The place was amazing, The view was to die for, It was clean it had everything we needed and more! The host Nikos was the nicest man we met!
I had a problem with my reservation prior to my arrival because my card was compromised and booking got cancelled and Booking. Com basically told me too bad so sad! But Nikos honoured my stay Without any problem. I would’ve lost all my money if it wasn’t for him and he did not have to do that! Very honest man! He provided us with many great resources, booked our boat tour, told us which beaches to go to what restaurants would Suit our needs. He was the best!

I had a fantastic stay at Alas — the views here are absolutely stunning. Situated right on the water, I was in one of the larger two-floor rooms, which was clean and comfortable and I had a lovely stay.
Pros:
— Beautiful views.
— Right on the sea which is perfect for a swim.
— Comfortable bed.
— Spacious room.
— Ample parking within a minute or two walk from the front door — both public and gated (owned by the property)
Cons (and this is me being pedantic! ) :
— The hotel next door had two weddings on the Sat and Sun night of my stay. This didn't bother me (I quite enjoyed the music actually! ), but it's worth a mention. They were finished by 11pm.
— Wi-Fi is a little dodgy (it stopped working a couple of times during my stay), however speeds are more than enough for Netflix/etc. There's 4G/5G coverage but it worked best either outside, or on the top floor.

Great location, perfect place for a holiday in Zakynthos. Cheese Pie 🥧 for breakfast was to die for. Nikos and his team were brilliant. We will hopefully be back next year. Thanks Nikos 👍 — Arthur.

We spent a wonderful time here at Alas and really enjoyed the stunning view, our cozy room and the calming sound of the ocean right in front of you.

Quiet place.
Traveling very often for the last 25 years for professional reasons and especially for the island of Zakynthos I think there is no better place.
Now for breakfast there is no yardstick given the high quality of the raw materials but mainly from the taste of the host who finds such pure ingredients that prepare the dishes only in traditional family mansions of mountainous areas.

— Nikos is a great guest, he helped us with every information that we needed — location is very nice, with a great view from the terrace — is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday — shops, restaurants, bus station and rentals close — in a quiet place of Argasi — the room was cleaned daily, towels and bedsheets changed each second day — perfect view of Zakyntos from room/terrace — great coffee — you can see both sunrise and sunset over zakyntos — for sure a place to book when you search for a great holiday.

You wake up to a breathtaking ocean view. The rooms were beautiful and spottless. Nikos was very pleasant and accommodating. He truly went above and beyond to ensure that we had the most ideal vacation. The hotel is very close to the city and next to all the organized beaches on the island. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much and well done!
