The staff were super nice, the location of the hotel is excellent because it is close to everything but at the same time its secluded from noise.

It was a decent hotel. The way you pay a bunch of different times is a bit odd and I think they need a better water situation than two bottles a day.

Had dinner last night at Mesón Panza Verde in Antigua, and the place is just as magical as it was when I first visited over 30 years ago.

This was by far our best hotel the week we spent in Guatemala. When we checked in the gentleman upgraded our room because someone had cancelled.

The staff at Casa Encantada is wonderful! The room they put us in at first had one double bed so we asked for a different room and they complied with a room up on the terrace which was awesome.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It is close enough to the center of town to be convenient but far away enough to not have tourists milling around outside. The grounds are beautiful.

We stayed at the Good Hotel for 3 nights and it was the perfect home base. It's located on a quiet street, just a few blocks from the main action in Antigua. The staff were very friendly.

My husband and I recently stayed at Chez Daniel's for 2 weeks. We are so happy we found this wonderful place. It is situated in a quiet location but only a short walk from the centre of Antigua.

This place is a gem! The location is perfect — walkable distance from the central square but still conveniently peaceful, local and with breathtaking views of the surrounding volcanoes.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff here was always courteous, kind and very helpful. The rooms were clean and the AC worked very well!

Casa Santo Domingo in Antigua, Guatemala, is an absolute treasure that exceeded all expectations.

The atmosphere of the hotel is excellent and we enjoyed our rooms as well as all the space to wander. The museums are enjoyable.

The rooms are big and beautiful and staff was excellent! Having complementary breakfast was a huge plus as well.

This is one of the most amazing boutique hotels I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. There are only four rooms, one regular room and three suites.

Nice location, large clean rooms, super friendly staff, and amazing amenities such as a sauna, jacuzzi, massage services, and more.

I mean, how beautiful can hotel grounds be inside a city area? This hotel takes the prize. I arrived at night and was still blown away at the beauty of the grounds.

We arrived to the hotel around check in time, via private shuttle from zone 9 in Guatemala City. Check in, and check out, went very well. Everyone we had contact with at the hotel was very nice.

What a pleasure to arrive here after a long trip. The hotel is located in a condominium, which make us really safe. The hotel staff was really nice and helped us feeling relaxed.

Very clean and centrally located hotel. Only issue I had was with their driver. She showed up a half hour late so I was rushed at the ruins. Just don’t hire their driver, otherwise hotel is great.
