We are now the second day here coming from Hamburg and have to say TOP in a nutshell! The hotel is thoroughly clean the food is just great, and the staff super friendly and you are here not only a money note but a hotel guest very personal everything. That screams for a reunion! It is always beautiful here, have certainly been to this beautiful hotel 3 times. Very nice, clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, the great location, it doesn't get any better.

On the terrace you can eat great and enjoy the natural water. Very friendly staff.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and delicious food. Unfortunately, the in-house swimming pool was not in operation, but we got a refund for the visit to another swimming pool. Here we could choose between the Vitalbad Burscheid, the mediterrana, and a third option. Well solved. In the enough you can also walk/walk well.

Clean, bit of an hospital ambiance. Great surroundings.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.
The rooms are sparsely furnished. Since there were a lot of children, the food was tailored to them. Furthermore, the food did not have good quality. During the day it was very noisy in the house and football was played in the yard until 10 p. M. The swimming pool was overcrowded and guests jumped from the pool edge into the pool. Very dangerous!

Rooms and service were great, though English speaking servers were not very common. Location is extremely secluded, and the cellular and Wi-Fi services were nearly unusable. Front desk also did not carry razor blades for shaving.

The house is pretty and in great ambience. Unfortunately, the food was just lukewarm and the draughts were enormous. Despite several hints, the doors were opened again and again. Some of us had an appetizer served along with each other's main course. After a subsequent coffee or dessert, we were not asked at all. What a pity.

Location and view are quite nice, but the customer service is miserable. We were invited to a wedding here and unfortunately had to cancel the booking for one of the numerous booked rooms. The cancellation took place in good time. The hotel was in no way booked, so booking inquiries would have to be rejected due to lack of availability. However, the day after the wedding the full price for the cancelled room was charged. Absolutely incomprehensible. Apparently, the proceeds from the wedding ceremony and the remaining nights of wedding guests were not enough for the management.

I was here for a 2 day training. I shared a double room with my wife on the last floor. The hotel is located in a really idyllic place, you drive on a narrow road through the forest and then at some point this very big Castle like structure.

First Cream! Friendly, attentive, clean overall nice ambiance. Well-made symbiosis of old style and modernity. Beautiful location Despite valley and yet very bright. Very quiet, as if you were in the middle of the forest. Always recommended!

Location 1 A. When the weather is nice, sit on the terrace and have a coffee. Food very good. Little downside: The service leaves nothing to be desired. You should bring time.

The Conference hotel is secluded in the forest. The premises offer a pleasant setting for seminars. The internet is unfortunately a bit more expandable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The kitchen is appealing. Leisure activities are acceptable for a conference hotel.

The location, hygiene and general care (food and service) are good. The décor has generally come a little over the years, yet functional and good. The rooms are rather small but well equipped. It draws eerily in the old building in all rooms.

Well suited for training. Not suitable for holidaymakers. Too loud. Unpaved parking. Extremely narrow access path.

Have been surprisingly intercepted on a quiet Sunday with some cravings. Very inviting ambience, especially the terrace with extensive views and evening sun pleasing. The glow apparently deceptive as it took an infinite long time for us to be noticed. The coffee ordered was fine, but unfortunately you got a ready cake for about 3 —. Since the bill was coming, we had almost come into the opportunity to bounce the bill. What a pity…

Quiet location. Good food. Also the rooms okay. All at reasonable prices.

Nice rooms. Breakfast is OK. Restaurant a la cart is very good. Buffet in the evening is not so good. Beautiful surroundings for hiking.

It is a beautifully located hotel. We are always thrilled. Hiking trails and motorbike tours directly on site. Food very good. Breakfast very good. Service very nice and helpful.

Weird service. Asking waiter for a menu and he/she tells you that it is not possible to get a menu because they have another event and they won't prepare food, just basic drinks, and coffee.

Good only for conferences and workshops. For the category of this hotel the rooms should have at least one armchair and the breakfast more options. Pity, the place is beautiful!

A really boring location, surely well located into the wilde bergisches land but what all are saying of a good, incredible view is just a wild busj you can admire in most of the berghisch land which is much better.

Maria is a conference hotel in the floodplain. As such it is designed primarily to professional events, offers but also a spa with a swimming pool (incl. Massage Jet), a sauna and various massage therapies (these are however not included in price), a bowling and of course km way green nature at (the Dhünntalsperre is within walking distance to reach ca half an hour).
The hotel is not linked to public transport, it must so forcibly be traveled by car, there are however plenty of parking spaces.
The Conference Hotel is housed in a building that the guest almost a small castle. The view is fabulous and there's anywhere to sit opportunities outside and enjoy this. For smokers, there are several balconies, which are accessible from the staircase so that easily break for this purpose can be installed during an event.
Our meeting room was bright and good fans. Unfortunately, the acoustics was not good, which is why even small whisper talks disrupted sensitive.
There are several meeting rooms of different sizes and the smaller stock this problem.
The hotel offers a lift and wheelchair-accessible rooms, as well as barrier-free access to the restaurant. The rooms are very different in size and location, but all have a television, a telephone and an en suite bathroom with a shower to my knowledge.
The food is offered in buffet style and is good quality and plentiful.

It is the only thing one can praise. The service is extremely poor. Gets at the check-in is only a 'Hello' forward kicked and the room key. No Info for sauna, dinner, breakfast, etc.
Sauna, you gotta go in a bathrobe by the reception desk, which is always crowded. The sauna area is totally outdated. Rusty's concerns. There's a sauna, which had no infusion, so the air was extremely dry. Not even any oil or something to pour on. Only hot stones. The radio can be heard very loudly in the swimming pool and the sauna area.
The room is small and tasteless, dripping in the bath of rust Schmodder from the holder of the SOAP. At breakfast, you had to ask more or less to the coffee. A good morning greeting. Never again!

Beautiful location with many Hiking trails. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The Breakfast in the Morning was very extensive with a large selection, everything was very tasty. I would the Hotel anytime again visit.

Today in the best weather on the terrace, a large Chaos witnessed. Operation was not in charge, or forgot to come back. Drinks were partly not. The Service was friendly. The food was consistently very tasty. Let's see, as it is with less operation.

After a great hike, we wanted a coffee and cake on the terrace. We waited 20 minutes and it was no use. We were also not informed that it would take, because a Seminar was in the house.

Beautiful view, very endeavored staff. Caution no mobile phone reception on the D2 network. Seminars can remain undisturbed, but only if the Auditor is offline…

The Hotel is only average, not as good as shown: The Hotel is completely beyond any civilization, in the snow, it should not be possible to achieve. The roads there are so narrow and so steep that they are no longer appropriate. The Parking lots are quite small sized and relatively far away from the entrance. The rooms are quite noisy. Allegedly offered maps (Plural) consisted only of an A4 colour copy of the signs of the Hiking was on the map only partially available, on the roads in the area only with much effort and only for a very experienced and generally very attentive reader to handle. The trails were quite muddy. As a simple Hotel, it was good, but the regular 135, — Euro per night and double rooms would be completely gone.
