Terrible!
It doesn't even deserve a star. We parked our car in the courtyard for 1 week per day it cost €22 total AM (€154) just so that our car is safe there and is not stolen and what happens? 3 days later, another car damaged our car (varnish is off and many scratches) and then we saw that another car which was parked there also had the same tracks as with our car so we assumed that this car owner was there and got around the vid EO reception and were able to see clearly that the owner of the car damaged our vehicle. Unfortunately no one wants to take care of the damage and try to gain time in which they get out of the way, the hotel owner is not reachable even though already 3-4 days have passed and we would have to leave today and no one is reachable. No one wants to take responsibility and acts as if nothing happened, although there is evidence of who did it. We have not paid for free €154 for a week to the hotel so it is damaged.
And in general: staff totally unfriendly, towels are not changed but only folded, bed linen is not changed, it is not gestaubsaugt, everywhere in the Zimmet any blood stains and leftovers so the last dirt I can not Recommend that you can't talk about 4 stars. Yet to supplement we are regulars and have certainly been over 30 times in the hotel and have brought guests we have already spent many thousands of euros and always tipped well and then being treated as such is a impudence.
Not recommended since it does a 2 star hotel for under 50 € the night as well. A lot of trouble for nothing.
