Super practical from the airport, the rooms are nice and there is a small gym (no treadmill tho). The main problem is the food quality at the restaurant, the menue is the same all year long, not reffined for the price and the desserts are desgusting.

Super nice hotel right at the airport but so quiet that you don't hear the noise from outside and it's well air-conditioned. The breakfast buffet is more than rich and the light is beautifully dimmed so that you do not have the full light in the morning.

Ladies and gentlemen, I was a guest of the 13th 04. On the 14th 04 in your hotel. I am sorry to say that this was one of the worst nights in a Radisson Hotel/group. In the evening I had to wait over 20 minutes at the Check Inn, the staff was more than overwhelmed. Despite asking for a higher quality room, I was assigned a standard room. At about 23rd 3pm, it was asked to vacate the tables in the lounge area so that the staff could cover for breakfast Buffett. In the room choice I had probably found a not so "clean", especially in the bathroom area were still traces of use of the previous guest available. The air conditioner ran all night because it was not "handed off". At breakfast — around 08.00 a. M. — The staff was again "overwhelmed" — although not many guests are waiting on site. For the ordered tea I was allowed to wait for 15 minutes — actually 20 minutes for the fried eggs. At check out the quality of service was not much better — after I had paid, the obligatory question was asked: if everything would have been OK — Wodrauf I said unfortunately not and counted the problems/experience values. The answer of the "Nice" lady was: Quote "Well there you actually had a lot of bad luck with the room and that didn't fit so much — I wish you a good flight" turned and disappeared in the backroom! I then ask a colleague about an assessment sheet — she drew up a small card — where I entered my email address.

Nothing to say about the hotel: a Nikel fitness room, reactive room service, spacious rooms and top quality bedding.
On the other hand, the restaurant is excessively expensive and of a remarkable slowness… Fortunately, some good IPA beers can make you forget the wait!

For the price of 185/night — just bed, shower (no tooth brush), a couple of towels, and some instant coffee and tea. Dont like it. P. S. Found an iron, plus additional star)

Well connected and very well organized.

The room was clean, the W-lan good. In the relaxation room of the sauna there are only 5 beds to choose from, so you often had to wait for a bath after a sauna session. Horente prices in the restaurant (beef fillet €43, aperitif Helbing 7, €20) and for that a miserable service. Restaurant was relatively clearly filled, despite its 15 minutes to the passion fruit-spritzer, 35-40 minutes to the two pasta dishes and again waited 10 minutes for the completely overpriced Helbing. At such prices it is possible to expect an excellent service.

The "Grab and run" breakfast is very economical and the lady at the reception was unfortunately not really able to enlighten us about the parking ticket to the exit from the parking garage and it was not particularly friendly either. What a pity.

Nice hotel. Large rooms, comfortable bed, free Wi-Fi. Rooms are very quiet and you will not hear the airport when you keep the windows closed. Parking is expensive though. 25 euro for a night because it's at the airport.

Very average hotel for a Radisson Blu brand, the rooms are a bit worn out, shower head kept falling down, no room upgrade or any others welcome as a Silver member. On the positive side it's directly at the terminal, easy to walk over and get nice food 24/7 at airport food court in the arrivals area. Parking is a plenty @ 25eur/24hrs.

New easy dirty the staff tries to help but is limited. The area out front of the hotel at the entrance is always dirty with letter.

We stayed for a three-night stay in Hamburg. The hotel was a very pleasant alternative to the more expensive houses in the city center. The S-Bahn station is only 40 m away; The lift leads directly from the hotel's parking deck to the platform. Driving time to downtown 25 to 30 minutes.
Otherwise our room was top, pleasantly large, very quiet, air conditioned, barely worn and equipped with everything you could need in three days. The hotel ambiance is tasteful, modern but not cool.
The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
I give a star deduction, because parts of the towels were not replaced and on Sunday morning at breakfast in the restaurant not everything ran round.

Great hotel in a good location only a short walk from the terminals. Very friendly helpful staff on arrival. Rooms are a good size with the usual amenities. Even with flights coming over the hotel it's well soundproofed and couldn't hear the planes at all. Food was very nice.

Was allowed to be a guest at this hotel. Top location at the airport. Is almost dry walking distance from the terminal. Despite its proximity to the runway, the rooms are surprisingly quiet and have no noise emissions. Room nice size. Except the bathroom could tolerate a little more space. Very clean and good condition as well as the service of cleaning top.

