Hotel Camino Real Antigua is an upscale, 4-star colonial-style hotel located in the Historic Center of Antigua Guatemala.

The location was wonderful in walking distance to everything.

Pros: Beautiful courtyard, very clean, nice minimalist decor, supports a good cause, good value when using Marriott points.

I love the concept of this hotel. The location is a bit off centre but it’s actually great. Quite a bit of a noise from the hotel next door unfortunately, not very sound proof.

We went to the restaurant. The staff and service is amazing. Very attentive the atmosphere is perfect 👌 I would come back for this.

I’m on my way to have more duck at Mesón Panza verde before leaving Antigua. I came one night and ordered the octopus for appetizer and the duck as main course.

Everything far exceeded our expectations and wildest imagination.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It is close enough to the center of town to be convenient but far away enough to not have tourists milling around outside. The grounds are beautiful.

The staff at Casa Encantada is wonderful! The room they put us in at first had one double bed so we asked for a different room and they complied with a room up on the terrace which was awesome.

From the momnent we checked in, we were treated excellently. Every single staff member was gracious, helpful and doing all to please.
Breakfast each day was fantastic.

El Carmen is a very charming hotel. The staff is always looking to help. There’s a very lovely patio and wonderful rooftop. The location is perfect for exploring the town.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff here was always courteous, kind and very helpful. The rooms were clean and the AC worked very well!

This was by far our best hotel the week we spent in Guatemala. When we checked in the gentleman upgraded our room because someone had cancelled.

This is the most excellent hotel you could ever hope to stay in! In Antigua Guatemala, a very short walk to the main square, it was luxury with a capital L that I wasn't expecting.

The hotel layout is so nice. Beautiful grounds to walk around with paintings to admire and local artisans provide handmade wares to shop (albeit pricier than outside the hotel).

We really enjoyed our stay here but there was a lot of misinformation.
Room/location: our room was great, clean and quiet. We loved the courtyard.

What an absolute gem of a hotel. It felt like staying in ancient ruins (but in the best way, it was not run-down in the slightest).

Casa Santo Domingo in Antigua, Guatemala, is an absolute treasure that exceeded all expectations.

Nice location, large clean rooms, super friendly staff, and amazing amenities such as a sauna, jacuzzi, massage services, and more.

Great experience! The location was in a wonderful and safe location, very close to main attractions. There was security when arriving and leaving the premises.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful! The breakfast was absolutely delicious and was included with the room.

Great place to stay! Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, and the rooftop space is great. Staff was friendly and Kelyn was very helpful in recommending restaurants for us to enjoy!

Casa Faustina Boutique Hotel in Antigua Guatemala was an amazing place to stay.

Its a wonderful place located in a very quiet area, not far from el arco. It was a wonderful hospitality, the staff makes you feel like at home, their service is Great!

I wish I could give this play some more stars. It was pretty much impeccable. Probably one of the most beautiful Courtyards you've ever see with a pool and trees and perfectly landscaped.

Casa Madeleine is about a 15-minute walk from the city center and offers a beautiful colonial atmosphere with an incredible view of Volcán de Agua.

My husband and I recently stayed at Chez Daniel's for 2 weeks. We are so happy we found this wonderful place. It is situated in a quiet location but only a short walk from the centre of Antigua.

This place is a gem! The location is perfect — walkable distance from the central square but still conveniently peaceful, local and with breathtaking views of the surrounding volcanoes.

The rooms are big and beautiful and staff was excellent! Having complementary breakfast was a huge plus as well.

This is one of the most amazing boutique hotels I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. There are only four rooms, one regular room and three suites.

We stayed based in Antigua during our stay in Guatemala. The hotel was very accommodating and arranged for a shuttle to pick us up from the airport. The staff were great — very kind and helpful!
