What a beautiful place to stay. The property is stunning and offers plenty of space to walk around and relax. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options.

Great place. The team is extremely helpful and helped us with anything we needed. The breakfast was partial and we had to add payment to get eggs/bacon/beans/etc.

The staff were super nice, the location of the hotel is excellent because it is close to everything but at the same time its secluded from noise.

It was a decent hotel. The way you pay a bunch of different times is a bit odd and I think they need a better water situation than two bottles a day.

The staff at Casa Encantada is wonderful! The room they put us in at first had one double bed so we asked for a different room and they complied with a room up on the terrace which was awesome.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It is close enough to the center of town to be convenient but far away enough to not have tourists milling around outside. The grounds are beautiful.

Did a 2 week spanish course in Antigua and stayed in Ojala Hotel.

The place itself is lovely, everything great except the bath rooms and toilets. There are just two bath rooms for all the dorms. You have to walk via the garden to find them.

Charming colonial feel in building. Lovely entrance. Good security. Friendly staff. Walkable to all sites.
Bathroom didn't flush well, even after engineering was called.

Everything about this hotel was incredible. The grounds with that colonial architecture. The beautiful landscaping, the outstanding breakfast. Second floor rooms have amazing volcano views.

Casa Santo Domingo in Antigua, Guatemala, is an absolute treasure that exceeded all expectations.

The atmosphere of the hotel is excellent and we enjoyed our rooms as well as all the space to wander. The museums are enjoyable.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff here was always courteous, kind and very helpful. The rooms were clean and the AC worked very well!

We had an amazing time at this hotel! Great location near everything. Our room was comfortable, could have better pillows as these were flat.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always eager to assist. They spoke English and made us feel at home.
