Hotel

In itself a beautiful hotel, close to the city and modern. The room simple but cozy. Deductions are available for dinner, which has not earned a star € at all, but breakfast was fine. The cleanliness of the outdoor area was the reason for a further withdrawal. The tables were not clean the next morning and the floor was not swept. I would check back in anyway.

Breakfast great — a lot of choice, everything fresh. And this is the only good thing… After first night the room has not been cleaned properly. Glass and cup which I took the evening before still were on the table and on the floor bathroom there were quite a lot of hair, definitely not mine :) when checking out the lady informed me that I need to pay for two bottles of water, which were in the room — 6, 80 €… Next time I will choose different hotel for sure!

Modern rooms that have everything a hotel room needs. Breakfast buffet is also good. Staff is friendly. I always like to come here.

Very noisy environment. Rooms purposefully furnished, only the one with the one cover for a double bed I cannot understand. But didn't need them either because it was very warm in the room. The air conditioning didn't really work, despite complaints. Biggest deficiencies. But lifting very center close and good breakfast. Friendly welcome.

Central location, quiet nonetheless. All the staff were very friendly. There was a good choice at breakfast. The rooms are sufficiently large and clean. A slightly wider bed for 2 people and 1-2 towels in addition to the shower towels in the bathroom would be desirable. In addition, in the entrance area there are 2 wardrobe hooks. The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak. We would stay here again.

Very good value for money and a good location. Room was extremely basic. A facility for making coffee/tea would have earned the hotel a 5 star review.

Very nice hotel, room despite Main street quiet, provided one has closed the window. Very friendly staff at the reception and bar! At the bar were nuts poured, which were unfortunately very spicy! The bathrooms are small but adequate. Nice big shower, the place lacks stop for the toilet…
Rich breakfast, with everything you want!

The room was large enough and clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large enough. The breakfast was delicious and the subway, downtown and the central station were within a few minutes walking distance.

Very nice staff. Breakfast very varied. A big disadvantage are the rooms to the Amsinckstraße which are very noisy.

It's a typical Ibis. Clean, good service, acceptable breakfast as well as price/product ratio. Something far from the center, but close to the metro, railway and bus terminal. A little dark the surroundings at night.

The hotel is quite central when you want to visit the port and the storage city. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated and if you don't want to go to the city centre in the evening, you can have a bite to eat in the in-house restaurant.

Loved it as always. Stayed at the Ibis network in other cities and countries. Clean and comfortable, classic.

Very new hotel and very close to the city center and the most important Christmas markets in the city.

Very clean, huge breakfast buffet, nice staff. Rooms very small, no cosmetic mirror, only one bath towel per person (no towels), no minibar, window just tiltable, no closet. At the time of our stay, the air conditioner was faulty and could not be repaired. Very quiet rooms, super isolated.

Very nice Hotel. Centrally located. Just a 5-Minute walk from Central Station.
Breakfast is really great for a 3 Star Hotel.
The Room is pleasantly large with a large Bathroom and a large Shower.
In general, the Room is modern and very clean.
The Hotel has a modern and Horny Lit Underground car park. Access is available directly to the Hotel.
Due to its central Location, the Hotel is ideal for a Weekend Trip.
I will be happy to visit the Hotel again.

Well located Hotel and friendly Service. In about 10 Minutes you can walk in the Pedestrian Zone and Central Station. Rooms are clean and modern. Evening Restaurant is good and delicious at reasonable Prices. Breakfast is also good and offers all the Standards including Scrambled eggs, Cereal, Etc. Underground Car park costs €10, 00 for the nightday. Coming here gladly.

Staying here now, room is lovely beds are comfortable, location is great, when we checked in the girl on the desk was lovely. Pity later on the a few hrs when we came back the girl on the evening desk I can't say the same. And for the girl working in the bar, she was rude when we asked for a coffee she threw her eyes up to heaven, slammed coffee and also milk on the counter, (we had only arrived today when walking aroung for 5hr so we werent in the mood for drinking) have to say both girls attitude ruined the day we had. No Need for it at all. Only thing missing is tea and coffee facilities in the room especially for tourists that world enjoy this facility in there room.

Nice, clean and propitous. New furniture in my hotel room, the carpet mostly clean… only some usage stains. Rich breakfast … nothing to complain. Parking garage located directly under the hotel. Recommendable for business stays…

Pretty standard European hotel. The bathroom was larger than normal which was nice. The breakfast was very good.

Double room was clean but small. The location was a short walk from the main train station and not far from many cultural attractions. If you're coming to Hamburg and need a decent place to sleep with few frills, it was a good choice. The breakfast was fine, but there are better deals if you are willing to explore. For convenience, though, it was fine and the selection and quality were decent. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. They even let us store our bags at the nearby budget Ibis for free.

Very close to Hauptbahnhof, clean and nice. Rooms are small so don't expect much on that. Nice food at least for dinner.

Cheap, great location by the subway station, and friendly staff. Our flight was delayed and they accommodated us very nicely for the night we couldn't stay.

Decent room with spacious bathroom. Service was also great — gotten a free drink because I just turned Silver, and was allowed early check in even without me knowing it. Also, most importantly, room is clean and comfortable :)

Great hotel in good location. But organisation, processes and personnel full occupation of the rooms are completely overwhelmed. Bar and breakfast stand in line? An absurdity!

Standard Ibis business Hotel. Modern and clean. Only four Stars because Standard Internet is too slow and Premium acess with 6€ a day seems a little steep.

Properly mint. Very clean. It was all satisfactory. 10min to main train station South and Station stone street. So location very good. In spite of the street it is in the rooms quiet. Hamburg card you can buy right on the spot. As the accommodation perfect. Breakfast we have not tested, unfortunately. The only minus is that the lady at the reception could not give any recommendations or tips for excursions/activities. Otherwise, all very friendly.

Very friendly and clean IBIS. The Windows are well isolated, no noise from the street. The rooms are of the equipment in order, the shower is also suitable for people above 2 meters. The Breakfast is simple Standard. The location: at The HBF, it is very fast to foot, if one uses Google Maps to Navigate, signs are missing, unfortunately.

Centrally located. In spite of downtown location, quiet Sleep possible. Decor is modern. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is the usual expansion of the company's (rather agitated atmosphere, selection is technically from the competition such as Motel One more).

Excellent hotel to consider for a short stay in Hamburg. Good location away from the noisy and tack by the main rail station. Walk from station is 10 minutes. Short walk to town with plenty of coffee shops. Hotel had great facilities and staff very friendly.

Beautiful rooms in the new Design, free Wi-Fi, ample outlets, very good location for those travelling by train, very friendly staff. Who is not a luxury, but a solid Hotel to Stay at a fair price, in quite a Central location, which is right here.

OK, to the sleep completely sufficient.
