Clean and a very nice hotel despite being 3 stars, 3 min drive to the base. Lovely breakfast and lovely pleasant staff. Been here a 10 days and has been a pleasure.

An excellent hotel with very friendly staff. This is the second time I've stayed here and recommend it with my utmost enthusiasm.

My favourite hotel when working away in Ramstein. Great service & great location.

We were four and stayed in the two queen room. Room was fine but smelled slightly of cologne covering bo. Breakfast was excellent with either a traditional cold European style or full English.

This hotel have a nice feeling and environment. As soon as I walked in it felt welcoming. The beds are big and cozy, the breakfast was included for free and they were so easy to talk to all the staff. Only thing that was ehh was the Wi-Fi wasn't the fastest and it worked in and out but other than that I enjoyed it a lot.

Customer service was not so great.

I was traveling for business and was accommodated in this Hotel. — Rooms were dirty
— the whole Hotel is already pretty down
— View from the room was to a recycling center (in the morning, very loud)

German charm, very cosy and quiet hotel. Relaxing atmosphere and very friendly personal. Had a great stay there!

The hotel accepts pets and has very nice astetics. It is located close to Ramstein Air base and the resteraunt is very good.

Very friendly staff, nice rooms.

Horrible. Paid 95 Euros for an under the roof room, barely space with an 3x3 bath, and tilted ceilings like in the attic. Stayed here before in a regular room for which I paid the same, but this one had old furniture. Felt like a student dorm. All but two TV channels said they are all locked. Called front desk from my cell and they said " oh I guess it has to be reprogrammed". Rip off, no guest services, disgusted.

The staff is really great and the rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet is pretty good!

It is an inexpensive, clean, safe little hotel very close to the RMS main gate. I prefer it to government quarters.

Simple, but clean hotel. Superior value. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only peeve: A wacky taste for interior design.

Highly recommended! Richard is a Nerd — and here is why: He didn't tell that he would bring in a pet. The rooms are pretty clean, and beside drapes, there are shutters at the windows to make the room dark at night time (Nerd Richard didn't find them). The hotel owner is right: Americans are loud at 2AM in the morning, especially if they hat some German Lager. The circuit breaker popped due to all the electrical gadgets that Nerd Richard plugged into the bath room outlets, by that overloading the CBs. All over, typical exaggerated comments of a typical haughty fellow. Richy, go home to Tennessee or elsewhere — and stay there put. All: Stay at the Pirsch, it's a nice place you won't regret. Free wlan.

This was the worst place we've ever stayed in all of Europe. The owner was extremely rude and disrespectful when I brought forth concerns. I never received a confirmation email after requesting one and I had to call back to confirm my reservations. We informed them we were bringing a pet, but when we arrived they accused us of not telling them about the pet. The room was dirty; drapes were so thin you could see your hands through them which allowed the bright lights to shine through throughout the night. Our room was located over the main entrance 2nd floor. When I informed them of the loud talking outside which took place from 2AM on, the owner told me Americans are loud. During the night the circuit breaker popped cutting power in the bathroom and part of the room. I notified the front desk about it at 6AM and it took me 3 hours to get them to flip the circuit breaker back on after contacting them about it twice. When I reminded them about it the second time, it took all of 2 minutes to flip it on. The hotel is rated a 3 star, but 2 stars is plenty gracious. Highly recommend staying away from this place.
