The room is very comfortable and there is respectable staff. Must use side door with key after 2100.

Comfy small hotel, with a restaurant right next to it. Rooms have a good size and were very clean.

Unfortunately, it smelled very much of fryer fat at the parking lot, in the lobby and also in the room …
At the check-in we were first shouted at by the local waiter of the restaurant, we should be quiet for a short time, as he had some problem with drinks at a table, which he now had to clarify immediately with the lady at the reception … A NoGo!
The rooms themselves were minimally functional and relatively unkempt … Very thin ceiling, which had already had the best times, very dusty, hanging out electric cables in the bathroom …
Breakfast buffet, on the other hand, was very rich and varied.
But also a point, otherwise unfortunately rather less recommended.

Big Emma's was closed for a wedding so they had the restaurant in the lobby of America. Got the jagger schnitzel and the portions were huge. Fairly sure there were some math problems when the check was split but I didn't want to make a fuss over a couple bucks so I just paid and left. Decent food and decent prices if you are charged correctly.

Decent hotel and the food is good. Only issue is we had a reservation one day that they didn't honor because there was a wedding they forgot about and didnt have room for us. Had to go to a different restaurant that day.

Clean and fine for one or two nights.

Warm friendly staff, very helpful! Lots of free parking outside and a great place to stay!

Floors were kinda messy food was good and they have internet.

Nice, cozy place, quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was nice, receptionist was welcoming. Only one backside : need to check-in before nine otherwise reception is closed.

Nice little hotel situated right next to Ramstein AFB. Cheap, and you get what you get.

Room had basic amenities such as television and plenty of outlets, as well as a high pressure shower. Use your own soap/ shampoo, theirs is watered down. We had to check out at a weird time and they accommodated is fine. Did not try breakfast.

Good and cheap. Despite what they tell you, they do NOT take American Express. Good thing I had my Visa card with me for backup.

Bilingual staff. Clean and quiet room. Good location. Free breakfast is good.

Great location. Nice room. Basic TV. Good Wi-Fi.

We were guests from 31.12.2015 to 02.01.2016… first of all, I was from the outer appearance of the hotel very disappointed… the advertisement was incomplete… or is defective… so When we our room entered, we were shocked… for one thing we immediately noticed was the stained carpet floor… then on the extra bed on the sheets, very large grease spots … the blinds partially kinked … we have booked for 4 people, there were only 3 chairs available… I signed the sheet at the receptionist they wanted to see, and only then, she gave me a new one. Which I still own obtain had… The nachgeorderten pillows were lumpy and had also self-refer in a 3 star Hotel. The Breakfast was very unloving and Spartan prepared… one of my sons has the 2 days not even had Breakfast, because nothing there was what he wanted to eat… no Garnish and it was so little of everything there that you didn't dare what to take… the bread was labberisch and the bread turned out also … The rolls were Aufbackbrötchen since I've been over it hinweggeschaut but something bad I have long not more experienced… and for 198 Euro charge, is not at all… Oh yeah, last but not least was the room not once cleaned… Mülleimmer ran over… I have the Reinungspersonal in the hallway for toilet paper and towels asked and got them, but something in the 3 star hotel… I or we are really shocked…
