Very nice room. All very friendly.

Nice little well-equipped hotel, quiet location a little out of the way.
Nice breakfast room.

A former hospital. The beds are different. One was a hospital bed and the other was a normal one. It's very noisy because it's in the in-flight at Frankfurt Airport. Also no air conditioning. It is clean and breakfast is sufficient. Parking is free on site.

We had a quiet night in a nice and well thought out room. At the reception we were warmly received and willingly answered all questions. The room staff was also friendly and helpful. Also worth mentioning are the two ladies in the breakfast room, who have fulfilled the wishes of the guests even in the most violent hustle and bustle. Good selection at the breakfast buffet.
The atmosphere is professional, but not cool. We felt very comfortable.
Overall, the hotel has a good value for money. I found my hotel for the next Mainz aufentgalt.

Price ok. Zimmer has already had better days. Wi-Fi far too slow. Staff need tutoring in customer friendliness.

Very nice weekend spent there … Reception very nice. Room big enough and everything clean the bed was also very good & clean.
And at breakfast, the lady who served us was very nice and fulfilled everyone's wish …

The staff bin is super friendly and perfect. The food is very good. Big plus is the employment of human fit handycap. However, the rooms are extremely cramped and the beds are far too small and uncomfortable.

Nice hotel, reception unfortunately not staffed 24 hours, but that's probably the way it is in small towns. Room all right. Only the key cards are a bit out of date and therefore very vulnerable. Breakfast is probably great right in the morning, but if you arrive late you can't expect much anymore. The leftovers just.

Highly recommended. Very good breakfast. Great room. Very nice service. We will certainly get there again.

We, my wife and I, were from 12.03.2018 to 14.03.2018 in this hotel and very satisfied. For me as severely handicapped, the INNdependence is ideal because there are rooms for the handicapped, which are not only accessible, but also have head and foot higher adjustable slats. The bed can also be lifted, so that disabled people and even the elderly can get out of bed without problems. The only downside for me was that the shower area is provided with handholds, but the floor is too slippery. The FRÜHSTÜCKSBÜFE is small and clear, but there is something for every taste. The hotel is in a quiet area of Mainz and well accessible by public transport.

I had the pleasure to "inhabit two different guest rooms". The more expensive room was really great, there is nothing objectionable. I was allowed to spend the second night in a room of the lower category. Here, particularly the strong odor is noticed after cigarettes smoke. The bed was uncomfortable, I had the feeling, to feel every single Spring mattress. The bathroom had also been a while behind him his best times. The hotel itself is quite ok and the staff is helpful and friendly.

The staff was very nice and friendly, room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast plentiful and more than adequate. If necessary, I will again for this Hotel decide.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, not so good a few constructional Details of a very annoyed: — in the bathroom the light over a Bewegungsschalter regulated. Showering you, one is for the motion detector "invisible" and the light goes out after a short time — in the windowless bathroom with outer wall is a sink with a mirror in exactly this outer wall. Friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, very quiet location, the Road is virtually little to hear, centrally located, good connection to the Tram every 5 to 10 min.
