Very welcoming. Clean and serious and efficient staff. Not very comfortable compared to the city center, about 3 km, half an hour's walk. Very useful for the job. Appropriate price, not expensive.

Great location, pleasant staff, nice room. No evening meals at weekends and breakfast not available if you have early start at weekends either.

It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. It's clean and they serve a very good breakfast. The fifth star is missing because the hotel is a bit far out from the city centre, it's a bit noisy and the "large double bed" it's just a 140*200 bed!

Good hotel near the stadium. The equipment is typical of the class and decorated in wood colours. The room is clean and pleasantly large. At 34°c, you are looking forward to the air conditioning, which can also be switched off. For the evening there is a bar and restaurant, where the rich breakfast buffet is also served.

As a great location, because on the outskirts but easily accessible by public transport. Expensive buffet breakfast. Rooms are not ready before 3pm, so very late. I applied to be able to advance the check-in, but it was not possible.

Aachen is a wonderful city worth seeing. The modern, elegant city hotel Leonardo has made the stay very pleasant. Beautiful rooms with bathtub. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, with a motorway connection and yet not far from the city centre.

Nice Hotel with big rooms which are very well maintained and inviting. Breakfast and Service was very good.

Very good hotel, staff with impeccable customer service manners, clean, good breakfast, comfortable room. Close to Carolus Therme and shops. We have just booked the second time stay, and Leonardo hotel in Koln. Good value for money. I just wish they can include parking in the price.

Hotel located about 2.5km or 35min walk from center. Parking across the street free, at hotel 6€ for 24h. Rooms cosy and clean with free bottle of water, tea and coffee. Nice big and small mirror in bathroom with hairdryer. Temp in room adjustable with airco. But blanket was thick so to warm for spring already. At reception free fruits and fresh water. Breakfast was plenty and lots of choice. Staff friendly and helpfull I would recommend.

Although located on a busy street, it was not noisy in the hotel. The atmosphere was pleasant and not intrusive. The condition of the rooms, especially the beds, left nothing to be desired. The whole hotel made a very clean and well organized impression.

The service — especially as a regular customer — is simply great! Helpful staff, you know each other and are greeted by name, which I think is great… Fruit in the room — the bathrobes are ready. That's all you can do. The last rooms are now refurbished (unfortunately mine, which was still a smoking room…). Dogs welcome, which I think is great.

This is the second time we have stayed here and we are pleased with the level of service. Maybe add some snack type items to your menu. I. E. Sausage. Offer a larger soup for those who just need alight meal. Quality of food was excellent. We will stay again. All of the staff were very polite and helpful. The only thing I would like is not to have to fill in a form on arrival especially after a very long drive. This information could be captured online when making booking.

The Hotel was very good and the staff were very friendly.

Overall, the hotel is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, the otherwise visible floor spots in the bathroom are not available. I feel comfortable here. I still took a star off because the hair dryer has too little power for me and the breakfast buffet is good but without variety. I am 10 nights here and there is 10 times the same breakfast. In between, I would have liked another sausage or even smoked salmon. And above all, a soft-boiled egg.
But these are personal sensations. All in all, it is good.

I chose the Leonardo Hotel because of its practical location to my field work on the spot and due to the good price performance ratio. In my opinion, only the parking lot should be for guests.

Nice and quiet. Easy access but away from downtown so nothing to do nearby.

It is a good Hotel. The internet connection is the best. You can get good discounts with the Leonardo Advantage Club.

Nice hotel But I find it a bit too expensive. The breakfast buffet is delicious. The rooms are clean and large. The surroundings are not so nice but one is just for sleeping here.

Decent place. Shame breakfast and parking not included in the rate.

Overall very good. A mini bar would be advantageous and it has already given 2 x problems with the heating.

We planned a few days in the tri border area. This hotel in Aachen makes that very well possible. It"s a very accessible, fine hotel. It does not offer dinners but does offer a great breakfast. Over-all: to be recommended. A very positive, more elaborate, evaluation was also placed on Tripadvisor.

Nice Hotel. Breakfast is fine. Rooms are comfortable to stay for holiday travellers and business travellers. Burger King and Subway is just across the street. Taxi drivers usually know the location of the hotel by just telling them the hotel name.

Very good service and staff. Nothing was a problem and very friendly. We forgot toothpaste and they provided free. We were traveling with our dog, and there was no problem. The room was very clean, and Great movie TV channels in English. 10 minutes to the Centre Will highly recommended.

The hotel is somewhat older and therefore of establishing not so furnished. For everything but is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is also very good and nicely made.

Hotel is OK for an easy night. The hotel already behind it has the best years and the category is me 4 star mystery… If you encounter a man in the vest at breakfast, you know where you are. As regards the breakfast itself, you can confidently give up this and is absolutely not worthwhile. At a time when breakfast until 11: 00, the buffet is thinned out so far that you must be satisfied with remnants of dry bread from 10: 00.

Very nice professional staff. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed each minute of it. Definatelly will come back and strongly recommend to all.