Very convenient hotel for getting on early flights out of Hamburg. The restaurant is pretty decent as well. Also, it has air conditioning.

Great for an airport hotel. Good service, nice rooms, quiet and comfortable. Need more parking in front, but that's a very minor quibble.

A very nice hotel and is just a quick walk from the airport. Easy access to and from the S-Bahn line as well.

We flew into Hamburg for weekend. This hotel was an ideal base for us, just a hop, skip and jump from the airport. We found it to be great since we had an early morning flight, meaning we could basically roll out of bed and into the airport terminal. The hotel was very clean and modern. Great staff and we did have a meal there, which was good. Highly recommend for a quality stay, but if you are looking for somewhere in the countryside then this isn't the place for you.

The Hotel is super located, directly opposite the Terminals. Largely it is renovated also appealing. The room or the beds can fit, in my opinion, not for the Style of the Rest of the hotel represents. Unfortunately, Parking is very expensive as the Hotel has no own Parking. Thus, you have to shell out for a 24 whole 25 euros.

Geräumige und schöne Zimmer, guets Frühstück (bis 10.30) und auch sonst gutes Essen im Restaurant. Leider war die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer schlecht eingestellt (wieso war sie überhaupt eingestellt Anfang Mai? ) und durch dir trockene Luft haben wir schlecht geschlafen.

Very comfortable bed, clean room and nice bathroom. Spacious rooms and a beautiful lobby. The prices at the bar are in the normal range for a hotel of this class. Service is great and it worked without any problems about. Despite the road of side applied to nothing was heard from the traffic.

The hotel is fantastic, the 4 stars are well deserved. The rooms are very clean and well maintained and very well equipped: pure luxury.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beds are very comfortable, …, it's perfect.
The only point of criticism: the air conditioning was, even though I turned it off, not calm. There was a permanent noise of the air conditioning in the night unfortunately (it sounded like a lightweight blower).

Direkt am Flughafen gelegen, wurden wir offenherzig empfangen. Sehr guter und freundlicher Service, auch Sonderwünsche waren kein Problem. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück, große Auswahl, man wird satt und zufrieden. :) Wir würden und werden definitiv wiederkommen! :)

Great hotel. Had to stay here after missing our flight out of Munich and was put up here. Had a great dinner and a nice night.

We are already for years guests in this Hotel, not least because of the Breakfast, the Restaurant and the Close to the airport. Until today. Yesterday evening we were in the Restaurant, as an Appetizer, we got, among other things, fried Ravioli, so hard and dry that you hardly could eat and liked. Maybe you have to long under the heat lamp is located. As the main course, I got a T-Bone Steak, was ordered medium rare, unfortunately it came totally well done to the table. According to the complaint, was the next Steak medium, but ok. For some unknown reason, a large portion of the food in brown parchment paper served the Steak I have, as the paper dissolved a sure a part of edible. The next Morning we went for Breakfast, also there was everything in parchment paper. The cold cuts and the cheese is all refrigerated or on ice, make a unhygienisches Wooden Board (why are probably Wooden in the kitchen is forbidden?! ), then the parchment paper, and then well isolated from the cold, and the food. The cheese you saw it already by its transparency. In each container, put a wooden spoon or a wooden fork (I find it more than unhygienic) or Metallpinzetten in all kinds of sizes. Yogurt only natural (lactose-free), coffee instead of cups Keramikbechern (on demand were cups served), fish out of glasses of course, even without cooling (how many days already? ). There was also salmon on brown bread and ham on brown bread (if you are not a brown bread might have to just do without it).

I got to the Hotel, nothing to complain about. We had 1 Night in a double room. The room was clean and super modern. The Morning Breakfast buffet was everything you could wish for filled. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. Of aircraft I at night personally, no sound is perceived.

Always a pleasure to be able to spend a night in this hotel. The silence in the rooms is fully despite close proximity to the airport. The buffet breakfast is second to none. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Moreover, the hotel offers free Internet access to guests.

Nice, friendly and clean many can — here it was better, the prize is awarded for the performance also in order.

Very nice modern hotel, Super tasty cuisine (tasty bread beforehand). Unfortunately no swimming pool, but sauna and fitness.
