Great service, especially the attention from the bartenders and receptionists. The location is perfect. Close to train station and city centre. I’ll choose again this hotel when I’m back to Leipzig.
Visited Christmas markets and stayed one night. Arrived early and was given an upgraded room on the 6th floor. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and after about 10pm could no longer hear street noise. Next morning went to breakfast buffet. Enough variety of selection for me, the coffee was good, and plenty of seating at 7:00am. Both check in and check out were easy. Will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Leipzig.

This was ok, not great. The receptionist was friendly but a bit clueless when I asked where I could park as she could not offer me any hotel parking. I had to step out of the hotel and right away saw a parking house on the other side of the road, so shouldn't be so difficult? The bed was mega soft, and since I asked for a hard mattress when booking the room I can only assume that this hotel is to be avoided altogether if you can't handle soft beds (like my wife who could not close an eye). Otherwise ok though: room clean and with new furniture and decoration, and breakfast buffet was fine.
