Insanity! Super service. Obliging. Not intrusive. Great class!

The lunch menu was really terrific. Such a fine cuisine, along with a truly perfect service. Finally a Gewürztraminer from Alsace in the wine accompaniment. Who else is doing this? Otherwise, unfortunately, no one. It was all great class. My compliment.

The food is excellent, especially in the gourmet restaurant. Also the wine accompaniment is always professional and imaginative.
Top tip in Mainz and surroundings!

I was yesterday with my girls in the weinbar to guest & I can only warmly recommend it. Super nice & brisker service, great & delicious portions to eat, & super advice & sale of delicious wines. Thumbs high praise to Jo, the warm host, his dear girls & to the delicious kitchen.

The surroundings, the location in the park is very nice and quiet. Underground car park present.
The stay in the wine bar very good,

We stayed in the Favorite Park Plus room for a total of 5 nights. A great, quiet view in a large room.
The service is hard to beat.
The food is madness!

We were accommodated in the old part, stuffy hot room, despite fan and drain smell from the bathroom in the room, very disgusting. Rooms very old and dark
Not only us, but also many other guests had difficulties with the orientation in the hotel.
Breakfast was very good and plentiful, only the staff took a very long time to clear the tables and bring a cane coffee : (

Not a second time for the money.

Only partially recommended as a hotel for the weekend. Noise of a hotel event with external guests until 4 a. M. On the terrace. No reaction or accommodating on the part of the reception. Dissatisfied guests seem to be factored in. Conclusion: If you want to sleep in peace, this hotel is wrong.

The beer garden is really well located, but the service is absolutely necessary. This is not worthy of the favorite. The staff was totally overwhelmed, no proper organization, food was sold more than was available and we were not even informed after waiting more than an hour. And the conditions had to bathe everything. What a pity!

The hotel is recommended. The rooms are okay, the breakfast delicious. ONLY the gentleman at the reception did not go at all. Was rude to us above all arrogant towards his colleagues. In addition, we had called to find out if we could check in earlier and it was said that there was no problem it would be noted. By reason, when we arrived we had to wait, with baby and child and only after repeated requests received the status of our room. The rude guy at the reception made us feel very well how much we annoyed him. Such a person should not work on a reception.
The housekeeping and the breakfast team, on the other hand, were very nice and accommodating!

A month ago on the terrace exceptionally well eaten. The quality of the food was exceptionally good in taste. Also the service very polite, very attentive and accommodating. I was even put together a menu that wasn't on the menu. Compliment. Highly recommended.!

Nice hotel. Helpful staff!

This hotel has a magnificent location, that is super peaceful and beautiful. The restaurant is fabulous, with the breakfast being one of the best I have had in quite a while. I only stayed three nights, but would have happily stayed a month.

The location of this hotel is just amazing, within a huge park, and it includes very good services such as the pool and the sauna. However, the rooms are way too hot, and there are almost no power plugs in the walls. The staff is nice but very slow, especially at checkout rush hours. The Internet connection is free, but it is very, very slow.

Wir hatten eine Tagung im Hotel mit 100 Personen. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Frau Beck, die Verantwortliche von Seiten des Hotels, ist hier für ihren Einsatz besonders hervorzuheben. Das Essen war sehr gut, die Räumlichkeiten sehr gut zu teilen, sauber und gepflegt. Die Technik war auf dem neuesten Stand. Die Lage des Hotels ist ohne hin genial. Gerne wieder dort. Rund rum eine gelungene Veranstaltung.

As part of a funeral, we had booked 2 rooms with park views. The rooms were connected to one by removing a partition. Beautiful location & friendly service. Even the little things to eat were flawless (potato soup, two kinds of cakes, coffee/tea).

At first glance, the favorite Parkhotel makes a very high-quality impression. Unfortunately I had a very old room right on the road where I could hardly regulate the temperature. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very disappointing. The breakfast on the other hand was very good and convinced by a large selection.

Overall, it is a very good and nice hotel. I just want to point out a few little things that have not just been noticed.
-it makes a somewhat stale impression here and there. A little more pep and modern would do well. For example, the wine bar is very modern in style, but the restaurant is very frumpy.
-The breakfast is presented very closely. It's jamming there.
-the rooms, which are still unrenovated, are slowly overdue. The 240 watt lamps in the bathroom are a mystery to me.
-Free water in the rooms has slowly prevailed everywhere.

Very nice quiet hotel. A few minutes away from the centre. Cleanliness is very big there. Would be welcomed there. The breakfast was more than adequate and the sausage and other things were freshly cut. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I had to complain about was the parking facilities. Everything else in a very nice well maintained hotel.

The hotel is at the public park and and very posh but also affordable if you want extraordinary food so something special and then a walk through the public park and the greenhouse past also at the Birdhouse.

Room out to the park quite wonderful. Beautiful, deep balcony with furniture. Extensively stocked minibar. Exquisite breakfast. Sufficient free parking, who wants TG for a fee. Eat at almost any time. Also get inexpensive via room service.
Very pleasant. In every area the better choice than the Hilton.

Located on the outskirts of Mainz in an attractive green location, the hotel appeals to business visitors as well as private guests on a stopover or for celebrations. Generous rooms are available, everything looks very well maintained, with it has pleased there.

You get only a room facing 3 noisy train lines all night incl. ICE trains (assume all trains entering/leaving Mainz need to pass our window). Though the hotel certainly had plenty of empty rooms not facing heavy traffic, but none of these were available for my use. Stayed in the old section of the hotel. You cannot charge your phone at the night stand during the night as light off switch blocks electricity. There are free of charge public parking in front of the hotel. Bath tub was clogged for first time use in the morning, so water run out very slowly. Room included a sofa/window section, watch out for the step :) Otherwise the rooms and breakfast are OK.

