Hotel is closely located to the main station and city. Air conditioning is missing in the rooms. Breakfast is okay.

Unfortunately, our standard room did not have air conditioning. Not so pleasant in the hot summer of 2018. We also missed a minibar. The room was otherwise modernly furnished and clean. The double bed was very large. We spent four nights with wide open windows here. Location very centrally near the station.

Ok hotel, very good location, the door to the room does make you feel like your entering a prison cell, the bathroom is very dated and very small. The rooms were very hot no air conditioning so I had to leave the window open all day and night… and it still felt hot. The rooms were however clean and everything was functional and a huge positive was the free to use safe in the room. A pleasant stay.

Have had a stay there for one night. Priced absolutely fine for the quality of the rooms. Only the bathroom could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly in some places. Check-in was quick and trouble-free, as did check-out. All in all, I was satisfied with my stay and would choose this hotel again at any time for a short break in Hanover.

A very tidy, friendly hotel, ideally located close to the main train station and the city centre. Very different room categories from spacious themed rooms to very small rooms that are unusually cramped. Very nice bar, good food and compelling service. Overall, a clear recommendation.

Very nice hotel in Hanover. Was my first visit to this city and I was thrilled. The hotel is very well equipped with a bar and restaurant. Rooms very clean. Top.

The room was very clear. It was a smart room but sufficient for me alone. I wouldn't book a smart room again. The remaining ambience was also very nice the restaurant offered good quality when eating.

Excellent accommodation ideal for visiting the city 5 minutes from the central station (you can reach the airport in 20 minutes with the line S5) and close to the main shopping malls.
The staff are friendly and helpful the rooms are quiet and clean the beds are comfy and the Wi-Fi is great just missing the minibar.

Good hotel with individually designed rooms and family friendly atmosphere. The "Kurt's" is a good restaurant and a well-stocked bar in the house. Centrally located (5 min walk from the train station), in total ideal for a business trip to Hanover.

Everything (cleanliness, service level, etc. ) is perfect.

The restaurant was fine. The food is not the best in the world, but compared to the price, there is good value for money.

I had a renovated room on the second floor and felt very comfortable. As I read, some were not satisfied, if all the rooms were like mine, there would only be good to very good reviews, I'm sure.

Location is excellent Staff is friendly and attentive. Breakfast spread is good. However Wi-Fi is unstable.

Great 4 star hotel. Very central location. Single room (room 403) very interesting design. Single rooms are relatively small but very skillfully furnished. Can recommend the hotel only.

Room clean and service helpful and nice. The parking situation is unfortunately a bit confusing and not so great. The breakfast was fine.

This is my second visit to Hannover as well as Hotel Loccumer hof. Really enjoyed breakfast and stay for 5 days. Being a vegetarian there was limitations for me to choose from the available food items. Very good location and everything like Railway station, Tram station, shopping mall, city centre are very close by. Nice English speaking staff very helpful. Very much recommended.

Was there "only" food. Various meals. Always super tasty, original, different tastes taken into account. Nicely done with very friendly, knowledgeable service staff. I highly recommend it.

We had a "suite" which in other hotels would probably go through as standard room. Therefore, point deduction.
Staff was friendly, location central. Overall, we felt well-kept.

Small Hotel but very nice and well located.

Friendly lady at the reception and also the breakfast was delicious and the staff very accommodating. Gladly again. Unfortunately the room was marked by signs of use and the key card did not work in the first attempt.

Staff were very friendly, parking was secure. The room was clean and reasonably spacious however did not have an iron or air-conditioning. The free small welcome drinks were a nice touch. Breakfast costs extra and was the usual continental selection. Overall an okay but very basic business hotel.

Stayed here 2011 and also today. Very good service, lovely & professional staff. Clean & modern (bath-) room.

The food and bar were very good. I was in one of the single rooms that has not been refurbished. Hopefully the layout will be revised when it is refurbished. The staff were very friendly, especially the knowledgeable bar staff!

Good cost-benefit Hotel. Great location, with all within walking distance. The only drawback on my stay was the poor internet connection (June 2017).

No AC and very noisy with windows open. There is a dance club bar across the street with loud people coming out of there at all hours of the night. I got very little sleep and I usually sleep well thru noise. I would not stay here again unless I was in a room not on the street. However, the staff was friendly.

The hotel is very old-stylish and worn-off. Would need a complete renovation. Wi-fi is practically non-existent (which would have been useful on a business trip) — yes it's free, but it doesn't matter if it's unusable. Room was microscopic and the bed was horrible — the mattress was laid out, and as if it had been collected from an old closet. There were some strange stains on the floor. Definitely not a 4* hotel (maximum 2*)! The staff was very friendly though.

To be in Germany you eat well.

In May this year, had I the pleasure to stay 4 nights in the Loccumer Hof. The room was tastefully decorated and spacious. Although to the side of the road, nothing was at a solid listen. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and varied. The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful.
Since I'm always business in Hanover, I found my personal favorite for Hanover with the Loccumer Hof. :-)

I made a reservation for a single room. Upon checking in and visiting the room I inquired about air-conditioning and was informed that the room was not equipped with a/c. I was offered another room with a/c for 30 euro surcharge. I accepted this. The suite I was ultimately placed in had an Australia theme — how fun. The air-conditioning worked well. I was disappointed the wooden Venetian blinds in the room were broke in a couple places.

A huge construction site is right in front of the hotel, which is not mentioned on the website. Beside the noise you cannot park in front — limited park space in the side street after a detour. The "Red Sonya" at the reception could be more friendly — maybe caused by the noise… : ( ( The entrance area looks freshly refurbished, the room is tidy.

