Clean towels everyday, Room cleaned every day if you let them.

There's not a lot wrong with the hotel. Argassi though is another matter. The best part of the hotel is the ground floor, inside and out. It looks like it has been refurbished recently.

Don’t go to this hotel because it will spoil you for every other stay. The dining, cleanliness, and service were simply exceptional.

Our second visit & third already booked… Hotel staff are very welcoming & interactive, which makes for a very pleasant stay.

Came for our 40th wedding Anniversary on the 20th. Stayed on the third floor overlooking the pool which was nice and clean.

Just returned from a one week stay and the hotel is great. Exceptionally clean, towels changed daily, friendly staff and location great. It was a short 5 minute walk down to the centre.

A nice medium sized hotel that has a modern design, with room that are more than enough for 4 people.

I can't rate this hotel highly enough.

We have just returned from a week here in one of the first floor rooms, called a junior suite.
Room was cleaned daily, all of the staff were friendly and polite. Eager to help when asked.

A quiet place to stay, lovely pool and great views. About 10 min walk to the beach and main strip. Will return again next year.

We visited the lovely hotel/studios last year and by coming back again this year really means I don’t need to write too much as going to the same place says so much.

We visited Zakynthos and Katerina Palace for the first time in September ; we joined friends whom have been going to Katrina Palace for many years and we weren’t disappointed.

Our first was in the studio Apartments, which was basic, but functional for our needs. As we ate out everyday.

I spent 7 days in this hotel I can safely say that I recommend it. The owner is very helpful. Of course, this is not a place if someone is looking for a beautiful beach nearby.

Brilliant hotel, lovely rooms, lovely pool, right on the strip, but still peaceful.

Just came home from a week in Zante. This hotel was beautiful. Pool was clean. Rooms were cleaned every day and again were spotless.

We spent 11 nights here at the end of Sept/beginning of Oct. The room was clean, tidy and well appointed with a nice balcony overlooking the pool.

Staff were all really helpful and pleasant and worked so hard.
The rooms were very fresh and contemporary and loved the wet room.
Breakfast was enough of everything to set you up for the day.

We stayed here in June for one week. Bed and breakfast. There were 3 of us in one room with 3 single beds. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious.

For the third year in a row at Maria mare, rooms are good and good shower. Nice swimming pool next to the sea and poolbar with great food, lovely staff that will help you with anything.

I can only recommend the Omnia Villa to everyone! We spent a perfect week at the villa. Alicia was very helpful and friendly. She was always available, responded quickly and welcomed us warmly.

We absolutely loved staying here! Warm friendly and supportive welcome. Gorgeous seating area and drink on arrival. Big spacious room, sea view, ground floor. Really clean.

I stayed in one of these apartments and couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Very clean room in a great location. Close to the city centre but at the same time very quiet.

Really good stay. Updated, nice and modern furnishings. Good quality bed in the main bedroom. Good kitchenette with needed basics. Short walk to nearby food stores and restaurants.

Great hotel, highly recommended!
The location is perfect. Off the end of the busy street with restaurants, bars and shops. Easy access to all of it, without the noise.

Everything was perfect! A beautiful, clean hotel where we had the best time. It’s very quiet and private, just what we needed.

Our stay at Theodora Studios was excellent. They gave us everything we needed, and the hosts were very nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

This was my first time at Zakynthos and if I ever come back I will with no doubt book at Theodora Studios again.
