Clean, friendly Staff, spacious and well equipped kitchen.
Shame about the breakfast, three different types:

Continental request at time of booking
Bed Breakfast difference of 15 Euro per person per day.

Loved it. Would recommend it to anyone :-) So close to all the nice things in the city and just a perfect stay.
