Helpful staff. Close to airport. Great nearby Greek restaurant (Lindos) recommended by Leonard's staff.

Very god experience. We used the hotel for parking while flying out from Hamburg Airport — a very easy solution for that. The only little complaint was that the aircondition was broken in our room, so we got a fan instead — they had lots of fans to borrow. :-)

Hotel a 20-minute walk from the airport. Room spacious and clean. Staff. Great value. To be returned. Supermarket with low prices a 15-minute walk to the hotel.

Good clean hotel from what I see room was clean but a little dated. Ideal location for over night if you need to get to the hotel Reception can order you a cab it's 10euros to the airport Only down side no lift.

Hotel is very basic and more useful. Has real budget ambience. We got a dark room in the basement for 145 euros (including breakfast). The towel rack gave way when exposed to 1 hand towel and folded away. Pros: Friendly staff, 10 minutes walk to the airport, fresh omlette, or mirrors for breakfast. Contra: Priced/performance ratio.

I was very surprised at a 3 * hotel, which there was 1 bottle of water for free. In addition, there was the possibility to cook tea/coffee and super great I found the Etagere with Praline/pastry/fruit/chocolate carbon.

Very well located and different from a chain hotel.

Bad experience. I arrived 12 am in the morning with 3 bags and they gave me a room in the 2nd floor… THE HOTEL HAS NO ELEVATOR! Then it says free Wi-Fi but there is a free one and a premium one for 10 euros. The free one is so slow that is useless… 1mb … incredible for today's internet speeds. Also parking is not free either… pay 18 euros per night. I wouldn't recommend it. Hope this helps.

We stayed here for two separate nights. The first room, first night cost more and you could tell the difference in the rooms and price. Rooms 19 then 14. Shuttle bus only ran from 12:15 which would have been more helpful if it started earlier. We had two young children but the walk was only about 10 minutes. Highly recommend for an overnight stay close to the airport.

Website experience is terrible. Before booking you are required to sign up for the reward program, only after that can you even see if your hotel is available for the nights you need. Now I am getting annoying emails from the reward program and I did not even book a room.

Good hotel with all the comfort, but the receptionist suggest us a restaurant 1 km far instead than the restaurant at the Ibis hotel at 200 m while my mother was walking very badly because very old.

Very nice hotel, close to the airport. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Highly recommended.

The staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were ok. Bed very comfortable and a bottle of water was also available free of charge price performance well. Way to the airport about 15 min walk. Thank you.

We stayed there for one night before departure with 2 adults and 2 children 1 room. The hotel offers a shuttle to the airport back and forth from the trip. On the return journey, however, a large number of guests caused longer waiting times because the shuttle had to drive several times. The car can be parked in front of the hotel during the trip. Very convenient for the outside and a relaxed journey start. We were very satisfied overall.

Waiting for a good place for the plane, there is an airport shuttle bus, every 15 shifts. But it's a long way from the place to eat, at least 800m.

It's an airport hotel. It's clean rooms are comfortable. Not many places to walk n get food. Staff is pleasent and friendly. Walk to airport.

Have airport transfer every hour, receptionist is really friendly and full of information all you need to do is just asked. Room itself is really clean. Though it is close to the airport I couldn't hear the plan take off and landing.

The problem here is some of the staff members, which are not so good but are rude. Some of the staff members are so good you feel like home with your family but few I will not name here need some training on guest handling.

Clean room, good breakfast. Beds are smaller — narrow, not suitable for big person.

Room in the basement right next to the technical areas and therefore smells. Room of a good level (sofa, TV, desk…) and quiet despite the proximity of the airport. Very bad bedding.

Hruseligrs hotel. A hair dryer didn't even have room 19… Rusty heating in the bathroom, half torn out of the wall socket in the room.

The service in the hotel is good. Have in the hotel 1nacht spent. I will continue to recommend. The shatel to the airport is great. Fred.

Hi All I had been there for 5 days in This Hotel. The facilities are very poor. No Wi-Fi services. Even If we complaint also No body will response to resolve the issue. Its bit far to City. I will not reccomend this hotel to stay. Thanks.

Decent hotel — recommended if you need to stay near the airport.

We got a voucher for this hotel so we went to Hamburg to spend a weekend there. The Leonardo hotel is located very close to the airport and city limits of Hamburg. To Reeperbahn and the city center you will need about one hour by train or 45 minutes by car. The hotel itself came a little bit down during the years and needs renovation. We found a well-sized room which could have been a little bit cleaner. The bathroom was not very appealing. Parking is free. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were glad that this was just a short visit. Overall I cannot recommend this hotel. There are much better choices to stay.

The hotel is a solid, simple choice in Hamburg. The first time I was very positively surprised by the room, the second time unfortunately the opposite. It turned out that some rooms are renovated (with bathtub), other not (for example. Them in the basement). Since then, I asked for a bath and could enjoy the good room. The breakfast is OK to good, but not cheap. Despite near the airport, it is quiet.
The hotel is a good choice, if you are looking for a cheap alternative, if you're in the city North (business). For those living, I recommend the Alsterkrug Hotel.

The Hotel is very bad: the maintenance is a DIY D dangerous amateur (bathroom blower with visible electrical wires in the shower, electrical cables apparent along the walls connected to the possées multitakes on the ground, paint chipped everywhere, old furniture to hang out in the garden.
I arrived in my room and the heating was cut off, while it is winter. They forgot my "wake-up call", fortunately I had put my phone to ring or I would have been well advanced to have slept so close to the airport. The reception is haughty and cold and to top it all you have to pay to have access to the net.
Short to flee.

Nice approval of the owner. At any time. Good breakfast, room spacious and large.
In spite of very quiet location close to airport. We are back to the next away game.
