In return to the Seehotel, you still understand something of service and feel-good atmosphere. Nice, clean, good climate, local ingredients. So I imagine relaxation.

Great spa, very good food, friendly service, beautiful surroundings.

Rooms were ok. Food was great. Location is pretty nice. Services like swimming pool, sauna etc was plenty.

the service very friendly and attentive, even gluten and lactose free food was no problem. The kitchen knew about it. The meat and fish were not only extremely tasty and attractively prepared, but also very good in quality. Also the appetizers, as in the photo were great.

Super great and comfortable four star hotel. Small but fine wellness area with indoor pool, outdoor hot tub and sauna with steam bath. An outdoor pool is currently being built. Very good food and nice staff. To switch off and shut down a wonderful place in beautiful nature. Happy to return.

Good hotel, friendly staff, nice surroundings and good food. One drawback — in summer, the terrace is full of flies rushing to the food. Something can easily be done about this!

This review only refers to the restaurant.
A few days ago we were eating in the restaurant. The food itself was good, but nothing special.
Why then only 3 stars. Unfortunately, it turns out that some restaurants do not take the problem of severe gluten intolerance seriously. Those who decorate themselves with 4 stars should at least have an adequate answer as to whether gluten is contained in the food or not. With a response from the condition service, I don't know, I'm not half a pharmacist ' or, what is supposed to be inside ' are simply wrong and can even be life-threatening in some cases.
The problem is not that gluten is contained in food, the problem is that you don't take guests seriously and, on the contrary, laugh off them. Only in this way: There are other establishments with much lower reputations, which can serve gluten-free on demand.
I think here is again in case of their service personnel needs to be retrained.

Owner-managed Hotel with a real 4Sternen. Clean and chic rooms. Spa area well maintained. Super location in the centre of Heimbuchenthal. Pure nature. Food was great also the staff.

I come for almost 3 decades in this, with a lot of love, guest-oriented, high-quality, family-run house. Both the family and all the staff are always there for the guest and his well-being. The beautifully designed rooms and bathrooms are unrivalled and the quality of food and drink is outstanding. I can recommend this hotel with a good conscience, both as a conference, wellness, romance or simply for a little time out. Thank you dear Family Schwab, I will gladly come back.

Very nice place. The setting is quiet and pleasant. Very nice decorations. Very professional and friendly staff. Parking very easy. Great breakfasts and excellent meals. Allows to host meetings in very good conditions. My room was fine. Comfortable bedding. There is a minibar in the room if needed.

I always like to be here to charge my batteries.
Great food, nice rooms, family atmosphere, some tradition, great garden, nice little sauna & wellness facility with swimming pool and whirlpool… Travel, located directly on the forest… with Brook and Waterwheel…
Tips: Reserve in summer on the terrace… book half board, the menus are terrific…

Absolute disaster! I can only recommend to anyone to look closely if he does not find a better accommodation. Already the communication in advance was a catastrophe. The hotel in itself is untidy, the breakfast we have received on the mountain huts on our hike previously more extensive. And the room was very cheap.

I stayed here on a business trip and it was very nice. There was a lot of attention to detail in all of the interior decoration. It had a very historic feel I thought.

We had a spa day there: almost everything perfectly, but in the massage area and at lunch it was freezing cold, so we have exchanged our street clothes the bathrobes at dinner.

The food is excellent, as well as the friendly staff; very high feel-good factor. The spa area is flawless and clean, as well as the rooms. The breakfast buffet still perfectly completes the whole.

Accommodation, service and food is very good. Internet is, however, only partially available.
