It is NOT worth what it costs.
Nothing comfortable. Stone beds and pillows. It's too high a price, for what it is, what it offers.
If it cost 300 quetzales for two people, it would be fine, but paying 550 quetzales is a robbery.

Very abusive staff charge you for everything. Ugly food. Abusive waiters. Super uncomfortable and old beds I do not recommend.

He asks for service to the waiters and as if with his ass one speaks and they answer him in a bad way and until they snore he wants it attending to one does not serve and expensive everything by the way a bottle of water which is worth 3 quetzales they sell it to you to 8 they peel you must not recommend it.

A place full of attractions, where you can enjoy the family aroma.

I was one night I had dinner it was really good, I will consideri come back, had a Good time!

Change the beds are super hard that workers sleep one night there and will notice, to sleep super bad very expensive until you feel the bed springs.

The hotel is very nice the Sunday I had an activity of 22 people per night type 5pm I hacerque to the recpcionista and I attended very pesimo. Then I hacerque the area of restaurant excelete service in the area of restaurant. But that receptionist nor the inclination to go to prrguntar the time gave me and that is consumio for each of the 22 people.

The hotel is well… bad, pesimo, and unpleasant are the receptionists, they are heavy and don't have a single bit of attention to the client… the only thing salvageable is the young man on the night shift.

Very good service kindness and speed to attend to any unknown very good service and excellent prices.

Lousy service, if they do parties, should control the hours that they end up because they don't let you sleep to the guests.

Is expensive, three beds room means no space in the room. It wasn't even ready at 7pm, had to wait for 30 minutes. They have snacks in the bedroom, and they charge you for just looking at them, not even free water. If you leave before 5 am, you have to open the Garage door yourself cuz they don't have no one to do it. Workers not nice.

Old rooms, stained walls, bathroom smells bad with the walls full of mold, the noise from the trucks very annoying until the room trembles. It is not worth what they charge, see the pictures speak for themselves.

Despite not being very luxurious, you can get to feel very cozy, the staff very friendly excellent service, has various services and the best thing is at a reasonable price. The only problem I found is that the staff is often very sharp, in my opinion did not want to eat there because of the fact that they need to have tact to treat a customer.

The location is excellent and the almuhadas is very good.

Place safe and nice, without embarkation stuck to the road, all hours of the day are listening to the passing trucks, the staff very friendly and the price super good, the pool on this great, and the food is good.

The rooms are clean. The bathroom has black mold in the grout lines. Had to ask for the room to be cleaned. Breakfast was very good Enjoyed the pool till the music was so much had to leave. I was the only person in the pool area. … AC was cold hot water good and hot I will stay again just would like the shower walls mold free.

It's well situated just across the La Pradera Mall. The rooms are ok with ok beds, a/c, hot water and cable. It also has a pool, bar, restaurant and an event salon. The parking is very limited and the music is played until midnight which is very loud if you are close to the bar. The food was great but it's over priced, the whole menu including drinks are over priced for an hotel of this cathegory. It was just for an emergecy stay so can't complain too much over it.

Nice and clean place. But small rooms and the bathroom is not equipped. One towel per person no more in the closeths. A high price and not sufficiently equipped. The pool area very nice, the only place that I liked.

Very good hotel, breakfast bufet included, and pool very comfortable, the rooms clean and comforting.
