I have been here a number of times and I have felt extraordinarily comfortable every time. The staff is always helpful and very service oriented. The premises are impeccable and very new. Also for longer stays the Arpartello offers a great all-round package, above all for self-catering. Thank you!

I needed a comfortable room to relax the night before a heavy day of work. I was given a wonderful room (I call it apartment for its size) witj a kitchen complete of everything, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dish washer, etc. A comfortable sofa, with 32in led tv, a bedroom and in bedroom toilette. Everything amazing, couldn't ask more! I've enjoyed my time at the hotel. Thank you!

Super! Very clean and modern. Rich breakfast, also for take away. A bit off the town centre but very close to the airport. I've often been here ubernachtet and would do it over and over again.

Beware of additional costs, which are not explicitly stated during the booking process. I paid a full amount for my stay with a credit card before my arrival. However, during the check-out process I was informed that I shall pay an additional fee! The so-called "Hamburg cultural fee" is only mentioned in small letters in the footer of the final bill. I simply feel cheated by appartello.

1 Night stay — very nice and clean place. Kind and proffesional staff at the reception. Room and bed was fine. Not High class! Just normal, but What I like is that everything is new and well maintained. Not like the majority of the old places in Germany.

I stayed 4 nights as I came for business in Hamburg. The apartment was clean, modern and all people in reception very helpful. I would definitely go back again. The only observation I can make is that you can probably add a curtain (cotton/glass) in the shower as water goes everywhere when showering. It's not important, but it would be nice.

We stayed for 5 days and they were really the best 5 days in our whole trip. The place was really smart. It's clean, well-organized, had an access to laundry room and ironing. Location is great, very close to Hamburg airport, close to most of the important locations and attractions. But what we liked most was the staff … they were really really nice and helpful, especially Stefanie, Alexander and Johanna at the reception. They helped us in every possible way and made us feel at home with family. I am going to miss them all and certainly hope to go there once again in the near future.

When looking to book a lot cost hotel (or any hotel near Hamburg airport) I was finding zero availability. My business travel agent located Apartello and as it was the only space available we booked it. I must state what an excellent experience!. The rooms and service were fantastic, Wifi, hot drink making facility, fridge, microwave it was home from home. The only negative for some guest may be that you need to buy the coffee however I always carry my own so no issue for me. With a fantastic Best Western hotel restaurant just around the corner, evening meals were resolved plus Apartello provides breakfast. I would thoroughly recommend apartello.

We had the appartement for four days and it was perfect. We will book as this place again. Very nice staff, excelent cleaning and a perfect appartment for our short holiday. Only 2 min. Walk to shopping.

A very well equipped Hotel very clean and modern. Practical for business travellers — the rooms offer a built-in kitchen with refrigerator and microwave. Is very close to the airport. The staff is very friendly and nice.

We had a super nice room with a beautiful new kitchen. The room was perfect. The only thing that bothered a few hairs were on the edge of the bed. Otherwise, I found it illogical for the Park fees for the whole day but pays off when you go somewhere and the space is not reserved for the day.

I will mentioned only the thing which could be improved: -some complementary tea should be in the room -could nit locate aircinditioning control, if it is central it should be set a bit higher -bad was moving completly and squeaking whenever I move or rotate — very annoying.

Very clean and tastefully decorated. Price-performance ratio. Images and illustration showing on the home match 1-to-1. Access is easily reached in 5 min, unfortunately, only the Bus. Nevertheless, the Hotel is top, but still a full score :-)

We wanted to stay 3 more days (after a period of a week), but the rate for these days was higher than the previous days. during our stay of 7 days : day 1-6 no cleaning, no making the bed, no new towels ; just day 7

It has a full gym and the apartment is great.

Very nice hotel, very nice staff… My proposal would be in order to decrease the number of washed items after guests staying to remove extra pillows and blankets n case of one guest.

Long stay on business, at Lufthansa Technik. Room 236 (Premium Apartment) As I visit Hamburg frequently on business (Lufthansa is only 10 minutes by walk) I have been searching for an apparthotel like this one for a long time. The hotel has a very modern setting with an apartment feel to it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, giving me tips around Hamburg and trying to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Amenities that are excellent: Kitchen with all utensils and appliances provided. Free coffee or tea during the day. Washcenter (with free washing powder). Vending Machine (all day), and sandwiches (before 6PM). Large screen LCD TVs in bedroom and living room. Did not use the fitness center, which is small but had all the basic equipment. The Alster and a large garden are just is a couple minutes from the hotel and perfect for a run, or a picnic. Bus station just outside the hotel (Bus 39 and 292) connects you to the city center, central station (Hauptbahnhof) or to the airport. Supermarket Lidi is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel even had a party for the residents, some VIPs and other staff on one of the days as it was the official launch/inauguration of the hotel. Dinner and a fully stocked bar was on the house. The hotel does not have a restaurant so the breakfast service has limited items and no lunch or dinner service.
