The air conditioning in the room would not be served.
The pool is dirty, with fungus on the ground, and garbage floating. (They should improve that aspect)

The pools are too dirty in the photos it looks very nice the place but unfortunately they do not give maintenance.

Excellent tooooooooooooooodo, from the attention to the facilities, the only thing is that there is only 1 bathing area, hence everything excellent.

A good place to go on vacation and of course an excellent environment next to the sea and with options to visit the surrounding areas, enjoying typical foods and learning about different cultures.

I had all the enthusiasm of going the last 2 months or so, since I called or even showed up and bad attention, the very high prices due to the pandemic, one knows that you can't use several areas even so the rates are high, and in time that one is encouraged to visit with the disappointment, I was willing to pay regardless of the fact of being locked in the room. They should be trained to take care of people.

I had great time 5 years ago and I'm coming today to have fun with my family again.

They forgot to mention the pool would be totally closed due to renovations. Receptionist took the phone (and conversation) while talking to us. Fridge half in the room.

It is one of the best hotels I have visited and seen has good customer service good food good places to rest various entertainment venues.

Lack of service is slow but very friendly people maybe because there are few waiters at the time that there are customers after 6pm a lot of mosquito so you have to wear a lot of repellent the place is cute.

It is my wife's favorite place, pool and beach in the bay. Two restaurants and several activities to do. I love the villas and the design of the resort. Special for family enjoyment. There are villas with kitchenettes to make breakfast and dinner.

A very nice place, quiet. We had the opportunity to spend Christmas days there and I really enjoyed the initiative of performing the tradition of the Inns with a tour of the facilities, hotel staff burning rockets and giving stars to the participants.

Bay not ocean. Don't expect ocean blue. Very Nice pool area. Very manicured grounds.

It's a paradise. With wonderful Psisajes. Everywhere you look, it's beautiful. The resort with an attention 10 Yhan care as much detail as the neatness and other so many details you feel spoiled.

Pretty place but not a lot to do. Swim up bar and hammocks were the best part. Watch your bill though seemed like there was a lot of mistakes.

The room is clean, and the maids clean it well. The restaurant food is not to good for my American taste buds. The pool area is very nice.

Why go to asia when guatemala is so close, the white caribbean beaches, stunning sunsets, delicious food, service was excelent. We got there at night and and it felt like entering jurassic park with all the trees. The next night on our way to our room we found ourselves surrounded by fireflies, simply beautiful.

Sigh*** such a beautiful place with the worst costumer service ever. For a reservation of 15 guest the staff looked and acted horrified. They didn't know what to do with us. No Wi-Fi anywhere except the main office. Bring lots of mosquito repellent! And do not count on the extra activities within the resort, they are never available (except the pool)

a sign written with a brush that says Amatique Bay, when you enter the house you reserved, the door closes alone and the house is well equipped, there are many types of activities that you can do in this hotel, Excellent.

I really liked the hotel had a butterfly garden a swimming pool where sold milkshakes and smoothies also had air conditioning in the rooms and I take a photo with a clown who was there.
