Room was very clean and modern as well as functionally furnished. Despite the road conditions, no noise is heard when the window is closed. When I'm back in Hamburg, I'm happy to come back.

A nice hotel, like all One Motel chains. Clean rooms, a big soft bed with a bunch of pillows. Smelly soap and shampoo) Parking is really not underground, but in the yard, but it is not a problem. Good Wi-Fi. Minus just no slippers.

The hotel staff were very friendly and excellent the room was comfy and not cramped this really is a lovely hotel close to the airport and very affordable.

Great — from reception to departure. We arrived in the early morning and got a room. The whole hotel is super clean-not only the rooms. The (late) evening can be spent in the bar super well. The breakfast is great, everyone will find something here. Coffee is available in different variations. Parking fees are moderate for hotel guests.

Rooms and offers correspond to what I am used to from a Motel One. Very pleasant and quiet. The rooms and bathroom are decorated in a modern style. The hotel is very convenient for traffic and the airport is also within easy reach. Therefore, always like to visit as a guest.

All good, the Staff were very nice. The Room was super clean and tidy. The Feel-good Atmosphere was also great. The Room just a bit small. Would recommend it and visit again when you are in Hamburg.

Super nice staff, a very elegant and beautiful lounge. In addition, the breakfast tastes delicious and has a huge selection. The rooms are beautifully designed and cosy. The bathroom is also extremely beautiful and relaxing. It is a bit smaller, but it has been extracted ten times. I could keep raving but I'll stop.

Just fits everything. Clean friendly. I don't find anything I could fault. Always happy again.

We were there last weekend due to an event and were very satisfied. Loose atmosphere, nice staff, rooms small but adequate and clean, great breakfast. The bar is open 24 hours a day. Absolutely recommended for a short stay.

Very good and polite staff. The rooms are clean and the beds class and comfortable. You have 3 pillows to choose from. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. Something for everyone. The price is reasonable for this motel.

I was staying at this hotel for a night.
Positive: The breakfast was delicious (but since I was not disappointed by any hotel yet) a whiner would say that the selection was not as big as in some other hotel but I was fully satisfied.
Free Wi-Fi and TV is also available.
Neutral: room facilities were normal. So what to expect from a hotel.
Negatives: The bed in itself was comfortable, my problem is often the pillows. There are 3 in the number, which offers a very good selection. However, these were too high and for me therefore rather uncomfortable. I'm sure you could have given me a different pillow on demand, but since it was only one night, I didn't bother to inquire.
Conclusion: On the whole I was satisfied and can recommend this hotel to anyone.
Since my stay was quite short, I had little contact with the staff and thus can not give a clear rating to friendliness or similar.

Man, what I felt comfortable here. Sure, it is not a 5 * hotel but for the price and location great. Who needs to be fast at the airport is right here. The rooms are small but very modern and satisfy the purpose. Breakfast is OK for the price. Nice staff, parking on site for a fee. You can also walk to the airport.

Short walk to the airport terminal. Check in very quickly. Clean rooms. Air conditioning, Windows can stay, so no airplane noise. Surprise: Very good breakfast. Would be good if it was offered earlier.

Great hotel. Very nice rooms and close enough to the airport that you can walk in 5 min. Also very economical.

Just as expected. In the morning, cars sometimes honk at the crossroads, but you still barely hear.

Since I worked in HH, I've been here regularly 4 nights a week. I like the design, the casualness of the concept and the proximity to the airport and the company. Rooms are small but classy. Top beds, TV (Loewe), modern bathroom, cleanliness and service. Breakfast is delicious. My regular place as a commuter.

A hotel in a very convenient location to the airport. Good breakfast buffet. Unfortunately very small rooms. From 2 pieces of luggage it will be more than tight.

Clean and well-equipped rooms with a bathroom near the Airport. There is a good selection at breakfast and there is something for Everyone. In the evening there are small meals at the bar and also delicious cocktails. The staff at the hotel is friendly.

The motel one is a flop! The rooms are mega small and impractical. The breakfast is very spartan and Simple. I think the money gets better hotels. The motel one is more bogus than its. Don't let the entrance area dazzle You.

The staff was very rude. One is no longer treated as a human being. You feel at the hotel completely undesirable as a guest. Never again!

Room nice and generally clean. On the mattress schooner were many many Hairs. Breakfast OK and varied. Hotel guests are required to pay parking fees. Impudence.

Very good hotel, especially the parking is right at the house and no close underground parking. The reception is very friendly and the breakfast plentiful with the main ingredients for the day.

Motel One is just a short walk from the terminals at Hamburg Airport. Arrived in the evening and got a warm welcome from friendly staff at the reception desk. Check in was done in minutes. My room was at second floor. Fresh and clean room with a view of the garden. TV was automatically switched on with a never ending loop of an aquarium. That was cool. Clean bathroom with a spacious shower. Visited the bar at the reception and was once again met by friendly staff. If I must write some negative stuff I wish there was at least a few non German TV channels. Other than that I'm perfectly satisfied. Thumbs up.

Room are quite even though the airport is very close. The size of the rooms is acceptable, but don't expect much space for two people. Vera clean and nice people working here.

Hotel lobby is very stylish. Room and breakfast are a great value, clean and modern. The rooms have everything needed and are as expected and given the price small. Unfortunately a 10 minute walk from the airport itself, that's why only 4/5 stars.

Checkin was a breeze. The staff was helpful and our room was pristine. It wasn't the largest room, but it was enough. The bathroom was very nice. Furniture is modest but the bed was great and the room was quiet. One piece of advice is to get an extra key card because you need it to operate the lights. Would recommend.

Nice hotel next to the airport (10min walk). The bedroom is clean and it's very quiet. Also well connected by bus (3 lines) to the city center. Good breakfast and lovely staff.

Very nice low budget hotel. Functional and chic a design. You can save yourself breakfast however. Sausage and cheese are not cooled and the selection is very limited.

A chic and friendly hotel (logically near the airport) with modern & compact rooms. All in all a good hotel to start relaxed on holiday.

Very small but clean rooms. Accessibility is not the best for Hamburg-based conditions. While the hotel is very close to the airport there is talk of almost nothing.
In addition to a modern atmosphere, there is still a very good breakfast. Overall, there is little to complain about. Parking costs just € 5 per day. There, others are more expensive.

The double room was completely adequate, there was Wi-Fi, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast very diversified.

Rooms are very clean, the bathroom modern, Parking for 5€ per day, Breakfast buffet as well as abundant, bus service into the city centre is sufficient. I would still make time.

Clean Hotel. Nice Service at the Check in. Rooms are well decorated and very clean. Free W-Lan. Parking directly at the house (3 hours free Parking). Breakfast you can for 7, 00 € optional even after the arrival of this book. We were with our three year old daughter for a night in Hamburg and have without extra charge, an extra bed in that hotel room. The Windows are completely Soundproof (main road and the airport in front of the door). For a trip to the Hanseatic city, absolutely to recommend. Top. We would love to come back.

Nice hotel to stay near the airport and at 15 minutes by taxi of the city centre. Rooms are convenient and the bathroom is nice. Not the best breakfast ever but a good deal in the end.

Good hotel to stay for waiting flight. But really not possible to walk to Hamburg airport if you have big luggage.
