Absolutely loved it here. Everyone was so friendly and I felt really safe in a room with my two children. Could not wish for a better location. Everything was modern and very clean. The bed was comfortable and we were provided with a cot free of charge.

Cool design, comfortable bed;
Awesome self check in option, it saves a lot of time.
Perfectly located.
The inly reason I do not give it a 5/5 start is the Breakfast, that can really be improved.
It is a small variety of croissants/ breads with mini packs of butter/cream cheese, Nutella or jams, 2 types of fruits and coffee.
And it costs 10€/person.

My stay at your hotel in Leipzig was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were spotless, stylish, and very practical—everything was designed for comfort and convenience. The check-in and check-out process was exceptionally smooth and efficient, exceeding all expectations. If I visit Leipzig again, this will definitely be my first choice. The hotel has a beautiful and stylish entrance, creating a great first impression. The self-check-in process was smooth and convenient. The room was modern and clean, but a bit small, with limited space to store a suitcase. However, the presence of a small kitchen was a nice touch, and the balcony offered a cozy spot to relax. A receipt is available on the first floor, which is helpful. Overall, a good stay with a sleek design and practical amenities.

We had a great stay here, with flexible check in/out times and a very friendly and welcoming staff (especially Ilya). The hotel is very central, 2 minutes walk from the main train station and right on a big shopping street, but the whole area is clean, safe and surprisingly quiet. Lots of restaurants around, supermarkets, anything you need, really. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were comfy. If we're ever in Leipzig again — this will be our first choice.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and much of it was thanks to Elias, the front desk manager. He was incredibly welcoming, efficient, and went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed. His friendly attitude made the check-in process smooth and set a positive tone for my entire visit. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located. I would definitely return, largely because of the excellent service Elias provided.

Very nice hotel with perfect location in downtown Leipzig. Close to the famous X-mas market and the railway station, many restaurants and shops just around the corner.

The Amano Home in Leipzig is a perfect home away from home. Central, comfortable, clean and cosy. The rooms and kitchen are well equipped. Easy to holiday and work in. I am looking forward to my next stay.

The staff was courteous and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and a pleasant stay throughout. I particularly appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allowed me to work comfortably from my room. Splendid room on a great spot! Bed quite hard, climate system is working great, kitchen is complete, we enjoyed our stay!

This hotel is absolutely recommendable! It's really a place to feel well and welcome. The people at the reception are very helpful and friendly.

This hotel is a 3-minute walk from Leipzig Central Station, and has easy access to restaurants, cafes, shopping malls, etc.! Excellent facilities and modern, stylish rooms for the price. The rooms are equipped with kitchen facilities, so you can prepare simple meals.

Well organised for app based check-in and out, good advice, excellent location within minutes of the main train station and train, stop, very walkable to all attractions and station concourse eateries and shops. The room had a well-thought layout, a modern bathroom with amenities and shower stuff. Small useful kitchenette. A very helpful team who helped me retrieve something I had left behind who are available 07:00 to 22:00 and remotely open the front door by scrolling up to the top of the screen by the door and pressing on 'Lobby".

Just a short walk from Leipzig's lovely train station, and then you are walking distance to everything in Leipzig's wonderful old town. Nikiolaistrasse is a pedestrian only street, charming and with restaurants close by, a Penny grocery a sort walk away, and ice cream right next door! The apartments are clean, well equipped, brand new, very high tech. Close the windows and it's completely quiet. I was there for a week and had a great experience.

A spacious suite in the middle of the city. Only 3 minutes walking from the station. Beautiful interior, a huge bathroom, a lovely bedroom with balcony and a fully equipped living room, plus friendly staff. Couldn't be better!

Fab place to stay. Minutes walk from train station in the heart of the city. Intercom outside to speak with reception to get in. Room key access after that at any time. Well equipped kitchen. Good air con. Lovely decor and spa quality soap and shower gels. Daily room clean. Loved our stay.

I have been treated absolutely unprofessional and disgusting by the front of house staff.
Our company booked a room for 2 nights, as we do many times.
The front desk lady demanded a full payment of the room to check in. It has been late so our head office was not reachable anymore to deal with any miscommunication.
Instead of offering the stay and sort the total payments out the next day, I needed to take a 3 hour trip back to Berlin.
I have never been treated so absolutely unprofessional and looked down on me.
Definitely not recommend this hotel, or train your staff to be more customers friendly.
