Cleaned daily, with fresh towels and soap and shampoo/conditioner combo, ceiling fan is essential, hot water for sure, some rooms have balconies, there is cheaper in town, but not many, nice terraces even though they don't look directly onto the lake as it is one street back from lakefront. Shower spray was squirting in many directions and not much water pressure, but ok. Toilet took a few seconds to flush and bubbled up water, but maybe that was just our room — "Twin" beds bigger than a twin. Pillows standard clumpy throughout Guatemala. No food or kitchen or fridge. Overall, pretty decent.