A cosy and quiet place with nice clean and styleish rooms. Great breakfast and helpful staff. Parking was not easy.

3 stars for the room but all 5 stars for the bar and the kitchen. We were housed here at the CeBIT week and what we got service, friendliness and quality of food in the evening in the restaurant / bar was unique. Many thanks to the team. Thus, the evenings after the long CeBIT days were always a recovery.

Awesome delicious breakfast.

We stayed here once before at the recommendation of a relative who lives in Hannover. We enjoyed our previous stay so had no hesitation in returning this year. Staff are helpful, finding things for us that are not standard in the room, such as an electric kettle (there are coffee makers). The rooms we've stayed in were clean and attractively furnished (not your average bland hotel room), and the bed was comfortable. We stayed during the New Year period so laundry services were not available, but breakfast on 31 Dec was festive with a complimentary glass of champagne. The price is reasonable and it is conveniently close to the train station.

Top location, good and simple Hotel. Setting up, sometimes a bit worse for wear (lamp loose eg). Price/performance is optimal!

The country In which you stay today? We then also asked: Japanese flat seat cushion. A note on the coffee machine "more Pads can be bought at the reception" — unfortunately, no basic equipment available. The hard, deep bed has only one side access and is very communicative. Toilet with Salontür the rattles and creaks and the sleep disturbs, but which night? As in 1. Floor, penetrate constantly noises from the Möbelrücken until 03:15 and from 7:00 a. M. In the guest rooms, a really good sound insulation to the street ad Absurdum. The Schallleitungsqualität of the structure is a record. The sounds originate from probably the Stühlerücken from the Bar on the ground floor. Due to our multiple complaints, however, the admittedly good Breakfast adopted. Beware of room 105!

Very conveniently located. Attractive and comfortable bedrooms. Very helpful desk staff and good choice at breakfast. I would stay there again.

For the cost I paid I expected at least a better mattress. It was too soft and depressed. It needs a change. The double room was OK in size but lacked air conditioning, so forget to stay there in July-August. June was already too hot inside my room. The days I was there there was a really bad smelling at the 5th floor, that went even inside my room, probably from dirt pipes. I complained and apparently the problem was fixed. The breakfast was good and staff correct.

The food is top… creative, fresh and delicious… BUT unfortunately, it was my room not so great… was booked a non-Smoking room, I got an old ashtray… it was probably in this room once a Smoking room, because this smell of old smoke was very dominant… unfortunately… this has me really disturbed… even in the wet and extremely after the shower… a renovation of the room and a sacking of carpet and mattress could perhaps remedy the situation… BUT as I said, was the kitchen and the Service is also top, also the Lobby and the Bar were super modern and very appealing… but unfortunately this style is not yet up to the rooms through.

Very nice, centrally located and yet quiet hotel with a very good price/performance ratio. From the Outside plain, Inside but renovated and very nicely designed. We chose this Hotel due to a Opernbesuches and traveled by train. The Hotel is within walking distance in just a few minutes from the train station to reach and just as the Opera. We were received very friendly and we were already an hour before the usual Check-in in a themed room (free Upgrade) to check in, because the reserved double room has not been ready yet. This room was very nicely furnished and had a parquet floor, and in the open bathroom area, there was a heated floor under the Flow, which we as very pleasant felt. A further advantage of the room 105 was the size, double window to the side and another window on the opposite side to the Parking lot or courtyard. The mattresses were excellent. The Breakfast was fresh and sufficient (salmon, prepared egg dishes, fresh fruit, yogurt and muesli, cold cuts, cheese, jams, water, juice, rolls, bread, coffee and tea etc) in view of the price for the Overnight stay with Breakfast, good value for money. We would at any time if we, in Hanover, staying again.

Super nice Team, themed rooms, great ambience in the Restaurant / bar area. Zentrals located. Especially Fengh-shui-suite and Lounge is absolutely worth a visit. We think it's great.

Clearly, the Loccumer Hof is still single with the equipment, and the "Charm" of the 1970s. Of four stars, at least, is the single room no. 215 light-years away, even a simple guest house today has a modern bathroom! The room and especially the bathroom are definitely old, broken tiles, yellowed drains in the sink and in the shower, unkempt or just old Duschtrennwand. For business trips is simply not recommended.

Very friendly staff, both at the reception and at the Bar. The rooms are very generous to do this, the Top location of the hotel. Only point of criticism: Why is dfie shower so small although the bathroom is huge? I'm going to the house and recommend you to others and visit again.

Nice staff, free upgrade to suite, 2 complimentary drinks, nice food, flexible with late check out. Great stay.

I had a great stay at this lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and could not have done more to make my life easy. My room was very quiet and comfortable, the hotel is in a great location. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again if I come back to Hannover.

Nice room bright but very hot in summer and unfortunately no air conditioning.
We could not open the window as there were major repairs to the tram lane in the street just below and the noise was appalling.
We didn't eat at the hotel but enjoyed the welcome aperitif offered.

Well-located hotel only 3 minutes away from hbf Hannover. We stayed at room 722, called "Europa" in the second floor. It was named "junior suite" but it wasn't at all. Very noisy (you could hear the traffic noise even with the windows closed). The bathroom was big but the shower tiny. The towel-heating didn't worked. At the arrival, they offer you a welcome drink but when we were to the bar it was closed for holiday! If you want to use the Wi-Fi you have to ask for a free ticket with password every day! The breakfast was fine. Helpful staff.

I stayed here for a week in June 2013. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food at the restaurant was inexpensive and exquisite! The hotel was also considerably less expensive than the other hotels I looked at online and very close to the Hauptbahnhof (main train station). I recommend this hotel to anyone who will be staying in Hannover.