Great atmosphere, very good food, the view of Rhine and Parks is great. Palm garden, swimming pool, sauna, fitness, hardly any wish remains open. Only it is a pity that the cozy beer carriage with the crickets has given way to a more sterile ambience with hotel typical high drinks prices. Otherwise – also because of the good accessibility (5 min to the bus stop and 10 min to the Stop Roman theatre) really recommended for meetings and relaxing days on the outskirts of the city.

Clean room. Breakfast includes everything a good hotel has to have breakfast. I only met friendly and courteous hotel staff.

Very nice staff and a good breakfast. Also the room was very pleasant. Facilities and amenities were good. Was now also very satisfied the second time.

The food was an amazing experience! So tasty and well served. It's a place that worth a visit.

There is nothing to complain about. The company Christmas party had there Service staff were very attentive and always cleared everything quickly and always Getränhe offered. The Buffet was super delicious and beautifully constructed. The room is also very clean and well furnished. Reception also very nice staff.

Booked two rooms, was given two in the older section of the hotel, which do not match the pictures — the bathrooms we're updated, but bedrooms were very dated. The rooms smelled musty — strong enough to give us all headaches in the first 30 minutes and make us check out. There were bugs and spiders in the rooms and hallways, and access from reception involved a block-long outdoor walk. One of the rooms had a shower that would not drain, and maintenance was not available until the next day. Front desk staff was helpful, but wasn't able to help address the issues with the rooms.

Very good quality hotel.

Nice rooms, not a lot of privacy without closing the blinds. Some noise from the road. Awesome views of the park, a short walk to downtown Mainz. Parking garage is tight, but you might luck out finding spots across the street m.

Nice armosphere, but the burger I had was not home made for the price. Disappointing.

Receptionsit gave me a very happy ending to my trip.

Excellent location. Creative food and very nice rooms. A "must" choice for staying at Mainz!

Very nice hotel. Stayed here two times. There is a large difference between the rooms in the new and old part. Rooms in the old part aren't bad, but are outdated and in current time not up to 4 star standard. The new rooms however are very nice, modern and large. Since I only came to sleep I didn't care too much about the rooms, but since they cost the same, it's better to ask for a room in the new part of the hotel. Breakfast is super, a lot to choose from and served in a beautiful breakfast room. A very good start of the day. Also the Bierkutsche is a nice place to eat and serves a very good burger.

Hotel located at the City Park. For room with view of Rhine River booked. Room average size! Ideal for weekend getaways and meetings. Sauna & indoor pool! Large terrace with a park and view of the Rhine! Beer garden in the summer. Air conditioning. Wi-Fi access, wheelchair accessible!

Nettes Hotel mit öffentlichem Bereich. Leider hinterlässt das Meerwasser-Aquarium einen ungepflegten Eindruck — mit zu vielen Rotalgen.

Zimmer zwar groß aber Einrichtung sehr alt lediglich sehr schönes und modernes Badezimmer. Personal eher unfreundlich. Frühstück gut. Würde aber für die nächste Dienstreise aber ein anders Hotel probieren.

Last week, I was with a friend eat here. We were skeptical, but actually it is a beer garden, and we eat both vegan. Nevertheless we wanted to try it and have asked for vegan alternatives to the good, but meat-heavy card.
What then has been set before us, is second to none. Rare food made so happy me! :)
Although the Cook of his own words has cooked vegan after the first time, one noted immediately that he understands some of his trade. He mixed simple and high-quality ingredients and conjured up as a dream of a first and main course for us! Not just taste really great, but also visually really fantastic.
Was that really nice and warm and beautiful atmosphere outside in the beer garden, with views of the Rhine River and surrounded by a beautiful bird park.
In any case, I will return when I'm back in Mainz!

Nice Hotel in a quiet location. Good Ess en and for sure 4 stars. But no Wi-Fi. My God!

Very nice and well-kept Hotel with excellent Breakfast. My room had a pleasant size and the equipment was modern. Also my not quite so low demands on the technical equipment was enough of this Hotel. In the room were a Telekom Hotspot as well as Kabel Deutschland Hotspot available. On my next visit in Mainz, Germany, I will definitely go back to this Hotel.

Super Hotel with a great location at a Park in Mainz. Very nice reception, and super-equipped rooms. Was for a meeting 2 days have been there, but would at any time private this Hotel. Surprising how quickly you get from the Frankfurt airport there is. In any case a recommendation.

The hot tub was not active. The Sauna and the steam room were not, unfortunately, and only after repeated Requests was responding, however, remained the Sauna is still cold. A pity, because the Hotel is otherwise good, actually. We had extra of a Hotel with Spa facilities booked and were therefore disappointed. The apology from the Hotel was also very close.

We have a beautiful long weekend in the Favorite Parkhotel spent. The privately-run Hotel is characterized by a very good Service and friendly staff. Unfortunately the Hotel was booked very well, so that all of the Parking spaces in front of the house and The Garage were occupied. The reception staff was very helpful and it quickly became a solution for the lack of Parking found. Many thanks for the professional help we would love to come back.

The beer garden is in our opinion one of the Best in Mainz and the surrounding area! Very good food, good beer and friendly Service after the meal was directly the old dishes cleared away! With our two Kids it is perfect. The can after desire and mood to rave and go on Tour, because the Park directly anschlließt.

Gorgeous Hotel with ambience and good Service. The panoramic terrace invites you to enjoy the feast and stay a while! We have a fantastic evening with a romantic sunset spent. Looking forward to the next evening in this great atmosphere.
